Coastal Holdings, Inc. Announces Completion of Initial Investment in Major Parcel of Land in Paris, France
Tuesday June 21, 11:05 am ET
Company to Initiate Stock Buyback Program

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2005--Coastal Holdings, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CSJJ - News), today announced that, through its affiliate company, it has completed the initial investment in the 1 square kilometer parcel of land ("the Property") in Paris, France. With this investment, the Company has secured 50% ownership of the Property. The Property is presently in the process of being de-zoned, which will take approximately 6 to 18 months to complete.
Coastal Holdings is planning to undertake up to an 80 million euro, 5 to 10 year urban development project on this Property, which is located about 12 kilometers from the capital city of Paris. The location of the Property for this development project is ideal and will be in high demand as it is situated on the Ile de France (Paris), mainly in the Essonne region, which is in close proximity to the train stations (the SNCF) and the major highways.

Coastal Holdings also announced that it will initiate an aggressive stock buyback program. The Company's board of directors has authorized management, in its discretion, to purchase shares of CSJJ's common stock over the next 12 months. The effective date of the repurchase program will be announced by the end of the month.

CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated: "This action reflects our strong belief in the fundamental value of the development project in Paris. At current prices, we believe our stock represents an attractive investment opportunity and that this action reflects our ongoing commitment to improving long term stockholder value. We believe we will have sufficient capital resources to undertake this buyback program and continue to pursue our strategic initiatives." Mr. Cortellazzi went on to state: "We have retained the services of an investment firm that will issue an analyst report on the Company. The report is expected to be released to shareholders by the end of next week."

For more information please contact CEO Andrea Cortellazzi at (514) 288-9699 or visit the Company website at www.coastalholdings.com.

Only thing I worry about is they don't freely give out o/s or float. It is almost always a bad sign when a non reporting company says buyback yet they don't even give details of what there plan is and what the structure is now. Also Willy Wizard is pumping this pretty hard. Usually means a P&D when he is paid to profile a stock. Good luck, hope this one is different.

I'll ask the CEO to release OS...one thing for sure though, since almost all transactions are buys, looks more like a buyback than dilution.

Coastal Holdings, Inc. Announces Intention to File Application to List Shares on the OTC Bulletin Board

Tuesday , July 26, 2005 14:04 ET

HOUSTON, Jul 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSJJ), today announced that it will begin the application process to list the Company's common shares on the OTC Bulletin Board. As part of the OTC Bulletin Board application and approval process, the Company is required to meet certain eligibility criteria including the filing of audited financial statements in order to become fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In order to expedite this process, the Company will purchase an OTC Bulletin Board shell. This purchase is currently in the negotiation stages with the Company's legal department.

"By beginning the process to list CSJJ's shares on the OTC Bulletin Board, we move closer to achieving another milestone set out for the company," stated CEO Andrea Cortellazzi. "The listing of CSJJ's common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board will enhance the Company's liquidity and credibility, and enable the Company to expand and enhance its business through mergers and acquisitions. The Company is currently evaluating other investment opportunities and ventures in the biotechnology and nanotechnology fields in Israel to add to its equity interest in Vetdermal Systems Limited."

Coastal Holdings is also pleased to announce that it has initiated its stock buyback program. All repurchased shares of common stock will be retired and cancelled by the Company, which will decrease both the issued and outstanding and authorized number of shares of the Company's common stock. In addition, the analyst report on the Company should be released in the next five business days. The delay was due to the fact that the investment firm has been verifying information submitted by the Company.

For more information please contact CEO Andrea Cortellazzi at (514) 288-9699.

Choosing individual stocks without any idea of what you're looking for (or without reliable information) is like running through a dynamite factory with a burning match. You may live, but your still an idiot.

Careful with these guys- formerly part of the pavp , cdvj scam. Just full of pump and dump and reverse splits. Never follow through on anything and you will have a hard time finding out the numbers. Phone the transfer agent and you might get lucky.
