Yeah I just noticed this in most active percentage gainers it looks like it has potential. If it gets more hits today I may jump in.

BlackHawk Financial also provides a "Down Payment Assistance" program to homebuyers in need. The Company provides a loan to the homebuyer, which is secured by the underlying property, and yields a 10% to 12% annual return.
