TORONTO, Apr 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc., the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce a marketing agreement with O.H. Trading Corporation for fruits, vegetables and olive oil from South America, South Africa, Europe and New Zealand.
PDSS will have full marketing rights to both retail chains and food service vendors, with estimated volumes for fruits and vegetables to be 500,000 -- 600,000 units consisting of apples, pears, peaches, cherries, plums, and nectarines. All fruits and vegetables will arrive at west coast ports via vessel and will be treated with PDSS's food safety and risk reduction process. The following marketing agreement with O.H. Trading Corporation will allow PDSS to showcase its food safety and risk reduction process's for fruits and vegetables and provide PDSS certified fruit and vegetables into the market place.

TORONTO, Apr 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc., the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce the setting up of its first truck wash facility in Arizona. PDSS's first truck wash facility will be put in place at the Red Hawk Farms melon packing facility and will be the first facility to introduce Ozone sanitation for trailers hauling Red Hawk Brand watermelons to retail distribution centers. Revenues resulting from the Ozone Truck washer facility are expected by late May of 2005, with projected revenues of $15,000 per week.
PDSS's technical team will also begin install of the first Ozone Unit for Red Hawk Farms. It is expected to have the first Ozone unit to be completely operational within the first facility by mid May, when packing production will commence at Red Hawk Farms.
The company's staff will be accessing construction for the first PDSS distribution center, during the install of Ozone operations for the packing line and truck sanitization at Red Hawk Farms. PDSS is looking to have its first distribution center to be operational by late July, early August of 2005.

TORONTO, Apr 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc, the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce that Rodger Harris, PDSS's Vice President of marketing for New Zealand and Australia has been requested to present proposals to five major meat packers.
Interest has been generated as a direct result of testing by PDSS at a major Beef Packer in Southern California, which continues to show favorable results. Rodger Harris, stated "This is just the tip of the iceberg, as much interest is being shown in the Diary Industry for down under."
PDSS is also waiting for the finished layout of the Red Hawk Packing House to begin installation of Ozone sanitization equipment at the facility. PDSS's first truck wash is still on schedule for opening at the Red Hawk Facility prior to when Red Hawk begins shipping its melons.

Volume has been ok lately but shares have done nothing going between .0001 - .0002,must mean they have way too many shares outstanding and going to take a hurricane to move this.

I had a false sale on my shares of this stock at .0004 it recieved notice that the shares I put up sold about the same time the price dropped back to .0001 then about 10 minutes later I got the notice it was an erronous report. Was a new one to me

As per the Red Hawk-PDSS contract signed on April 6, 2005, an additional 4 more units, 3 truck washers, and the Spherequat process, Food Safety Audit Program implementation are expected. PDSS anticipates this as the first of many revenue streams for the company.
Mr. Chris Conn, Vice President of operations reports Red Hawk Farms is also testing the new dust and dirt control program for Red Hawk's parking areas, located at both its packing house and in the field harvest. This dust control program is part of PDSS Food Safety Process and will directed by Mr. Chris Conn, providing PDSS with another revenue source. The stock price was .0005 but the B/A was .0001 and .0002 - so if you were going to sell it you would get the bid price of .0001 - We need the BID/ASK price to go up which it hasen't.they do a PR every now and then with a new product or deploying a new product but this just doesn't move.Maybe time will tell.

B/A .0001 - .0002 so if you want to sell you will only get the .0001 price and buy @.0002.I hope the bid/ask goes up someday.
