Just doing some dd myself......I like it. Chart is looking nice. Reading all of the past threads on this one.. Seems it ran from .08 to .40 to over a dollar.....Last summer.. All of the other runs were nice and strong as well.
Just got 2 partial fills at .011 Tried the spread for a while but would not get filled.

lots of shuffling around on level 2 this morning. Most of the trades yesterday were at the ask.... The MM's moved the price down and back up and down again. Seems to me they are short..... I got quite a bit more yesterday and plan to hold....I Feel this one is gonna' go. I sold others yesterday to get more. I AM LOADED! HOPE YOU'RE WITH ME.....
I'm holding this for at least a week.....that is unless it pops before then....

AB has this listed as a buy-if.....
volume picked some at the EOD and still looks like it has been accumulated for the past couple weeks....this could be a sign of possible news forthcoming. Charts are looking halfway decent right now for a buy-in point... it appears to have bottomed out and will begin its uptrend soon. With the low float, a big move up is also possible!
I have a small position and will hold to see what happens!

Also for those that like candles...... We formed today what is called a Long legged Doji. This candle requires confirmation the next day to show a reversal.....I think it will happen.
Definition of this candle stick:

There is supposed to be a month long promotion on this starting Thursday so....I'm hoping it starts tomorrow in antisipation of this. .02 could happen in one day with this small float. Well to address "MoMo" or whatever his/her name was.......For someone to get rich off of us buying and them selling.....They would have had to get shares cheaper than us.....And if you look at the chart.....unless they bought back in January......they have not had a chance...This is the lowest this stock has been since then..

Water quality is a huge issue. The main problem is sampling. A very small quantity of contaminent can ruin huge quantities of water, and the problem becomes how to get a representative sample, or obtain sufficient quantities of the contaminent to even register on sampling devices.
The solution right now is filtration and decontamination, which is where PHBT is positioned. Until the sampling companies can accurately obtain a broad sample representation of a large quantity, and be capapble of detecting the minute contaminents, filtration is the solution!

I sent an email to PHBT CEO and legal council to inquire about the possibility of NSS of their stock. Pinksheets lists 26.9 million shares O/S and we have that traded today....Even if they were all mirror from buy to sell, we would have (todays total divided by two) 12.5 million shares traded..... with yesterday, the entire float was traded..... that just doesn't sound right to me!

The volume was great....Getting lots of attention. It did not move with the volume early due to that MM.....It was so plain to see. Once he was gone we began to go back up. The short (I beleive) has been covered and we go up from here. The volume yesterday set off alerts as well as the PPS movement.....The chart is good and we should move up nice.
I do agree with Sir Loin (great name) break a penny and 2 cents is no problem.
All this as well as a company with a huge demand for it's service.

MM's are Market Makers....they make the market... Buying and selling
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a particular number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. How is it that you seem to know when they are "present" and/or actively influencing the stock......? For example, you referred to the MM being "gone" earlier and the price began going back up. Is their influence always negative?
Also, a reference to "BREG" or "BRGE", is that a particular MM or just a short trader?

Anyone with thoughts of buying.... watch this closely now. This is being Naked Shorted to death and will come back hard soon. The last time it happened, it jumped 400%. Right now, the MM are manipulating it down with mirror trades. If I had some more funds, I would be loading up big time!

This use to trade a few years back at 60 cents, and not too long ago at 20 cents. Not certain if there was any liquidation since then, but to see .01-.05 would be amazing.

The charts show this historically trading around a penny, so unless they reverse merger, go bankrupt, etc, etc, it should hopefully recover and, cross my fingers, hit .02+. I'm not holding out on rumors ... No offense to Tongusc, who brought up talk of rumors, but I don't even know what the rumor is supposed to be about, nor do I know where he/she got word of it. Dunno. I'm in heavy at .0019. This is weird...considering it traded steadily at MUCH higher levels. If you do call the company, just ask them what plans they have for the future. Ask them how business is! I've e-mailed them twice, and have gotten no response.

What I don't understand is why don't the couple that owe the $890,000 buy out the company. controlling interest would cost less than $100,000. 50,000,000 shares x $.0015 = $75,000. If it was me, I would take over the company unless there are other unknown items.

The President of ,PHBT,and all the principals of the company should buy as much stock in the company as they can afford. It looks that they sold out in 2000 & 2001.
I can't understand why the couple that owe the $895,000 don't buy the stock, get controlling interest and absolve the $895,00. It should take less than $100,000 and they would own the company.

For this one, I was watching the MM over the past two days raising the ask and the bid with only 4 Million of shares traded. Except I don't know what happened this morning and got it to .0006. I placed an order for .0012 (the ask) but did not fill, so I knew that this one is very ready and ripe. Please read the compnay's news and find out. Personally, I like it. Where would I find L2? One advisary service said to sell short and the stock goes up 40%. It should have gone down to .0005 or .0006. We will have to wait for the results today and see how the stock ends up.
Something seems to be brewing but haven't heard what.
They could be getting the $895,000 or the $1.5 million for the project could be progressing. Should be someting much bigger to move the stock substantially higher. At present it only moves a little and regresses to where it started. Looks like individual small groups just getting the story and starting to invest. I don't expect much at the near future but still holding my stock. Ken

I think what moved the stock substantially high is the buying only. Luckily, the MMs are not able to shorten this stock for reason otherwise we would see it rise by a small percentile as it is the case with many sub-penny stocks. This, by itself, seem to be in our advantage. Furthermore,increase to 40 -50% on a volume of 10 million gives us an excellent idea about where this stock would go had the volume been 50 million, for example.
I may disagree with your notion that a regression may occur at the end of trading seccion. I would bet on seeing a new level of stability. Best Luck.

You said that you own this stock!! Then you come here twice and spread the romures that this is a group play. If it is a group play we would seen a lot of pump-and-dump but that did not happen.
There is a lot of buys and only few sells (I can substantiate that for you in private if you wish so not to waste space of time) I follow this stock second-by-second. This seems to mimic BCIT, besides the company is not into the business of PRs to sustain price level or alleviate it which makes me very comfortable to the outlook of this one. PHBT is running too good to be a group play. They run stocks but not like this. If they were going to do that it would have run at the beginning of the day at .007 and not let it go down to .0059. This is pure buying from investors who see the great opportunity of this company with all that's going on in Katrina aftermath.

MACD, RSI, and Volume are all very bullish on this stock. We are flying blind though, as this company releases very little PR. I love that this stock has been in the dime range and above less than a year ago... Have to watch it close! If this is a manufactured run, it could drop like a rock. So far so very good!

I think there are some that are nervous about how fast it has gone up. I think that we will see this thing take off again. It has done this same thing for two days in a row and it looks the same today. It goes down in the morning and then takes off. It goes back down at lunch and then right before the close it takes off again. I love this stock.

Looks like a finish of .0085 with a bid/ask spread of .0085/.009. should open strong tomorrow. Hopefully blasting through the penny mark. The volume, MACD, and RSI are really consistently strong for the last week. I like what I am seeing. I don't think we are near the top yet.

I talked to investor relations and they said that nothing is coming out until after things are settled in court over a settlement that is owed to them. They are looking at bringing out news in Oct. They did not go into big detail except to say that things are going good for the company and that they do have things in the works.

It was Ordered by the Honorable Judge Thomas H. Fulton that this matter before the Court on PHBT's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Against Joseph Anthony Mazziotti's (Debtor) Memorandum in Opposition to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and PHBT's Reply Memorandum in Support of Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Against Joseph Anthony Mazziotti. PHBT is seeking a partial summary judgment finding based on collateral estoppel that a civil theft default judgment owed to it by the Debtor Mazziotti is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4).
This court previously issued an Order and Memorandum-Opinion on September 30, 2004, granting in part and denying in part PHBT's Motion for Summary Judgment. As stated in the September 30 Order, H20 brought suit against the Debtor for various causes of action, including fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, money lent, and civil theft in the Florida Circuit Court. PHBT was granted a default judgment against the Debtor in the amount of $839,619.50 for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and money lent, and triple damages for civil theft totaling $57,000. In September 30 Order, this Court found that the doctrine of collateral estoppel precluded the Debtor from relitigating the issue of fraud before the bankruptcy court. The Court, however, refused at that time to determine the amount of the damages award attributable to fraud count that could be held nondischargeable.
PHBT is currently before the court seeking a determination that, based on collateral estoppel, the Debtor similarly cannot attempt to relitigate the civil theft award and that the damages is nondischargeable under 11U.S.C. 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4). In the September 30 Order, this Court exercised proceeding abstention as to the amount of damages attributable to fraud, and sent the case back to the Florida Circuit Court to allow it to collectively or proportionally allocate the total damage award among the various counts in the complaint. The Florida Circuit Court has subsequently declined to "go behind" the jury's verdict to allocate the damages. This Court will, therefore, hold a hearing at a later time to allocate what damages from the State Court adjudication are attributable to fraud.

Why would it take off? Not, all news are good news. If you read the 1st paragraph, they are liable. It finds that the civil theft debt attributable to the Florida Circuit Court is nondischargeable
I am not a lawyer but PHBT will pick up the debt amount. If it was dischargeable then it would have flown. That's why we are down 23%
I expect it to drop more on the following days, back to 3 soon

Pens - You did not read it correctly, The court is saying that Joseph Mazzotti cannot use bankruptcy as a way to get out of paying the debt he owes PHBT. You cannot take a debt into bankruptcy when it has to deal with fraud. PHBT has asked to get at least the partial summary judgement now while seeking the rest. They may not get all of the money that they had intended but it will work in their favor.

I'm no lawyer ether but, I would have to agree with you sho, it appears the court ruled in favor of PHBT that the debt should be paid in full by the person who tried to shaft PHBT.
I also agree that this is a normal down day, we may see a close below open but, I expect it to go back up tommorow! I managed to pick up a few shares on the bounce. I would be afraid to say that any stock is predictable, but this one shure seems to follow a definite pattern.

We have a ceiling that we have to break at .01 when we get there. Like I said in an earlier post. There is good things and PR coming for this company and when it does come people will cry just like they did with BCIT. I owned BCIT and cried as well because I jumped early. Look at the PR on this company - they are not barking their own horn other people are doing it for them. They have a great product and folks think about it 10 yrs ago we didn't pay for water but now we pay for it in every way. I am not a pumper if I were I would have bailed when it was up to .009. IMHO I think this company has great potential.

This judgment, in my opinion, is a good thing for the plaintiff (Pure H2O)
The court can not, however, determine the amount attributed to the fraud (which was tripled by earlier court)
Showme is correct that fraud-related judgment can not be discharged as a result of the bankruptcy codes.
This (.007) is a good entry point. It may never come again.

Already 42 million shares traded today. Heavy volume. Direction is all over the place today but slowly coming back. I would not be surprised to see it break the penny mark but it could be breather day as well. RSI, MACD, and Volume still show bullish trend over the past couple of weeks.

B I think that you are right. We already have 8 mil this morning trading. People have this on their list, because it is staying right around six. IMHO if it would have been a group play or something you would have seen the price drop below .003 and I don't think that you are going to see that price again. I'm looking for it to take another run. Does anyone have the MM's on this one today?

Nice rebound today after all the indicators were bottoming...Watch for a gapup in the Premarket and maybe if the momo continues like it was before about a week ago, a test of the .005-.007 resistence...
The reason why many traders still believe this will break .01 is because this stock has a very low float (160 mil i believe), coupled with no dilution as a sub penny, and couple that with a great chart...A traders dream this stock is..
Keep in mind it did break one of the ascending triangles on that pullback
