This seems to be getting some hits today. Could possibly go. .0051 x .0051 at the moment.

Anyone in this, DO NOT HOLD OVERNIGHT. The company will steal your money with reverse splits. They probably changed their name/symbol so they could keep getting away with it.

Current Capital Change:
shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split
Ex-Date:
Record Date:
Pay Date: 2005-03-18

Company Notes:
Formerly=American Fire Retardant Corp. until 1-05. State of incorporation Nevada changed to Florida concurrent with the name change

Class Notes:
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split. Pay date=06/27/2003.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split. Pay date=09/12/2002.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 250 split. Effective date=3-22-04
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 250 split. Effective date=9-1-04

What sickens me is how the SEC can allow a company to RS so many times in such a short time frame.

SEC does not have as much power as you think it does. Best case they strike a deal and settle with the crooked guys

It is running though ask at .0071 now l2 looks great imo. for short holders. Bid keeps going higher than the last. Seems like they need them bad.

I think they have the power, they just refuse to use it. Paraphrasing Purl Gurl: "There's corruption in the SEC". They could pass regulations to stop companies from RSing to only once a year or something. It's like the whole SHO list situation. Like putting a band-aid on skin cancer.
