In the prospectus released on this week for WB, that the Dividend Equalization Preferred Shares (WAVAP) are listed under the stockholders equity section as having a value of $11 million (page 11)?
With the issued amount of 97 million shares and today's close, the value is only $679,000. $11 million would put the value of each WAVAP share at 11.3 cents. If there were to be a merger, they would have to fetch at least this amount imo. Someone stated earlier that these shares have no value, I would beg to differ. Maybe the action Friday and Monday was the first push to get these to the correct value.

Maybe I can make a trip there sometime, I try to watch Drake Relays as I qualified once in high school and have loved it since. Extremely low on the funds right now...being in debt, in college and jobless never seem to work in a positive direction lol
Edit: thanks for the stars, maybe someday I'll get all those 1-star ratings from the QBID guys to go away

guys if they try to run this again they would be crazy...everyone is aware of it now, you'd be lucky to get out without losing any money, even the runners will only make a fraction of what they made last time, probably no more than 40-50% as everyone will be itching to sell lest they become bag holders again...and the bag is getting pretty big.

I've heard a few good people say this is a good company. I don't own it and have never done any DD on it so I'm just posting OPO.

Just for the record I stay away from stocks I think are group runs. I've held the bag and turned the lights out on a couple so I've learned my lesson the hard way.
