Well looks like you guys are going to get your chance to buy low real low... this thing is under a penny right now...it's known that any stock that goes straight up for a while has to come back to earth but it should never of came back this low, support at .015 and .013 should never of been broken and now we can't hang on too .01
I need to stop watching this...

Obviously your not going to sell you still up over a 200%

But us who are now going under are thinking about it...I know I am...If I would of thought that the stock was going to come back to these levels i would of waited to buy till now and skipped the roller coaster ride...

So you are not of those that sold at .015 so you can buy more once these MM's get done with it before the weekend. We will see a steady climb next week, get more while you can.

Bye

Purely Daytraders swinging the heck out of this. Should be more news in the am Tuesday or Wednesday. This is Not a good time to Opt out of PLNI if you are Long. They may announce a contract at any time and anyone that sold would have to chase it up again.

I AM NOT GOING TO BE SURPRIZED IN THE LEAST TO SEE THIS GO BACK DOWN TO .003.

YOU HAVE SO MANY FRAUDS OUT THERE RUNNING PINK SHEET COMPANIES AND SO MUCH INFORMATION THAT IS EITHER MISLEADING, FALSE OR FLAT OUT LIES.

SO EVEN IN THE EVENT YOU DO HAVE SOMETHING COME ALONG THAT IS LEGTIMATE, IT SUFFERS BECAUSE OF THE OTHER IDIOTS OUT THERE.

WE HAVE UPGRADE INFO WHICH AGAIN, WONT BE DONE IN 6 WEEKS. FURTHER, THE MERGER WITH SEMCO WONT BE IN 6 WEEKS EITHER.

ONCE THE REALITY HITS OF THIS STOCK UPGRADING AND THE SEMCO MERGER, THEN YOU'LL BE ABLE TO REAP YOUR REWARDS. UNTIL THEN, I THINK YOUR IN A TYPICAL PINK SHEET THAT WILL SUFFER UNTIL THE "BIG" NAME ACCOUNTING FIRM IS SPECIFICALLY NAMED AND NOT JUST "WE HIRED A BIG NAME FIRM" AND WHEN THE FINANCIALS COME BACK ON SEMCO AND ARE POSTED AS "AUDITED CERTIFIED FINANCIALS" AND NOT "BOY THEY MAKE ALOT OF MONEY."

IF I WANTED TO BE A LEGTIMATE PINK SHEET COMPANY AND STAY ON THE PINKS, I WOULD HIRE THAT BIG NAME ACCOUNTING FIRM AND GIVE THE SPECIFIC NAME OF THAT "BIG NAME" FIRM AND I WOULD POST THE CERTIFIED AUDIT RESULTS ON THE WEBSITE UNDER FINANCIALS. EVEN BEFORE UPGRADE.

WHILE THE PURPOSE OF BEING/STAYING ON PINKS IS THE COST SAVINGS OF NOT HAVING TO HAVE THAT "BIG NAME ACCOUNTING FIRM" I BELIEVE IF YOU ARE HOLDING YOURSELF OUT IN THE INTEREST OF SHAREHOLDERS, AND YOU STATE EVERY SO OFTEN ABOUT HOW YOUR LOOKING OUT FOR SHAREHOLDERS, THEN BACK IT UP. IF ALL THIS MONEY IS LAYING AROUND FOR THIS AND BUYBACK AND THAT, THEN HIRE THE ACCOUNTING FIRM TO DO A CERTIFIED ACCOUNTING OF YOUR BUSINESS.

EVEN JUST AS A BASE FUNDAMENTAL, WHAT'S THE ONE THING ALL OF US FILE EVERY YEAR?

A TAX RETURN AND SO DOES THE CORPORATION.

Plasticon Announces That Semco Acquisition Will Be Privately Financed Cash Transaction; Plasticon Stock Will Not Be Diluted as a Result of Transaction
May 27, 2005 10:35:00 AM
Copyright Business Wire 2005
LEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 2005--

Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets - PLNI) today announced that the acquisition of Semco, Inc. will be a privately financed cash transaction. Private financing has been arranged due to the profitability of Semco.

"There will be no dilution of Plasticon's stock as a result of this transaction," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. "This acquisition will add tremendous value to Plasticon. Semco's ground-breaking products literally have no competition in the marketplace. Our current distributor is the largest building materials distribution company in the nation. Should our distributor agree to distribute Semco's product line, the impact on our sales would be absolutely staggering. Their surfacing products are unique and they fill an extremely important and profitable niche. They have the only product on the market which truly prevents water damage. This problem has plagued the construction industry and cost the U.S. billions of dollars annually. Semco's products completely waterproof the structure they are bonding to."

Semco's products are able to waterproof the structure they adhere to because of the advanced technology behind their product line. Their products chemically link and bond with the surface they are applied to, which makes them essential to construction companies and distributors.

"Not only are their products unique," Mr. Turek said. "They also perfectly compliment our recycled plastic rebar support products. This would be product synergy at its best. A perfect example of this would be the application to bridge construction, which is a huge segment of construction industry. A very high percentage of bridges are plagued with water damage problems, and that's why companies increasingly have turned to Plasticon's rebar support products. Now we have the opportunity to sell Semco's concrete coating products to those same customers, which adds a critical layer of waterproofing protection."

Semco's products add years to the life of the structure by eliminating the absorption of water into concrete. Until now, water damage has corroded the metal rebar support which has been used in bridge construction in the past. Water damage costs the U.S. billions of dollars annually. "The combination of Plasticon's rebar supports, which are impervious to water because they are made from recycled plastic, and Semco's surfacing products, which completely waterproof the structure they are bonded to, is unprecedented in our sector," Mr. Turek said. "These two products, offered together, are the next killer application for the construction industry."

On May 31st, Mr. Turek will be featured on a webcast at www.*************.com to discuss the acquisition and other recent developments at Plasticon International. For more information about Plasticon International, please visit www.plasticonintl.com.

WELL THE LATEST NEWS IS GOOD.

FUNNY HOW THAT PR IS SENT RIGHT AFTER (10:35AM) I POST (10:29AM) REGARDING THE PINK SHEET STUFF.

OK, GREAT NEWS. REALITY CHECK HERE JIM TUREK.

YOU ARE RELEASING PR FOR SHAREHOLDERS AND WHILE THIS IS GREAT NEWS, WE NEED JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING FROM YOU PRETTY PLEASE.

UPGRADE THE FREAKIN STOCK AND GIVE US SOLID FINANCIALS THAT ARE CERTIFIED.

GIVE US THE COMPLETED BUYOUT/MERGER OF SEMCO AND THEN GIVE US SOME SOLID FINANCIALS THAT ARE CERTIFIED.

WITH THIS MR. TUREK, I ASSURE YOU, YOUR SHARE PRICE WILL SKYROCKET AND THIS WILL BLOW AWAY ANY PR YOU GIVE US ABOUT ANYTHING.

YOUR SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE BEYOND HAPPY, BEYOND ANYTHING.

SHOOT MR. TUREK, I'M PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT YOU DO ALL THIS AND YOUR SHARE PRICE SKYROCKETS, YOU'LL HAVE SHAREHOLDERS READY TO GIVE YOU A KIDNEY IF YOU NEED IT.

He is doing all he can. You can't upgrade overnight. It is in the works, and you can tell from the PR's that are released that he cares about his shareholders. The fact that they bought this company without financing or dilution should say something as well.
IMHO.

Jason,
You are sorta correct. They are financing the acquisition thru private placement. "Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets - PLNI) today announced that the acquisition of Semco, Inc. will be a privately financed cash transaction. Private financing has been arranged due to the profitability of Semco." They currently have a solid credit line to do pretty much whatever they want. This is the difference from a pink in R&D and one that actually has cash flow from revenue! No CD"S on this puppy and therefore NO dilution! Thank goodness. GOOO PLNI AND Jim Turek
