Ok since we're pulling out the charts now .... for you experts out there, how do you explain the RSI on this one (around 94)? From what I've learned, over 70 means this is way over-bought, and we can expect a dip. Obviously, this one has been sitting over 70 for a spell ... so, are we looking at some chart-buster here? And what is sustaining this PPS and the gains we've seen? Since we don't have any major, new PRs yet, is it from the share buy-back going on or just everyone throwing $$$ in for a wild ride?
Thanks for any light y'all can shed on this. Of course, I'm just happy to see green!

where: RS = (Avg. of n-day up closes)/(Avg. of n-day down closes) n= days (most analysts use 9 - 15 day RSI)
ok, lets say we have a stock that is severly undervalued. If the market slowly corrects itself then your RSI value will continue to ride high since it is all calculated on if the days ending price is up or down. If a stock is rising slowly to correct an undervaluation then you will see many consecutive gains in a row, giving a very high RSI.
If PNLI was severly undervalued then you can expect the RSI to go high and remain high untill the true value is realized.
If PLNI wasn't severly undervalued then the RSI would have shown that.
I believe that the RSI strength here meerly reinforces the strenght we have seen in the PLNI pps.

And thank you, too, buckstalker ... Yes, those are all excellent points and ones that I've read about on the board here. However, except for point #3, those aren't things many other investors would necessarily be aware of (I'm going off of released PRs on yahoo since May 1). I know that some people say that there isn't much point trying to understand a penny stock, but maybe I can learn something from this one.
In the end, I think it's really cool that I turned a meager $250 into close to $500 in just a few days ... not to mention what it will be worth when i eventually sell!!!

Just one tidbit.... he informed me that PLNI is trading less than 1/2x their earnings. Whereas most other profitable companies trade at 10-20 or more, this one is WAY undervalued and easily will be a 10-20 bagger!
Audit details:
Audit is 99.9% complete. Working on final details and filling out paperwork for filing for move to OTCBB. Bill expected that within 1-2 weeks for everything to be complete, but to be conservative, expect a PR before the end of the month announcing the move and/or audit completion.
Investor relations:
IR campaign was just begun. The MoneyTV interview was just the start. Plans have already been made for radio interviews, webcasts and additional MoneyTV spots. We will be getting a PR next week in regards to the Next Generation of Molds. This PR is significant as it will detail production improvements and efficiencies (Jim Turek also alluded to this big PR… in their mind it is huge!!!). A new website is ready for release. The company is reviewing it before an announcement/release is made.
Share Structure:
Again he confirmed 2 billion Auth, 1.4 Bill float, 73% insider owned (restricted). He also mentioned a Private Placement / Credit Facility under very favorable terms for the company. This allows them the necessary credit for activities (read between the lines here!!!!!). I think he realized that he shouldn’t have said something, and I am not going to repeat it, but, for what else do you need credit for?????
PPS:
I directly asked about market cap, and he indicated that the current pps is around ˝ times the earnings. This makes the current pps WAY undervalued. We should see a big jump in the coming weeks.
Revenues:
I asked if the XYLOX acquisition is providing the expected revenues as was stated in the Oct 04 PR. He said that the XYLOX deal never completed. BUT, other activities have transpired during the time (read the last line of Share Structure detail - hint). I asked if they are profitable and he said OHH YESSS! The company is not funding operations through the sale of shares to raise capital. There is NO Carry forward debt. There IS Carry forward Losses which is a good thing (tax writeoffs).
As an example he stated that Georgia Pacific Spinoff (Owned by GP execs) Blue Linx (?) has 64 distribution centers. Each distributor sells roughly $300,000 of the rebar supports and accessories….. That figure however is for 1 turn of inventory, and many of the centers are turning the inventory 4-7 times per year. Specifically, he stated that Miami just placed a reorder, five weeks after their last order!
{The following statement is my own personal opinion} So, doing the math, 64 centers *$300,000 * avg. 3 turns of inventory = $57,600,000 revenue Furthermore: ($57.6 Mill * 20% profit margin) / 1.44 Billion Float= $0.008 eps *10 mutiplier = $0.08 projected pps target Now take into account that over 900 Million of that float is restricted, and the 64 Distribution Centers DO NOT include overseas sales!!!!!!!!!!! This thing is huge... all we need are the financials and off the pinksheets and it is going to fly!
Other Activities:
There will be announcements of acquisition(s) in the near future. There is a lot of upcoming activity slated for signage before the end of the year. He mentioned a couple times that they had DOT approval in all 50 states. I am not certain if he was trying to tell me something or not?!?

For you more experienced guys...is it possible for a stock like this one to ever reach .50 - 1.00 without any splits? I've been in on plni since it was at the bottom of the barrel last year, so my profit is obviously very good right now, but I'm just curious what will happen to the prices in another year or so when the ball gets rolling for them?

Schwarz: from what I have read there will not be anytype of r/s or dilution of the stock or anything that would be a deteriment to this stock. The float is small in relation to alot of other companies of this size/nature. If you truly have been in this since December, then you have certainly hitched your wagon to a team of strong mares. Hold on tight and enjoy the ride.

PLNI max price? In spring of 2004 it peaked briefly at .25, and at about .87 in spring of 2002. These were before the 8 for 1 split, and before the impressive new business plan. Any estimates for price and date?

maniladreaming, I am generally into short term trading, maximum 3-4 weeks hold..but this one is an exception...I anticipate holdind this one´for much longer than usual...dont think I will let any stocks go go before I have my 1000%...got in late @ .0075...

The Green Baron is reporting on their web site that PNLI Will have a VERY Important Press Release this Morning! If this is has anything to do with Contracts or Financial Numbers this is going to head to 5 Cents or HIGHER folks! Get em NOW or you will chase this one to 50 Cents!
