PRESCOTT, Ariz., Jun 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce that the installation of the first Ozone Air unit at Red Hawk Farms was completed, according to the companies' plans. Installation was completed in conjunction with the first day of packing at Red Hawk Farms and the newly installed Ozone Air unit provided by PDSS is functioning as anticipated.
Mr. Jack Dixon, President and Owner of Red Hawk Farms stated that, "The Ozone Air and dry brush operation leaves no spots or discoloration on the surface of the melons, which is normally seen when a water solution is used to clean, sanitize and extend the shelf-life of the melons. The melons show both shine and natural luster." PDSS is pleased to be able to provide Red Hawk Farms a solution that can not only sanitize and extend the shelf life of Red Hawk melons but also improve their visual appearance.
PDSS servicing at Red Hawk will also include the application of the Spherequat 2525-200 RTU for additional sanitization for drains, sinks, equipment washing and employee facilities. The Spherequat products work equally well for hotel, restaurant, home and cruise ship applications. All Ozone Air equipment and Spherequat products are part of the PDSS's Food Safety, Risk Reduction program.

PRESCOTT, Ariz., Jun 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce the establishment of its Arizona Distribution Center to support PDSS's Food Safety Process and Risk Reduction programs designed to provide audit trails for prudent sanitization within the food industry. This multi-purpose facility will serve as the operational support headquarters to coordinate the companies ozone machinery, consumable cleaning and sanitation product shipments to PDSS clients throughout the western United States, Mexico and western Canada.
According to PDSS CEO, Mr. Clearance Karney, an initial order of three 42,000 pound truck loads consisting of drums, totes and ready-to-use EPA Registered, quaternary based products, is in process. The Spherequat products will consists of Spherequat 1000, a disinfectant and sanitizer, Spherequat 6400, which is also a disinfectant and sanitizer, and Spherequat 2525-200, a ready to use cleaner/sanitizer for industrial, hospital and retail food establishment use. According to Mr. Karney, the license agreement to distribute the Spherequat products are the perfect complement to our ozone equipment in that they also provide PDSS with significant after market sales opportunities.
