I'm not bashing....I own 325000 of this and I think it has huge potential...But, just curious hasn't this CEO done r/s several times before? I'm just starting to get nervous because I made the PDVN mistake. Got out quick without losing too much but this smells exactly the same.

that number is as of yesterday close of business ,i bet the number will change tomorow,only thing drivin this down is supply and were all the supply comin from people selling?i dont think so.

no flags are being waved yet for r/s when they near total of a/s then you become ripe,but this is still a low number for pinks to r/s usually requires an enormous amount of dilution,look at all the r/s what were there a/s on most like billions so were no were near r/s yet if we were id be telling people to bail with me.

I think DOMS has set ammount of $ to bring back to the company at the end of the day , and it looks like DOMS going to sell whatever it takes to meet that ammount , of course that means more shares at less PPS . I dont like what I see today .

This stock need liquidity which is greatly affected by company selling shares , so traders who want to sell some and move on has to struggle and chase the bid down along with DOMS !!! JMHO

Guys, I just had an awful idea: what if the company just continues to issue shares and authorize even more, driving the PPS down, and THEN does a reverse split, BEFORE the news? This has a really bad feeling to it, and I say this as someone who owns well over a million shares.

You don't want to drive the pps down before the split. That only happens when voting members of the board like on PDVN jump out before the split.

They are issuing more shares. That's a positive thing in light of the company's expanding business plan. The insiders (company board) don't have a whole lot of shares. Almost all of the O/S are in the float.

it would be disastrous if we didnt know the cause of the drop or a bad pr came out, we know that it is dilution, end of story, im holdin. And im not pumping and dumping cant do that on a long term hold.

besides ive held stocks that have dipped waaaay more than 20 some percent only to seem them fly back to life the next day, this wont come back as fast but it will come back, hard, mark my words
