I told you about Qbid they paid for alot of things last year with restricted shares and those suckers are gonna be hitting the market all summer. Keep QBID on the watchlist but I wouldnt be in it right now. Under .0015 and its alot more tempting.
On another note I posted this on another board.
Whats gonna happen when they announce that the revenue from the past 3 months of Eurotainment is gonna be more then our market cap?!

No you haven't. But, the future you regularly prognosticate has been quite the bounce in the opposite direction. Just something that others sitting on the fence considering whether or not to take the plunge in this mutt should think about. Oh, on a side note -- for those who might suggest that USF11 led me to your koolaid -- didn't happen. I'm here based on other factors. I'm just tired of reading the hype while this dog crashes and burns.

- WFTV is UNDERVALUED less then 700mil market cap - WFTV has a history of huge bounces off of bottoms, Bottoms when dilution is going on is not the easiest thing in the world to call. - WFTV has a great story and traders rally behind story stocks during runs. - I believe Alex diluted all the way down to this level during the media black out to do a BuyBack not a Reverse Split, B4 he releases good news. He doesnt comment on a Reverse Split because he wants to keep the price down for a buyback. - I have no idea were WFTV will be 1-2-3 years from now but I know right now it is extremely undervalued for what it plans to accomplish!

Well now ... I do respect those viewpoints.
But, I'm going to remind everyone the stock is down 56%+ during the past three weeks, and down nearly 99% of its value since February. That presents a much bleaker outlook than the pretty picture presented otherwise. I'm interested in results -- and we haven't seen much from WFTV.
If you are correct in your assessment that there is going to be a buyback -- terrific! But, I'm not so quick to drink from that koolaid trough. And the hype you're putting up has lost quite a bit of its shine.

I agree with USF, also if wftv is in the pinks Alex doesn't have to let anyone know when he is buying shares does he.
I too was worried about a R/S, but being in business it only makes sense to buy these shares back. A R/S makes them nothing, a buy back can make this company alot of money. Plus the company owns bacically none of the O/S right now.
I am not making any PPS predictions, and I am as unset about the low PPS as anyone else.
put it this way, as I said before most of the dilution came between .002 and .0034 so if we average it out say
350 mill x .0023 = $800,000. that is more than the whole company is worth right now.
so now they buy back 350 mill over the course of the next say 2 weeks from .007 to .0018 average of say .0012 = $420,000
so right there they have made around $380,000 in a 2 months.
now the PPS goes to .01 over the next 2 months and the company has 3.5 mill plus the $380,000
so we will round it off to say about $4 million in 4 months capital gain.
that is with a PPS of .01, what about .05 or .1
next lets look at a R/S they made there $800,000 from dilution same as above then they reverse split say 10 to 1
PPS goes to .01 they make no money, Dilute another billion shares make a million of the Dilution company looks like crap to the Public, etc.
I dont' want to go on much more, and I am sorry this post is probably hard to read but in my opinion A buy back is the best thing that this company can do, it only makes sense business wise and $ wise

ive been watching this stock since it was .0019, looking to take a position but, with all the dilution, i decided not to. most pinksheet stocks that have a billion shares trade at .0001, i saw this one coming considering how many shares were recently sold by the company but, i hope you guys get a spike soon though.

I believed in the company long before any of those perceived bottoms. It would seem that I'm not the only one who is gagging on the koolaid. One other thing -- I have nothing to do with Lotta Land, other than maybe we share similar viewpoints.

I hear so much about doing your DD that it begins to sound like a mantra. Face it, we can't know much about pinks, no matter how much diligence we apply. If these guys were brilliant CEO's they would be heading billion dollar company's already. If a couple thousand is a breaker to you, don't play the pinks. Admit it, you like the thrill.
I'm down fifty % on one and a half mil. So what. Let it roll baby! If this does what we all know it can, we'll be happy and laughing at all the drama. That's what it's all about.

Here's the way it looks from where I'm sitting during the past three months...
It's been nothing but down, down, down this past month during a period of bright forecasts otherwise. Perhaps the bright forecasts have been made by individuals with a vested interest in the continued sale of the stock during its dilution and spiral downward?
