watching from abt 10:30 to 11:30 ... BUYS = 7+2+28 = 37 mil SELLS = 2+8 = 10 mil that's 3.7 to 1 buy pressure but pps still running 5 to 6 ... looks like short mm's trying to accumulate for a run... just my opinion... thing is, tho, they know they'll need TREMENDOUS inventory for the run... if he's diluting it isn't by dumping his own shares- shares now being sold are a/s co is giving mm's to sell, and mm's are shorting and shaking the tree to get more shares but strategy is obviously failing... so my opinion all they can do now is [1]- drag pps down more, OR [2]- continue as they are 'til a/s runs out... snario 1 means pain end soon... snario 2 means long wait...

I'm gonna jump in here and add a few thoughts, if I may. I hope I'm not getting in the way of USF11 on this one and that I preempt correctly. Jmoove, I agree with USF11 on this. A/S is currently 1.5 billion, O/S as of Wednesday night was 1.33 billion. There's a general consensus that about 25 - 30 million are being diluted per day. I figure that there's even more today. In fact, as I write, another 50 million shares have traded!!!! So, I figure that there could be greater than 1.4 billion O/S after today. That leaves about 2 - 3 days before the river runs dry again!!!

Here's a few more thoughts on this raising the A/S...A while back someone posted a link which detailed the corporate actions for WFTV in terms of the official numbers for A/S and when they were authorised. https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/corpActions.aspx?CorpID=211260&CorpName=WI-FI+TV%2c+INC. You should notice a couple of things from it. On Feb 25th the company posted the news that they were going to file for OTC and they led us to believe that about 90 days would be the expected completion timeframe. Look at the document. What happened on 25th May. They raised the A/S from half a billion to 1 billion. You will also remember that there was a lot of talk recently that the end of June was going to be the date for big news. What happened on 1st July? They raised the A/S from 1 billion to 1.5 billion. Even the Captain lost his guitar for it Hope he follows someone for it back! Here's the question this time. I really think that we'll be maxxed out by mid week next week on the dilution. But there's no pump this time???? Does anyone have any comments. I'd love to hear!

I got filled at .0005 and have another order in for more, but it think I am done avereaging down unless this thing drops even more. I'm in at a good price so if it gets above .001 I will be in good shape, still positive about this but would like to see the end of the 000's

k- my opinion--- trying to think like co and insiders... if if it's time for a run, i don't want to pump until i'm fully vested... and that won't happen 'til i've finished diluting and had my inside buddies buy all they can... JMO

yah, endless speculation might seem pointless to some but IMO it's also EDUCATIONAL-- many minds in the groove-- a new twist, how 'bout this: insiders AND co need cash-- so maybe dilution stops short of exhausting A/S, he keeps some in reserve for co to sell on the rise ??? what you think?

I don't think there will much left after today. I would guess that there have been at least 75 Mill more dumped today. I think that only leaves them another 75 Million. That's an ok reserve, but I would rely on it.

Educational is an understatement here. You wouldn't believe the stuff I've learned from all the boards and looking at things in different ways. But I'm new and in the big scheme of things I know almost nothing I have to leave now, but in answer to your last point, podcaster, I reckon that is possible. Moreover, if Alex wants it to happen, I reckon it will happen. I reckon stuff like that happened in February.

What happens if we find out only 30 mil have been dumped today. IMO MM's are loading up on shares at this point just in case if the AS doesnt get raised next week they have shares for a run. This can go either way right now if you believe the company will run again you have to avgerage down here.

If there were only 30 Mill diluted today than that means that a lot of people sold. Which I guess is ok, but it drives the pps down. We need it to be as high as possible before the next run starts.

Disappointing day (I was out of town). I really never thought the pps would go this low, but I guess a lot of people got scared off. I truly wish I had the self-control not to buy more, but since I still believe in this longterm, I will have to at least try to get some more on Monday.

.0022 would be nice but from .0003 that aint gonna happen MM's arent gonna let a 700% run happen that easy. .0004x.0005 is as low as it goes MM's tried to close it a .0007 on friday.

I have been trading here and made some decent money, thanks to all of you, lost on some won on some. Over all ahead.
USF11 so you don't think a 700% run is possible? Do MM's normally run a x5 or x 10 bagger is that the way it is?
A 500% from .0004 would be .0020 a 400% from .0005 would be .0020

How many shares do they have. I tried to read on this thread and the very confusing numbers, so many diffrent a/s and o/s.
I think what is the max?? Isn't that A/S?
What is the latest A/S.
USF11, what do you think of GRYF would it continue up. Saw the first page of that thread, some people have made some money. I think now that I'm learning more about this penny stocks that WFTV will make a big run some day. I make it clear still not happy with their product, but I see how this works now.

WFTV OS is 1,391,607,971 AS 1.5 Bil I watched GRYF drop about 75% in one day about a month an a half ago then sat and watched it go up a couple hundred percent last week I dunno I like stocks at bottoms and GRYF isnt at a bottom any more.
