The only problem I see on this one, if everything is on the up and up, is the question of when will the dividend be paid. As soon as they annouce the dates, this thing will go through the roof. With them reopening negotiations, however, leaves the impression that it might be a little while till they do that.

i'm in for $500 but thorn isn't wrong to question this. there is a very old & very long thread called CMKX, a mining company that gave out divys...look a bit & find GWGOE, mining company with divys & an "E" that will soon kick it off the otc & down to pinks because of being so late in filing. i'd say the market has worries too as todays news dropped the pps. won't say it is & i bet $500 it isnt but it could be the set up to say they aren't selling cheap & the deal is gone. this is pennyland folks.

Its going down because nothing is set in stone yet, just a few PRs that are pretty broad and leave much to be defined. As soon as PR comes out that is more detailed it will go up.
The devils advocate also says that someone could be pumping this and that it is a sham...always possible.
I have a few shares, so I guess the only thing I can do at this point is wait and find out if the lottery number is mine or if I just wasted my money on some paper with numbers on it. If it turns out to be a sham, we have all been had. However, if it turns out to be true and they do pay a dividend of .00575 or even .00775 on top of a healthy rise in the stock itself, I should make a pretty penny.
Its Pink Sheets, so anything is possible.

I concur with your thoughts on this Wallytrader. I have played a stock that has done a stock dividend, and the price ran pretty well, upto the day before you had to be in it to be eligible for the stock divy, and then it came crashing down unexpectedly see (GWGO) currently (GWGOE), but I have not played a stock doing a cash divy, so right now I am not sure what to make of the price going down. On one hand, I am thinking that even the price keeps going down, as long as they pay the cash divy I would come out ahead, but that is the catch if they pay the divy. The thing that has me a little worried is the fact that there has been no date set, and the fact that the are negotiating for a better deal sounds nice, and all, but if the deal goes south then I would assume there would be no divy, and if the price continues to go down this is a lose, lose situation.

that could be the way it is earth but it leaves the door open for the company to come back & say the purchaser would not raise the price so we canceled to protect shareholder value. remember gold prices can go back down. why would a buyer increase the price he is buying at if a contract was already signed? i'm in but the pps decrease says i'm not the only 1 that see's a problem with that last pr. a pay date will change everything & .006 is very possible

www.millenniumsms.com is not exactly what I would call a proper location that I would want to "facilitate public relations" for my company.
I would like to get on board but I just can't find anything that makes me feel comfortable on this one. I get the feeling the company is just doing some pumping of their own.
