I guess I'm just not smart enough to understand all this stuff. Might I say though that if this drop in pps is the result of pens or u4 or sgt then why dosn't it work the other way. If you really understand stocks you know they go up and they go down. If you believe stay, and don't whine every time things don't follow you're optimistic evaluations. I just bought more at .014. So What! Its a good stock that will double as soon as the numbers come out.
I propose a test: Sgt. would you post a positive note so we can get a true read on your Real power over this stock? Please? just a thought.

those who did their DD shouldn't care what the "bashers" have to say...This is a fundamentally sound company. You should refrain from enticing the so called bashers, you may end up eating your words later and that's no fun.
MM's will continue to play their games and steal money right out of the pockets of investors. Everyone should be familiar with the MM games-- educate yourself, and get involved: http://ncans.net
In conclusion: Do your DD, know the MM games, buy in for your own belief, and stay abreast of RELEVANT happenings with a company. Unless swinging, sell when you discover news (not hearsay) that disuades your belief the company you invested in is not going to be successful.

2) I asked about the inclusion of intellectual property assosociated with Semco, and he said they are all included. Without the Semco intellectual prop, Bill esimated PLNI intellectual prop worth $28 million. This is more than the $16 million before, because it includes more recent additions.

He mentioned that they have already received a TREMENDOUS amount of interest from them, but they required PLNI to be fully reporting. Everybody Chill There is nothing wrong with differing opinions Thats what makes the DD you do as an investor important. I own because I belive it is a good product whith lots of upside I will be long for atleast 6-12 months. Flipping is not my thing. I would like to see a PR without the fluff Financials would be a start

I sold of so many of my positions to get deeper into plni, thanks to those that paniced and sold I now have 1.5 million shares of PLNI, OH HAPPY DAY (knock on wood) lol

Ok, but I got through an email that if one of the stocks that the ceo James Turek owns ends up over 100% then their will be an important pr soon.
This info is accurate because the same guy sent me an email regarding CMBV and told me about the discoveries they found two days before the pr was released.
Well now that I look back at it you are correct. I feel so stupid for posting false information. We shall see if PLNI does indeed close 100% which would mean PR is to be released tommorow or money. We are in on this for the long haul anyway so time is on our side. But I reckon the e-mail is 100% true being that the sender already has rep based on his past e-mails.

U4, aside from being a rude embarassment for shouting all the time, you are way behind the curve. You seem to have a personal problem with FOT which you should settle off the board. As for your screaming observations, FOT's May 17 Semco post was thoroughy discussed at the time (nor was FOT the only one to mention it) and the June 15 fully reporting note was what was said before, indeed on May 27, which has also been thoroughly discussed in the last couple of days given the non-release at the conference.
So unless you are intentionally trying to cloud the issue but repeating old news, I truly do not understand your intention. You are correct that pinks can be manipulated and that hard numbers matter more than predictions, but you've said that about three times today already so, like, chill.

pinks are easier to manipulate than OTCBB. OTCBB is easier to manipulate than AMEX, NASDAQ etc.

My non-expert opinion is: a long time. I certainly wouldn't invest in PLNI based on NASDAQ status unless I were willing to hold for a couple of years.
Actually my hope is to see a nice spike in share price (sustained at a new plateau) by the end of this summer, sell half my shares and see what they do in a year or so. I think prices will increase to a new plateau if TWO things happen: OTCBB AND substantial new contracts.
I am not an expert, that's just my outlook.
