The President of ,PHBT,and all the principals of the company should buy as much stock in the company as they can afford. It looks that they sold out in 2000 & 2001.
I can't understand why the couple that owe the $895,000 don't buy the stock, get controlling interest and absolve the $895,00. It should take less than $100,000 and they would own the company.

this stock is weird casue it will be slowly creeping down for a week or two then a nice run back up in a day then slowly creeps back down.

The last time I talked to Mr. Doxey Pres/ He mentioned that he sold twice 20,000,000 to a firm in the East to raise money. I assume that the float is somewhere around 69,000,000, unless he sold some more. Correct me if I am wrong. Sold the stock to raise money.

For this one, I was watching the MM over the past two days raising the ask and the bid with only 4 Million of shares traded. Except I don't know what happened this morning and got it to .0006. I placed an order for .0012 (the ask) but did not fill, so I knew that this one is very ready and ripe. Please read the compnay's news and find out. Personally, I like it. I just bought 750K...wish u the best.

You find it on Level 2. I do not have such service, however my numbers, in case that is your questions, are derived from personal observations for this particular stock. I have been watching this for quite awhile now. Watch it closely, you may find it interesting too. Best Luck!....Moe

I don't belive that he is going under, but he could be a better business man. He and the board of directors need to purchase stock , like 5 mil. Selling only drives the stock down. I developed an automatic water control for Autotrol Inc. H2O could go a long way. Nothing expected in the near future. Ken

Where would I find L2? One advisary service said to sell short and the stock goes up 40%. It should have gone down to .0005 or .0006. We will have to wait for the results today and see how the stock ends up.
Something seems to be brewing but haven't heard what.
They could be getting the $895,000 or the $1.5 million for the project could be progressing. Should be someting much bigger to move the stock substantially higher. At present it only moves a little and regresses to where it started. Looks like individual small groups just getting the story and starting to invest. I don't expect much at the near future but still holding my stock. Ken
