Isn't it funny this kind of crap can just happen? I'm averaged down now, but it's just hilarious to hear it confirmed. I might actually start playing the SHO list with the Dateline story coming out this weekend.

I am going to throw out the short term rule book on this stock...I keep accummulating...I think there is a 50% gain, at least...when the stock comes off the SHO list...I base this gain from .039

Why not .45 like they hit twice before? Where can I get the news/PR from those days?

I'm not impressed with their website, I might offer to revamp it for them for free. Can I do that if I'm invested in them? Design a new website for free?

Is that why it fell a full peny today? lol.

I just keep averaging down. This thing is so sorely under valued.

$980,214 market cap? Pfftt. Yeah right. Even ICAN isn't this undervalued. Funny you can be shorted about 5 times less than even your real estate's value, not to mention about 20 times less than your asset's.

Yeah, I still haven't sold. Nor do I intend to. I want 30+ cents. The value of the company is at least that much.

Strong buy for MLXO. Reason? Here it is:
In Nov. MLXO inked a deal with Cornell Capital for a Standby Equity Financing Deal, Cornell then began shorting MLXO Like they do every company the lend to, lending the company money it raised from selling the same company short in the first place, basically lending the company it's own money. Well the CEO was unaware at the time what Cornell was up to and once he found out decided that the company would be better off not using and funds from Cornell, SO HES NOT USING CORNELL CAPITAL FUNDS, And Cornell has shorted MLXO from .20 area to .025, it's on the SHO list for the second time because of it, now that MLXO doesn't want their money, theres gonna be alot of short covering in the coming days/weeks or Cornell will be caught short. Current ask of .035 is way undervalued, all indicators say that MLXO is way oversold. [Eek!]

MLXO; My Opinion we are seeing Professional short Covering in action, they cover a mil or 2 in shorts and bring it back down on a few hundred short sells so they can it all over again tomorrow until they have covered and made their money, Lather, Rinse, Repeat! Some old crap.

MLXO UPDATE!!!

Post #of 264

I spoke with the CEO Today and this is what I gather from my conversation, As usual he was very reserved with what he would comment on and say, my take is this, the company is taking action against what is happening to the stock price, he wouldn't comment on exactly what that is, but I already know from my conversations last week that it is shorting by Cornell Capital so I didn't even bring that up since that is a given. According to Tom (CEO), the action they are taking HAS NOT BEGUN YET! When asked for an opinion on the situation with the Share price he said that himself and his family are the majority shareholders of MLXO and they are very unhappy with whats happened to the share price. He would not give me an opinion on what will happen to the Share price once the company starts the action it is pursuing, only this, that the share price will be much better than it is right now. He said to give us a week to two weeks at the most and it will be released and hopefully get the stock back where it belongs. I think Cornell Capital already has wind of this and that is why we see Cornell begining to Cover which seems to have started last Fri. according to the chart, I would call it Pre-emptive covering! LOL! Cornell is Prob. covering as much as they can before this breaks wide open and Investors get wind of what the company is going to do to combat this Toxic Shorting. It's gonna be fun to watch this pan out, I am definitely holding until the company PR's this, if this breaks back to the teens or above .20 it's gonna be AWESOME!

MLXO UPDATE

re CLYP: Actually, if you were watching L2 the beginning of this week when we started moving up into the .04's CLYP moved from .08 to .10 on the ask side (where they currently are). Although CLYP was clearly the seller and played a big role in MLXO's move from .20 all the way down to where we are they are clearly not selling right now.

Current L2 shows only 3 MM's between .034 and .044.
1 @ .034,
2 @ .038
and 1 @ .044.

NITE continues to accumulate @ the bid (Hmmmmm - does NITE see this going much higher - I think so) and the bid is stacked @ .03 - 6 MM's. If you get a chance to pick up cheapies here @ .031/.032 I strongly suggest that you take advantage of this buy opportunity.

If we get any decent volume this will move back up to .04+ quickly IMO. With news expected this week (10K) and follow up PR(s) expected on the CEO's plans to bring the pps back in line to where it should be we should see a steady uptrend from here on out. JMHO & GLTA

Investo, do you think that the CEO may be planning another forward split (1 for 1 perhaps)? The float after a 1/1 fs would still be very reasonable (around 52M shares) and this would create a pps surge prior to the fs (similar to last time with short covering prior to the symbol change and folks wanting in to get the additional shares).

Another approach that Tom may be taking is working with a brokerage firm and showing them how undervalued MLXO currently is. A buy/strong buy recommendation from an independent firm with a .20+ short term target would also do wonders for the pps of MLXO IMO.

This is clearly a no-brainer for me and I see multiple avenues the CEO can take to bring the pps of MLXO back in line with where it should be. A big move is coming soon. I am very confident with this one.

Interesting. I had no idea that Cornell was shorting them, then loaning them their money back. It's good to see a CEO/President with the balls to stand up to these ******* financers that get away with this crap.

Well, the interesting thing is I can't find this on the SHO list, and it's reportedly all shorted to heck. It's bound to do some rise in PPS, but some hypothesize it might drop back down a bit before the run. No one knows when they are going to announce what it is they are doing.
