I'll play this is if it runs, but my two cents? I've read every PR on this thread and they all talk about stuff that's supposed to happen, unless the volume really does include a buyback. But everything else is "gonna happen," "might happen," etc. Right? Anybody ever verified this guy has actually bought something or finished a project? Surely some official in France could verify re "the Property."

Eddy I agree with you, I don't know about the CEO or have looked into doing my DD, I was just going by what others are saying.

Do I believe it can run to a 52 week high.. Yes! can ir run to what their PR says of .05 cents. Most likely.... I'm in Monday !!! I'm sure lots of will jump in on Monday... good to all.

I see this going to .005 no problem by end of August or sooner. Any ideas or comments?

ya, might run well. My deal on the run Friday? If you're not in at .0002-3, you're wide open for a sell-off at .0005-6 for the quick doublers. If you buy at .0004, it looks good until suddenly you realize the bid's back at .0002...whooops.

As I recall, that was a pretty good wall at .0006, yes? 7-8 MMs stacked up, wasn't it?

well let the doublers sell off at .0006. Means next double want happen until .0012. As for me I bought many months ago at .0004. I am not after the double but the Minimum of 500% gain. But my gut feeling tells me this stock is going all the way up to .003 this month. Yes I am buying again come monady morning. To much money to made to miss this train ride.

It would be nice if the .0006's filled in on the bid and a few .0007's dropped off the ask prior to the open. That could creat a continuation of Fridays run here! Also any PR coming into this pre market should spike it up due to the enhances interest.

Oh WOW! My 5774 FREE (but VERY expensive) shares are now worth $5.19 - but they're STILL restricted from PAVP/CDVJ spinoff - so I couldn't sell them if I wanted to. This stock was .75 the day Cortellazzi did the reverse merger and dropped like a rock.

BE CAREFUL guys - NEVER give back a profit.....

Here's an update.

CEO is in Israel. My guess is to complete the deal with the 2 company that were announced recently.

The buyback is still on but hasn't really started yet...which is great considering we're already moving.

Float is around 1.5B more or less, that's very low in the sub area.

Has for some that lost last year. Your lost was someone gain. This is trading!!! Please don't come crying now. Everyday I win and loose...and I learn from it.

Like they say, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I am afraid you are wrong on that assertion. The setting of .0011 and .0006 is the best and worst scenario for MMs in case something slips of cracks. Some stocks on our Scottrade has a zero (.00) bid which does not mean a thing. these numbers, the .0011 and .0006 are set at the end of trading seccsion and should adjust accordingly in the morning once trading has began.
Point two, I don't beleive that there is an after-hours trading for those sub pennies.

I hope that does not upset you, but I felte like correcting your innocent mistake. Best Luck.

Why I stated at opening should adjust to .0008 and .0009. Also goto pinksheets.com last trade was at 4:29. Also this stock does trade in the morning to. You can monitor it on pink sheets. It just doesnt let u know whether shares were bought or sold. But if I am wrong hope u guys forgive me.

as for the stock going up or down (we certainly have both side of that subject here) that will be up to the CEO and the market as a whole. If PR of a closing or a roll into an OTCBB company comes then i would guess it will go up. If no news comes for a period of time then I would expect it to go down. Its realy simple!

We have herd the advice of those who wish to lash out at the CEO calling him lier, scum bag, and SOB and we hear the words from those who hold the stock hoping for a gain(of which I am one) and its not in our power to say one way or the other! All any of us can do is guess.

Personaly Its Ticking me off just a bit that someone who does not hold the stock would post more than one negetive post, at the cost of those who hold the stock and that he may have to trade with on other stocks in the future! Should I have sold at .0012 (Hell ya) did I? No! Will I? Maybe! I do hope it goes higher than that however. One thing is for sure though! Win or lose I will not come back to hurt those who I know still hold the stock! You can bank on that!

Good luck on all your trades good or bad! In the end its your choice what you buy and when you sell!

Good post Ric. I'm hoping it goes up a good bit but this is not some long hold for me. Just want to score a little off it and move on. Whether the guy is a lying POS or not, I'm not hanging on to his Paris, buyback BS whether it's true or not. Just want a good chunk of change and get the hell out. I should have sold at .0012 today too but didn't. Maybe I will tomorrow if it gets there but I think it has a little more than that in it for the week. Who knows what will happen? Gotta do your own thing. I appreciate others trying to look out for people. Sometimes it gets overlooked what these CEO's have done in the past. But, I'm not one to hold these pinks for more than a couple days tops anymore. There are exceptions but I learned that lesson the hard way and my portfolio is a lot greener because of it. GLTA tomorrow!

CSJJ people don't know what they are missing, with the huge buys the past two days this baby will explode soon, three more days of volume over 200 million will for sure make it go to .001 by Friday and stay there!!!

I was just looking through the Pink Sheets and just relized that CSJJ use to say COM (.0001) Now it says COM (1 Cent). I am curious to what the change means. Does it mean they Value this Stock in favor of becoming worth a 1 Cent. Hopefully someone can give me an answer to this question.

Danny I got in @.0005 but was filled at .00045 by my broker so I still had a good profit @.0007 and didnt want it to all slip away so holding 1m free was the best thing for me to do this AM. If the volume keeps up it should turn a corner here and head north!

Ms Piggy Bank Ignore Love the Market. Since November last year he has purchased allmost 5 Billion a little over 2 and Half Billion Shares. You Can goto Pinksheets.com and read the news for yourself. Plus another way of Knowing this is that bid ask on Scottrade which I use was 1 Million Shares to 1 Million now it is down to 5,000 X 5,000. which also lets you know that there is not as many shares that exist. I have been playing this stock for the last 8 months and have done quite well by buying at the low and selling on the Highs. I have also researched this CEO, and yes he did sell one company to Botex. And after the completion of the sell if you would have owned that stock and gotten out on the High you would have made a nice dollar. But please do your own research and use your own instincts. But I do at this time currently recommend this stock. If you are looking to make a huge profit. It has allready set it's resistance level and is just waiting own more news which is coming in the next few days. GOOD LOUCK.

people new to real time L2`s are so excited to have this tool it usualy takes a little time to understand just how useful the information they have realy is. there is more there than meets the eye!. once a trader learns how to use this tool they will find themselves making (and saving)lot`s of money!. check the very top line thursday, the one above the top listed MM on both sides, find a high volume mover (UP or DOWN) to see what we are talking about and watch witch way these prices move in relation to the changes in lot size, see if you can detect a pattern over time. good luck with your trading.

BuyTex : exactly all bids are in hundreds. if you look at L2`s on , say nasdaq listed stocks. you will often see sizes as small as 25 or even 10! do you realy think they are trading 10 shares at a time! LOL , no it`s 1000. even though the price may be 110$ a share. some pinks trade in lots of 50 witch equals 5000 or 500 witch equals 50,000. pinks generaly have high share counts, O/S or available convertable preffered and so trade in higher lot sizes. simple.

if you have real time L2`s check a high volume mover thursday dont matter if it`s running or a sell off. look at the line ABOVE the top market maker on both sides, see if that line shows something like: 30000 (30000=3 million) now check the ask side, if that line reads 15000 (15000=1.5 miilion) than there are more shares available to sell at the bid than there are to buy at the ask and the price will likely drop soon. everytime there is a MM change this line (lot size) will likely change also. follow these changes tomarrow and see if this stock price moves in this pattern. it may not if MM`s are ghosting thier lots or it may fall and quickly rebound if they are. it takes time to find the pattern, keep track of the way lots and prices change with the changing MM`s to see if you can figure out witch of them are working together. good luck and have fun!

Oh ok I did not relize my scottrade elite account had that. Thanks for the advice. While I was checking this I noticed the bid was .0004 and ask was .0012. I have yet to see this big a difference in the bid and asking price yet in after hours closing. I think we might have a big move up tommorrow with very positive news and heavy volume. The bid and ask are normally seperated by only .0003 at the most for aslong as I have been trading this stock.
anyone got an opinion to this big a gap in the Bid Vs. the Ask.

The only reason we see a large spread is because most MM have closed their position for the night.

Check "closed" prices at the bottom of your L2 window and you'll see what the real position were at close.

poorman - I THINK we can just call our broker and ask them to delete them from our accounts as a courtesy at no charge. You can do that with a stock that's NOT restricted. I had one once that RS'd so may times I owned 1 share at like .0007 - so they got rid of it for me.

Hi Malloy!

Because he is a SCUMBAG LIAR. I held CDVJ for almost a YEAR because of the LIES Cortellazzi told me on the PHONE.

It's one thing if we put our money into a company and they TRY - but they go belly-up. This guy has NO intention of doing ANYTHING except to keep using investors as his personal ATM.

Try and prove he bought some land in Paris....

After a few of us DID prove that his PR's were all lies about his phony airport project (THAT is the reason I had bought in) - he started putting out PRs that we could neither prove or disprove.

I'll guarantee you one thing though..... He's never done a buyback - unless he buys himself after dumping and then pumps it up with more lies so he can dump again - and steal more money from a new batch of believers.

You'll also notice I've said here that you CAN make money on these scams - but "You've Gotta be Quick" - In and Out.... Do NOT hold them.

Look at the poor people who bought at .0014 or so 2 weeks ago......

I have about 5800 "Free" - but still restricted shares for well over a year now. Restriction should have come off last May - do you think he cares? Well I think or infamous CEO who we all consider not 100% legitemate might try and give us a surprise by releasing the Finacial Audits early. Hopefully today or tomorrow. But I do think we can expect more positive news this week other than just the Audit Results this week. Since Stock has neen Holding .0006 I also think when it runs it will run to .002 then a small pull back to .0015. Where it should hold steady till more psoitive news comes out. Anyone have any different thoughts.

1. BASIS OF PRESENTATION

The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial
statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting
principles generally accepted in the United States of America
by the Issuer and in the opinion of management, include all
adjustments consisting only of normal recurring accruals
considered necessary to present fairly the Company's
financial position at June 30, 2005 and the results of
operations for the period ended June 30, 2005. Moreover, they
do not include all of the information and footnotes required
by generally accepted accounting principles for complete
financial statements.

The preparation of consolidated financial statements in
conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in
United States of America requires management to make
estimates and assumptions that effect the reported amounts of
assets and liabilities, disclosures of contingent assets and
liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the
reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the
reporting period. Actual results could differ from those
estimates.

2. NATURE OF BUSINESS

Coastal Holdings, Inc. is a diversified holding company with
two major divisions: Technology and Real Estate Development.
The Company's mission is to create and enhance shareholder
value via a growth-by-acquisition strategy. Using a
comprehensive due diligence process with the help of
technology and real estate experts, the Company screens and
ultimately acquires interests in innovative technology
companies and high-growth real estate development projects.
By investing in these select companies and projects, Coastal
Holdings' goal is to expand its revenue and profit stream.
Supported by an experienced financial and marketing staff,
the Company is well positioned to benefit from the increasing
demand and opportunities in the global technology and real
estate industries.

3. PROPERTIES

The properties are recorded at cost and include expenditures.
No depreciation is deducted from those assets.

4. EQUIPMENT

Equipment is recorded at cost. Maintenance and repair costs
are expensed as incurred. Depreciation is calculated at a
rate of 20% per year.

5. DEPOSITS

There are deposits as well as advances for:

The Corporation currently has an offer for 50% ownership on a
parcel of land in France (approximately 7 miles from the
Eiffel Tower in Paris). This piece of land is approximately
11 million square feet. The Company is currently in
negotiation with lenders and other institutions to complete
this joint venture. This joint venture will comprise the
construction of 3,500 apartment units as well as a retirement
home. The land will also house light industrial complexes
along the highway.

The Corporation currently has an offer on a parcel of land in
Virginia USA. The land is zoned for 22 townhouse condo units.

6. INVESTMENTS

The investments consist of the acquisition of participation
in various corporations, either by direct capital injections
or by acquisition of blocks of free trading shares. The
investments are recorded at cost. The profits or the losses
are recorded in the income of the corporation.

Coastal Holdings has invested $200,000 in Vetdermal
Systems Limited (VDS), a UK Pharmaceutical company. For its
investment, Coastal Holdings received 1,813 shares of VDS.

7. MORTGAGE

A first rank mortgage on one of the properties of an original
amount of $400,000 bearing interest at 5.5%, term 5 years,
amortization 25 years, due in monthly payments of $2,442,
including capital and interest, through June 1, 2009

What's going on is that the first PR stated that these would be 'AUDITED' financials, and the PR came in as 'UNAUDITED'.

It's unfortunate.

Well everyone who dumped there stock on mis interpertation of the Financials will live to regret yesterday especiialy if they took a loss. Because the stock only has room to move up now. Bottom had been set @ .0004 & .0005. It with held the sell off now the profits will come in for those who held. Looking forward to a nice upswing today.

I have been doing a comparison of WHLI to CSJJ. Looked over both Finacial Statement. Form of Statement is Identical and also state Unoffical. Whli trades at .001. CSJJ has more Capital and Assets. WHLI has less Common Shares. Only Difference I have found. So My Question is how does CSJJ Trade lower than WHLI when CSJJ has more Capital and Assets.

HOUSTON, TX, Sep 27, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (CSJJ), today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with BDT Energy Producers, Inc. (BDT) to acquire a working interest in a development oil well. As per the MOU, Coastal Holdings shall invest $475,000 in cash to fund the developmental drilling of an oil well that is wholly owned by BDT. In consideration for its investment, Coastal Holdings shall receive a 75% working interest in the oil well. The development well is located in Southern Illinois adjacent to several producing and highly profitable oil wells that are over 40-years old. In addition, the well has multiple oil zones (from 5 to 7 pay zones); an initial production capacity of 100 to 300 barrels of oil per day (BOPD); and a life span of over 20 years. Further details will be disclosed upon signing of the formal joint operating agreement.
