No but seriously, the chart looks awesome, and there was no reason other than MM games for the fall.

Water quality & security is a huge business, and is getting heavy scrutiny from DHS, EPA and other govt agencies!
Water quality is a huge issue. The main problem is sampling. A very small quantity of contaminent can ruin huge quantities of water, and the problem becomes how to get a representative sample, or obtain sufficient quantities of the contaminent to even register on sampling devices.
The solution right now is filtration and decontamination, which is where PHBT is positioned. Until the sampling companies can accurately obtain a broad sample representation of a large quantity, and be capapble of detecting the minute contaminents, filtration is the solution!

I sent an email to PHBT CEO and legal council to inquire about the possibility of NSS of their stock. Pinksheets lists 26.9 million shares O/S and we have that traded today....Even if they were all mirror from buy to sell, we would have (todays total divided by two) 12.5 million shares traded..... with yesterday, the entire float was traded..... that just doesn't sound right to me!

Existing hyper chlorine disinfection and carbon filter-based water treatment systems appear to have limits that suggest a need for improved potable water supplies in military installations or remote locations, residences, hospitals, nursing homes, day-care centers, commercial facilities, recreational facilities, cruise ships and hotels
(from 7th paragraph) The sources of water contamination associated with outbreaks are swimming pools, drinking water (not bottled water) and ice cubes.

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is low and it definitely requires confirmation.
definition:
The Long White Candlestick is a signal indicating strong buying pressure.
Recognition Criteria:
1. The real body of the Long White Candlestick has a relatively longer length relative to other candlesticks on the chart. 2. The sizes of the upper and lower shadows are not important.
Explanation: Long White Candlesticks show strong buying pressure. A longer white candlestick is indicative of the fact that the closing price is further above the opening price. The Long White Candlestick shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure and buyers were aggressive.

"During talks with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday, the two countries are expected to sign nearly 30 agreements to promote political, economic and cultural ties. China is keen to develop a free trade area with a combined population total of 2 billion, which would make it the largest free trade area in the world. India-China trade reached $13.6 billion in 2004, with India recording a trade surplus of $1.75 billion, Indian Commerce Ministry statistics show."

The volume was great....Getting lots of attention. It did not move with the volume early due to that MM.....It was so plain to see. Once he was gone we began to go back up. The short (I beleive) has been covered and we go up from here. The volume yesterday set off alerts as well as the PPS movement.....The chart is good and we should move up nice.
I do agree with Sir Loin (great name) break a penny and 2 cents is no problem.
All this as well as a company with a huge demand for it's service.

I'm brand new at this, especially where it concerns the lingo. I got GLTA, but some of the other abbreviations used here are throwing me. Especially MM's. Assuming it has nothing to do with candy, can someone tell me what it stands for and just who those jerks are? I don't even know what it stands for, but I HATE THEM!

Okay, I answered my own question as to what MM stands for. But just who are these Market Makers? Are they just investors? Why do they come and go? Are they just short sellers? Why does it seem their effect on us is negative?
I DON'T GET IT!

MM's are Market Makers....they make the market... Buying and selling
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a particular number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. Each market maker competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares. Once an order is received, the market maker immediately sells from its own inventory or seeks an offsetting order. This process takes place in mere seconds.
The Nasdaq is the prime example of an operation of market makers. There are over 500 member firms that act as Nasdaq market makers, who keep the financial markets running efficiently because they are willing to quote both bid and offer prices for an asset.

How is it that you seem to know when they are "present" and/or actively influencing the stock......? For example, you referred to the MM being "gone" earlier and the price began going back up. Is their influence always negative?
Also, a reference to "BREG" or "BRGE", is that a particular MM or just a short trader?
Feelin' pretty STOOPID, but I have little else to do with my time here, and I'd prefer actually MAKING money to loosing it. Took a bath on MLON. A big, stinky bath. Been reading this board for months and appreciate all of the input, but just signed up today. Hope you don't mind the questions.
