Bid & Ask crept up a little, but not as much as I exected.
My guess is we'll have two competing intrests here this morning - buyers and profit takers.
I expect the buyers will completely overwhelm the profit takers so after some initial volatility I am guessing we'll see a nice increase again by the close.

PLNI appears to be coming on down...looking for a good bounce play back up to 0199....
Hoping for an entry point around 01 to 012...fingers crossed! May have to buy in higher though. (psychic abilities out of order today...lol)

Mr. Turek said that when this deal is signed, he expects Semco's product line to become a major profit center for Plasticon. "This deal would not only be important to Plasticon in terms of the synergy of our products," Mr. Turek said. "It would also have a major impact on our bottom line."
Mr. Turek also cited the fact that Semco, Inc. is environmentally friendly as a major plus for the potential acquisition. "Any acquisition we make has to fit in with our corporate mission and our manufacturing process and principles. As a leader in environmentally friendly manufacturing, it's important for us to maintain that status as we continue to grow the company. Like Plasticon, Semco, Inc. is a proven leader in their sector and has maintained an environmentally friendly manufacturing process."
Semco, Inc.'s water-based resurfacing products, which cross link chemically to the material they are being bonded to, are used on similar applications as Plasticon's products, such as bridges and other critical infrastructure projects. "Plasticon's rebar support products are used as a more durable, dependable, cost-effective alternative to steel in the reinforcing of concrete," Mr. Turek said. "They are used not just on buildings, but on other critical infrastructure such as bridges and roads. I had a buy at .015 did not get filled, saw the price dropping so I pulled and chagned to .0135, I should get filled, and the price should climb by the end of the day back to .018

again from my phone conversation will Bill Howe a couple weeks ago...
Share Structure:
Again he confirmed 2 billion Auth, 1.4 Bill float, 73% insider owned (restricted). He also mentioned a Private Placement / Credit Facility under very favorable terms for the company. This allows them the necessary credit for activities (read between the lines here!!!!!). I think he realized that he shouldn’t have said something, and I am not going to repeat it, but, for what else do you need credit for?????
PPS:
I directly asked about market cap, and he indicated that the current pps is around ½ times the earnings. This makes the current pps WAY undervalued. We should see a big jump in the coming weeks.
Revenues:
I asked if the XYLOX acquisition is providing the expected revenues as was stated in the Oct 04 PR. He said that the XYLOX deal never completed. BUT, other activities have transpired during the time (read the last line of Share Structure detail - hint). I asked if they are profitable and he said OHH YESSS! The company is not funding operations through the sale of shares to raise capital. There is NO Carry forward debt. There IS Carry forward Losses which is a good thing (tax writeoffs).
As an example he stated that Georgia Pacific Spinoff (Owned by GP execs) Blue Linx (?) has 64 distribution centers. Each distributor sells roughly $300,000 of the rebar supports and accessories….. That figure however is for 1 turn of inventory, and many of the centers are turning the inventory 4-7 times per year. Specifically, he stated that Miami just placed a reorder, five weeks after their last order!
{The following statement is my own personal opinion} So, doing the math, 64 centers *$300,000 * avg. 3 turns of inventory = $57,600,000 revenue Furthermore: ($57.6 Mill * 20% profit margin) / 1.44 Billion Float= $0.008 eps *10 mutiplier = $0.08 projected pps target Now take into account that over 900 Million of that float is restricted, and the 64 Distribution Centers DO NOT include overseas sales!!!!!!!!!!! This thing is huge... all we need are the financials and off the pinksheets and it is going to fly!
Other Activities:
There will be announcements of acquisition(s) in the near future. There is a lot of upcoming activity slated for signage before the end of the year. He mentioned a couple times that they had DOT approval in all 50 states. I am not certain if he was trying to tell me something or not?!?
Everything that Mr. Howe told me is coming true... this is awesome! Now I am beginning to wonder what he was eluding to when he mentioned the signage?!?

Remember now... that PLNI has already negotiated and has a relationship with Blulinx for distribution of their products...
Now with one more offering, they should be able to get the Semco product to market pretty easily!

I think people are not too sure what the pr today means for PLNI
until we can understand how such an acquisition will effect the bottom line I think people are pulling back and seeing what happens.
I think the PR could have included a statement of how they believe this will impact the revenues. But, it didn't. So now people have no way to estimate what effect the acquisition will have.

4 WEEKS TO FINANCIALS IS GREAT BUT THE PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE THE UPGRADE IS ANOTHER STORY SO DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP FOR THE NEXT 30-DAYS THINKING UPGRADE WILL BE DONE AND MOST LIKELY YOU CAN FIGURE 3-6 MONTHS FOR THE UPGRADE TO ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE. THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT THERE IS NO RECENT REVERSE MERGER ON THIS STOCK WHICH TAKES IT'S CURRENT POSITION AND UPGRADES IT.
THE MOST RECENT NEWS SEEMS PROMISING WITH THE ACQUISITION OF SEMCO. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CURRENTLY BEING USED IN PROMINENT STRUCTURES SUCH AS THE TAMPA CONVENTION CENTER AND TORONTO SKYDOME.
THIS LOOKS TO BE ONE OF THOSE STOCKS YOU'LL CHART IN 2+ YEARS FROM NOW AND SEE GO FROM .015 TO $20+.
DO NOT DISCOUNT THE REVERSE SPLIT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HOLDING SOME SHARES AND EXPECT WITH THE UPGRADE TO GO UPPEDY. IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES LIKE THIS, THE SHARE PRICE WILL FAR OUTWEIGH THE R/S WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR BOTTOM LINE.
SHORT TERM ON THIS I THINK YOU'LL SEE THE .15 OR LESS WITH POSSIBLY GROWTH PAST .25. ONCE THE UPGRADE IS COMPLETE AND IF THE MERGER GOES THROUGH INITIALLY YOU'LL SEE SOME HUGE UPTRENDS.
