Just doing some dd here. Just who is this Keavney and what are his qualifications to run a home-based internet business, let alone get paid over $100,000 a year to do it?
Better yet, does this guy have some sort of racing background, or is he just a fan.
I see MSEP talking about their stock alot, but why doesn't MSEP release any sales figures or talk about profits. For this stock to be valued in the millions, they must be making lots of sales and even big profits! I mean, I can buy a home-based internet business off ebay for less than $2000.

rashid, this is actually a good sign. People are actually paid to plant the seed of doubt in the minds of investors to get them to sell their shares.
I am sure that the mm's are swetting as by my estimate they need to cover about 4 million shares as MSEP is on the SHO list for the past 3 weeks running.

No, I wouldn't touch this pump and dump stock with a 10-foot pole! Look at these SEC reports released just today. MSEP looks like its going under a penny and R/S very soon with all this stock dumping. They can't run the stock printing presses fast enough!
First, looks like Bob Brehm is starting to convert his 2,500,000 preferred into 250,000,000 free trading MSEP shares.
"Accordingly, on August 26, 2004, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock to Intercontinental Assets Corp., a Nevada corporation, in full satisfaction of and pursuant to the terms of certain $15,000 promissory note dated June 30, 2004, and amended as of August 26, 2004 and that certain Management Severance Agreement dated June 30, 2004, and amended August 26, 2004. Accordingly, Intercontinental Assets Corp., the holder of 2,500,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock shall have the right pursuant to Section 2(a) of the Certificate of Designation, to vote 250,000,000 shares of common stock, which will effectively give Intercontinental Assets Corp voting control of the Company."
I don't know how these same guys get away with running pump and dump after pump and dump.
And look at Keavney raiding the stock vault too, somehow getting paid $56,000 last year for "what?" and then converting the so-called "debt" to make it look like he's "buying" stock:
"On September 16, 2004, the Company executed a Letter of Understanding and Reinstatement Agreement with David Keaveney ("Keaveney"). The Agreement calls for Keaveney to receive a total of $56,352 from services Keaveney performed from February 9, 2004 until September 15, 2004.
Subsequent to the period covered by this report, on November 4, 2004 the Company's President & CEO David Keaveney exercised his right to convert $2,280 (part of a $56,352 debt into 1,500,000 shares of restricted common stock. The remaining outstanding balance was reduced accordingly to $54,072.
Subsequent to the period covered by this report, on November 16, 2004 the Company's President & CEO David Keaveney exercised his right to convert $3,000 (part of a $54,072 debt into 1,000,000 shares of restricted common stock. The remaining outstanding balance was reduced accordingly to $51,072. "
Again, who is this Keavney and what makes him qualified to get all this stock and salary from running a home-based mail-order internet business?

Boy, if I owned this stock I'd have a detective parked outside Keavneys house to make sure the computer and a couple boxes of records(SEC evidence) don't get loaded up on a truck and MSEP vanish without a trace. He could probably stash all of MSEP in his cars trunk in his garage, shut down the sites, and leave town in less than an hour.
Has anybody ordered anything off the sites to make sure these internet businesses really exist?
After Brehm, Keavney, and the promoters sell all their stock next week, the message board plants and stock promotors can move on to their next gig. At least they covered their tracks with the SEC by filing the required reports, so they won't get prosecuted.
It will then just look like another dot-com bubble burst to the SEC.

Wow, Brehm and Keavney have got to be the GREATEST and SMARTEST pump and dumpers. The PPS increases 10000% and they didn't sell 1 (YES, that is not one) shares.

As I said before new to pennies, maybe that's a good thing. Picked up MSEP at .01 and have done very well. I like auto racing looked at web page and read advice from boards. So far this SCAM (as Tastey says it is) has allowed me to buy in other companies and still improve holdings in it. Wow what a SCAM hope I can find more like it.
Thanks for your advice Tastey, I will file it where it belongs.
P.S. holding on and getting more. Indy 500 will do nothing but help this improve IMO.

"Tasty grogan" is an idiot. He really sucks at bashing. Because of him I'm gonna buy another 50000 shares. The XM SATELLITE RADIO INDY 200 race is on Saturday March 19/05 and there is DEFINITELY gonna be some great PR this week. At 0.056 a share you can't go wrong.
Shame on you grogan...trying to instill fear upon the MSEP investors. Who's paying you?
If this is not the case...then I'll lend you the money to buy some shares and when you double it, pay me back.

The conversion of the stock is .0005 as clearly stated in Table II. That is not a whole lot of money compared to the amount of money he spent buying on the open market.

And, this is still a penny stock on the OTCBB WITHOUT a reporting to the shareholders or SEC. Once this is has been reported the TA will become clear and we shall all know what this is!!
