SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2005--David Keaveney, CEO of MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP - News), announced today their newest division, DriversDigs.com, is now operational and can be seen at www.driversdigs.com.
"The anticipation has been building since our initial 'splash page' was introduced several weeks ago, and now we are pleased www.driversdigs.com is LIVE. As the 2005 race season progresses, we anticipate DriversDigs.com to evolve into a virtual storefront, whereby enthusiasts purchase apparel and memorabilia from a growing list of drivers from nearly every racing series." Keaveney continued, "We encourage everyone to register their e-mail at the DriversDigs Web site to receive updates on new product arrivals and frequent sales."

DriversDigs is a Web site dedicated to selling original equipment worn by participating race drivers. Items at DriversDigs.com come with a certificate of authenticity and are in limited quantity. DriversDigs will continuously upgrade its Web site and provide a secure online shopping experience with e-commerce verification technology. Merchandise can be found online at www.driversdigs.com or in the retail store of ScaleCars.com (www.scalecars.com), located in Scottsdale, Ariz.

"With the IRL season starting this weekend at Homestead-Miami, a 'LIVE' Web page was a must," said Mark Wolkos, marketing manager for MotorSports Emporium Inc. Wolkos continued, "The energy, devotion and attention to detail were first class and I want to congratulate our CEO, David Keaveney, and the entire MotorSports Emporium team for their dedication and hard work in getting www.driversdigs.com completed so quickly."

In an unrelated release, ESPN announced the March 6, 2005 IRL race from Homestead-Miami will be televised in both regular race format on ESPN, and in a special in-car cam-only format on ESPN2. Bryan Herta, a MotorSports Emporium and ScaleCars.com sponsored driver, drives the No. 7 XM Radio Andretti Green Race Team car and is one of seven drivers with an in-car cam. MotorSports Emporium is confident this special televised format will be a tremendous opportunity to receive exposure for its ScaleCars.com subsidiary. What's up with the big dipper? Correction?

Posted by lilpennypincher on :

This is a healthy much needed retrace....It was overbought...
IMHO...This is actually a good thing.....
Some people, IMHO....don't want to jump in when it is up so high.
These retraces allow for new buyers to come in.
This stock is in a beautiful uptrend and will not retrace long.
I see a buying frenzie happening at the beginning of the week with people that have been waiting to buy in and thought it was too late to do so.

All My opinion but, think it makes great sense.
This stock is going to be trading over a dime very shortly....
I picked up some today at .061, just incase it does not go much lower but, actually hoping it goes back to the lower 5's to get more at that price, If not.....I have my .061 purchase, and I do see it hitting a dime soon.

Look at the chart......

http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=msep,uu[h,a]daclyyay[pb50!b100][vc60][iUo14!La12,26,9]&pref=G

It needed this...New money coming after a good pullback...Not time to sell.......SELL HIGH....
TIME TO BUY....BUY LOW!!!Watch it carefully and look for the low and jump on it....

GOOD LUCK ALL...

LOTS of BAGHOLDERS HERE DOn't chase unlerss you want to lose people holding from .02 from 15 days ago!!!!!

Posted by justplayin on :

Don't chase?? You could have bought in the low .05's at 10:10 and made some bank already?? Any day trader could have flipped this one twice in the first trading hour for big profits.

Do we need to warn people to buy low and sell high?

This stock can make bank!!

Posted by justplayin on :

Anybody could have flipped this one twice at a minimum of 25% each time. That would mean a 50% profit in the first hour of trading.

This is not a micro where you may see 200%.

Additionally, there are many of us that believe in the company and management and think this is only the beginning. Also, the TA shows it is a time for market correction before the next run up.

So, you are right in your analysis that we will see some selling pressure. Most of us will use this as a buying point. [Big Grin]

Thanks Joe! I just thought that the old thread was getting too long and some people started to doubt where MSEP might go. I think they didn't go to all the pages and read your GREAT DD before they started doubting.

This pullback was required as pointed out by Lil and Realityinc.

I think we have support at .055-.058 and the next run will be over .10 (IMHO)

I tried to buy on the dip in the mid .04's and they wouldn't sell.

My level II shows small "trades" to make the movement. Damn MM games.

Anyone else up for taking the MM's out back beating them with a thorn bush? LOL

Posted by justplayin on :

JJ, I kinda love them right now.

I am trying to take the shares from the weak hands. The mm's wouldn't sell to me ABOVE the ask in the mid .04's. They need our shares real bad.

As of yesterday afternoon, MSEP was still on the SHO list.

Also, this is a classic 5 step retrace. We should end up at least even if not in the green today. JMHO

Posted by justplayin on :

TA said the pps was going to adjust because of being oversold. The mm's need to cover before they can let this one go up.

IMHO, I would just forget about your holdings for about a week and then check back. This large run will take a little more time than the last runs to allow the pps to move.

I will be holding my shares LONG and STRONG. There are many of us that are long so it will take the mm's longer to cover.

Justplayin,

Kinda sad now with the decline in price.

Long and strong.

go msep

Joe

Posted by justplayin on :

Not really Joe, I am still adding to my position.

The charts say we may still see 1-2 more days of slow trading with slight pps decline. I don't expect alot, but the mm's have to cover and WILL shake out soft hands.

We will be off the under .10 board soon. JMHO

From the February 13 low of .015 to the recent high of .089, today's low is very close to a 61.8 percent Fibonacci retracement (actually .0432). There is a good chance that we have bottomed. Let's watch now for consolidation and volume contraction to set up for the next run if the mm's have covered.

Posted by Copper to Dollar on :

I got in yesterday @.059 & few weeks before that @.049.

I have noticed in the stock chart, a classic Cup & Handle formation with the Handle forming at about the .03's. That is just before it took off to the .08 area. In my opinion, it looks to be forming the begining of another Cup (far side of cup wall already formed) with Handle to come later. What do you think?

This ground-hog's gotta dig along the bottom then come up the other side & see the sunshine!

"I'm too old to fold" - Go MSEP!

Posted by justplayin on :

Watch closely for the handle!!!

If it forms, we could easily see over .10 - JMHO

Posted by justplayin on :

Just noticed something interesting on level II. Almost every time the pps drops it is caused by a "trade" of 5000 shares. It hardly seems worth the trade at $250-$300 per trade.

Things that make you go Hmmm.

Wow, that is a nice profit. P & D, not quite!

Before you call something a P & D you should learn what a P & D is and what are it's tendencies.

MSEP is by far not a P & D. TA was indicating this pullback and nobody was disputing that when it was pointed out a weeks ago.

Obviously you don't....

Please give us the examples of pump and dump and how they apply to MSEP..

I have never seen a pump and dump with such RSI for such a long period of time.

This stock may be pumped by excited investors, but this is NOT a pump and dump.

Hope you make some money, but don't come to the table and post BS about this being a pump and dump.

I think Justplayin had it right. Check out the LEVEL 2 and it did confirm that the pps downfall was started AND maintained with trades of 5000 shares and large buys after the lowering of the pps right after.

Classic case of MM games and them trying to cover their shares.

MACD is about to cross over the 0.00 on the minus side and the volume is decreasing. Expect an additional pps reduction while the stock levels off and starts to be accumilated.

Once the pps is stable and we have ample time for accumilation, we should see another run.

In my opinion, a large run.

Lil, yes I do love when the negative posters come aboard. This usually means the beginning of the next uptrend is near.

If this guy was daytrading for years, then he should have made thousands today. He could have bought and sold at least twice today for a penny per share profit.

Gotta love the advice from the "experts". SLMFAO

Any one know what the actual sales are for this company at scale cars for Jan & Feb. I have not seen anywhere posted any sales numbers at all.

Driverdigs has a total of 8 items for sale, one sold at $150.

The PPS needs some real $$$ PR to reverse the price direction.

I want to buy back in again but need to see some
solid support. I will buy in either way if the PPS gets below .02

MM = Market Maker

These are the guys that actually broker the shares.

You may want to familarize yourself with level II quotes and the SHO list and its requirements. I have put links to the SHO list:

As of yesterday at 11:00 am, the MM's still need our shares [Big Grin]

Welcome Tooney....

MM's make the market..Market makers working on the Nasdaq exchange are actually not at the exchange. Rather, they are large investment companies that participate in the purchase and sale of actual securities. These market makers maintain inventories and buy and sell stocks from their personal inventories to individual customers and other dealers.

As each security on the Nasdaq market generally has more than one market maker, open displays of competition amongst them facilitates competitive prices and as such individual investors generally will get the best price. As this competition is evident in the limited spreads between posted bids and asks, the market makers on the Nasdaq will in some instances act very similar to the specialists on the NYSE.

Long read, but GREAT info:

THE DEADLY ART OF STOCK MANIPULATION....

In every profession, there are probably a dozen or two major
rules. Knowing them cold is what separates the professional from the
amateur. Not knowing them at all? Well, let's put it this way: How
safe would you feel if you suddenly found yourself piloting (solo) a
Boeing 747 as it were landing on an airstrip? Unless you are a
professional pilot, you would probably be frightened out of your wits
and would soil your underwear. Hold that thought as you read this
essay because I will explain to you how market manipulation works.

In order to successfully speculate, one should presume the
following: THE SMALL CAP STOCK MARKETS PRIMARILY EXIST TO
FLEECE YOU! I'm talking about Vancouver, Alberta, the Canadian
Dealing Network and the US Over-the Counter markets (Pink Sheets,
Bulletin Board, etc.). One could also stretch this, with many stocks, to
include the world's senior stock markets, including Toronto, New
York, NASDAQ, London, etc. The average investor or speculator is not
very likely to have much success in the small cap crapshoots. I guess
that is what attracted ME to these markets. I have been trying, for
quite some time, to answer this question, "How come?" Now, I know.
And you should, too!

By the way, the premise of these books is uniformly: "While
these speculative companies do not actually make any money, one
can profit by speculating in these companies." THAT is the premise
on how these markets are run, by both the stock promoters, insiders,
brokers, analysts and others in this industry. That logic is flawed in
that it presumes "someone else" is going to end up holding the dirty
bag. Follow this premise all the way through and you will realize the
insane conclusion: For these markets to continue along that route,
new suckers have to continue coming into the marketplace. The
conclusion is insane in that such mad activity can only be short-lived.
I disagree with this premise and propose another solution (see my
earlier essay: A Modest Proposal) at the end of this essay.

What the professionals and the securities regulators know and
understand, which the rest of us do not, is this.

"RULE NUMBER ONE: ALL SHARP PRICE MOVEMENTS --
WHETHER UP OR DOWN -- ARE THE RESULT OF ONE OR MORE
(USUALLY A GROUP OF) PROFESSIONALS MANIPULATING THE SHARE
PRICE."

This should explain why a mining company finds something
good and "nothing happens" or the stock goes down. At the same
time, for NO apparent reason, a stock suddenly takes off for the sky!
On little volume! Someone is manipulating that stock, often with an
unfounded rumor.

In order to make these market manipulations work, the
professionals assume: (a) The Public is STUPID and (b) The Public
will mainly buy at the HIGH and (c) The Public will sell at the LOW.
Therefore, as long as the market manipulator can run crowd control,
he can be successful.

Let's face it: The reason you speculate in such markets is that
you are greedy AND optimistic. You believe in a better tomorrow and
NEED to make money quickly. It is this sentiment which is exploited
by the market manipulator. He controls YOUR greed and fear about a
particular stock. If he wants you to buy, the company's prospects
look like the next Microsoft. If the manipulator wants you to desert
the sinking ship, he suddenly becomes very guarded in his remarks
about the company, isn't around to glowingly answer questions about
the company and/or GETS issued very bad news about the company.
Which brings us to the next important rule.

"RULE NUMBER TWO: IF THE MARKET MANIPULATOR WANTS
TO DISTRIBUTE (DUMP) HIS SHARES, HE WILL START A GOOD NEWS
PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN."

Ever wonder why a particular company is made to look like the
greatest thing since sliced bread? That sentiment is manufactured.
Newsletter writers are hired -- either secretly or not -- to cheerlead
a stock. PR firms are hired and let loose upon an unsuspecting public.
Contracts to appear on radio talk shows are signed and implemented.
Stockbrokers get "cheap" stock to recommend the company to their
"book" (that means YOU, the client in his book). An advertising
campaign is rolled out (television ads, newspaper ads, card deck
mailings). The company signs up to exhibit at "investment
conferences" and "gold shows" (mainly so they can get a little
"podium time" to hype you on their stock and tell you how "their
company is really different" and "not a stock promotion.") Funny
little "hype" messages are posted on Internet newsgroups by the
same cast of usual suspects. The more, the merrier. And a little
"juice" can go a long way toward running up the stock price.

The HYPE is on. The more clever a stock promoter, the better
his knowledge of the advertising business. Little gimmicks like
"positioning" are used. Example: Make a completely unknown
company look warm and fuzzy and appealing to you by comparing it
to a recent success story, Diamond Fields or Bre-X Minerals. That is
the POSITIONING gospel, authored by Ries and Trout (famous for
"Avis: We Want To Be #1" and "We Try Harder" and other such
slogans). These advertising/PR executives must have stumbled onto
this formula after losing their shirts speculating in a few Canadian
stock promotions! The only reason you have been invited to this
seemingly incredible banquet is that YOU are the main course. After
the market manipulator has suckered you into "his investment,"
exchanging HIS paper for YOUR cash, the walls begin to close in on
you. Why is that?

"RULE NUMBER THREE: AS SOON AS THE MARKET
MANIPULATOR HAS COMPLETED HIS DISTRIBUTION (DUMPING) OF
SHARES, HE WILL START A BAD NEWS OR NO NEWS CAMPAIGN."

Your favorite home-run stock has just stalled or retreated a bit
from its high. Suddenly, there is a news VACUUM. Either NO news or
BAD rumors. I discovered this with quite a few stocks. I would get
LOADS of information and "hot tips." All of a sudden, my pipeline was
shut-off. Some companies would even issue a news release
CONDEMNING me ("We don't need 'that kind of hype' referring to
me!). Cute, huh? When the company wanted fantastic hype circulated
hither and yon, there would be someone there to spoon-feed me. The
second the distribution phase was DONE....ooops! Sorry, no more
news. Or, "I'm sorry. He's not in the office." Or, "He won't be back
until Monday."

The really slick market manipulators would even seed the
Internet news groups or other journalists to plant negative stories
about that company. Or start a propaganda campaign of negative
rumors on all available communication vehicles. Even hiring a
"contrarian" or "special PR firm" to drive down the price. Even hiring
someone to attack the guy who had earlier written glowingly about
the company. (This is not a game for the faint-hearted!)

You'll also see the stock drifting endlessly. You may even
experience a helpless feeling, as if you were floating in outer space
without a lifeline. That is exactly HOW the market manipulator wants
you to feel. See Rule Number Five below. He may also be doing this to
avoid the severe disappointment of a "dry hole" or a "failed deal."
You'll hear that oft-cried refrain, "Oh well, that's the junior minerals
exploration business... very risky!" Or the oft-quoted statistic, "Nine
out of 10 businesses fail each year and this IS a Venture Capital
Startup stock exchange." Don't think it wasn't contrived. If a geologist
at a junior mining company wasn't optimistic and rosy in his promise
of exploration success, he would be replaced by someone who was!
Ditto for the high-tech deal, in a world awash with PhD's.

So, how do you know when you are being taken? Look again at
Rule #1. Inside that rule, a few other rules unfold which explain how
a stock price is manipulated.

"RULE NUMBER FOUR: ANY STOCK THAT TRADES HUGE VOLUME
AT HIGHER PRICES SIGNALS THE DISTRIBUTION PHASE."

When there was less volume, the price was lower. Professionals
were accumulating. After the price runs, the volume increases. The
professionals bought low and sold high. The amateurs bought high
(and will soon enough sell low). In older books about market
manipulation and stock promotion, which I've recently studied, the
markup price referred to THREE times higher than the floor. The
floor is the launchpad for the stock. For example, if one looks at the
stock price and finds a steady flatline on the stock's chart of around
10 cents, then that range is the FLOOR. Basically, the markup phase
can go as high as the market manipulator is capable of taking it.
From my observations, a good markup should be able to run about
five to ten times higher than the floor, with six to seven being
common. The market manipulator will do everything in his power to
keep you OUT OF THE STOCK until the share price has been marked
up by at least two-three times, sometimes resorting to "shaking you
out" until after he has accumulated enough shares. Once the markup
has begun, the stock chart will show you one or more spikes in the
volume -- all at much higher prices (marked up by the manipulator,
of course). That is DISTRIBUTION and nothing else.

Example: Look at Software Control Systems (Alberta:XVN), in
which I purchased shares after it had been marked up five times.
There were eight days of 500,000 (plus) shares trading hands, with
one day of 750,000 shares trading hands. Market manipulator(s)
dumping shares into the volume at higher prices. WHENEVER you see
HUGE volume after the stock has risen on a 75 degree angle, the
distribution phase has started and you are likely to be buying in --
at or near the stock's peak price.

Example: Look at Diamond Fields (TSE:DFR), which never
increased at a 75 degree angle and did not have abnormal volume
spikes, yet in less than two years ran from C$4 to C$160/share.

Example: Look at Bre-X Minerals (Alberta:BXM), which did not
experience its first 75 degree angle, with huge volume until July
14th, 1995. The next two trading days, BXM went down and stayed
around C$12/share for two weeks. The volume had been 60% higher
nearly a month earlier, with only a slight price increase. Each high
volume and spectacular increase in BXM's share price was met with a
price retreat and leveling off. "Suddenly," BXM wasn't trading at
C$2/share; it was at C$170/share.... up 8500% in less than a year!

In both of the above cases, major Canadian newspapers ran
extremely negative stories about both companies, at one time or
another. In each instance, just before another share price run up,
retail investors fled the stock! Just before both began yet another
run up! Successful short-term speculators generally exit any stock run up
when the volume soars; amateurs get greedy and buy at those points.

"RULE NUMBER FIVE: THE MARKET MANIPULATOR WILL
ALWAYS TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY AT THE HIGHEST, AND SELL AT THE LOWEST PRICE
POSSIBLE."

Just as the manipulator will use every available means to
invite you to "the party," he will savagely and brutally drive you
away from "his stock" when he has fleeced you. The first falsehood
you assume is that the stock promoter WANTS you to make a bundle
by investing in his company. So begins a string of lies that run for as
long as your stomach can take it.

You will get the first clue that "you have been had" when the
stock stalls at the higher level. Somehow, it ran out of steam and you
are not sure why. Well, it ran out of steam because the market
manipulator stopped running it up. It's over inflated and he can't
convince more people to buy. The volume dries up while the share
price seems to stall. LOOK AT THE TRADING VOLUME, NOT THE SHARE
PRICE! When earlier, there may have been 500,000 shares trading
each day for eight out of 12 trading days (as in the case of Software
Control Systems), now the volume has slipped to 100,000 shares (or
so) daily. There are some buyers there, enough for the manipulator
to continue dumping his paper, but only so long as he can enlist one
or more individuals/services to bang his drum.

He may continue feeding the promo guys a string of "promises"
and "good news down the road." (Believe me, this HAS happened to
me!) But, when the news finally arrives, the stock price goes THUD!
This is entirely orchestrated by a market manipulator. You'll see it in
the trading volume, most of which is CONTRIVED. A market
manipulator will have various brokers buying and selling the stock
to give the APPEARANCE of increasing volume and price so that YOU
do start chasing it higher.

At some point during the stall stage, investors get fed up with
the non-performance of the stock. It drifts for a while, in a steady
retreat, with perhaps a short-lived spike in price and volume (the
final signal that the manipulator has finally offloaded ALL of his
paper). Then, the stock comes tumbling down -- having lost ALL of
the earlier share appreciation.

Sometimes, with the more cruel manipulators, they will throw
in a little false hope... giving you a little more rope so they can better
hang you. Just after a severe drop, there will be a "bottom fishing"
announcement which sends the share price up a bit on high volume,
rises a little more after that and then continues to drift. Meanwhile,
you keep getting "shaken out" through a cruel drip-drip water
torture of the share price's slow retreat. Again, virtually every
movement is completely orchestrated.

"RULE NUMBER SIX: IF THIS IS A REAL DEAL, THEN YOU ARE
LIKELY TO BE THE LAST PERSON TO BE NOTIFIED OR WILL BE DRIVEN
OUT AT THE LOWER PRICES."

Like Jesse Livermore wrote, "If there's some easy money lying
around, no one is going to force it into your pocket." The same
concept can be more clearly understood by watching the tape. When
a market manipulator wants you into his stock, you will hear LOUD
noises of stock promotion and hype. If you are "in the loop," you will
be bombarded from many directions. Similarly, if he wants you out
of the stock, then there will be orchestrated rumors being circulated,
rapid-fired at you again from many directions. Just as good news
may come to you in waves, so will bad news.

You will see evidence of a VERY sharp drop in the share price
with HUGE volume. That is you and your buddies running for the
exits. If the deal is really for real, the market manipulator wants to
get ALL OF YOUR SHARES or as many as he can... and at the lowest
price he can. Whereas before, he wanted you IN his market, so he
could dump his shares to you at a higher price, NOW when he sees
that this deal IS for real, he wants to pay as little as possible for
those same shares... YOUR shares which he wants to you part with, as
quickly as possible.

The market manipulator will shake you out by DRIVING the
price as low as he can. Just as in the "accumulation" stage, he wants
to keep everything as quiet as possible so he can snap up as many of
the shares for himself, he will NOW turn down, or even turn off, the
volume so he can repeat the accumulation phase.

In the mining business, there seems to always be another "area
play" around the corner. Just as Voisey's Bay drifted into oblivion,
during the fourth quarter of 1995 and early into 1996, the same
Voisey Bay "wannabees" began striking deals in Indonesia. Some
even used new corporate entities. Same crooks, different shingles.
The accumulation phase was TOP SECRET. The noise level was
deadingly silent. As soon as the insiders accumulated all their shares,
they let YOU in on the secret.

"RULE NUMBER SEVEN: CONVERSELY, YOU WILL OFTEN BE THE
LAST TO KNOW WHEN THIS DEAL SHOWS SIGNS OF FAILURE."

Twenty-twenty hindsight will often show you that there was a
"little stumble" in the share price, just as the "assays were delayed"
or the "deal didn't go through." Manipulators were peeling off their
paper to START the downslide. And ACCELERATE it. The quick slide
down makes it improbable for your getting out at more than what
you originally paid for the stock... and gives you a better reason for
holding onto it "a little longer" in case the price rebounds. Then, the
drifting stage begins and fear takes over. And unless you have serves of
steel and can afford to wait out the manipulator, you will more than likely
end up selling out at a cheap price.

For the insider, marketmaker or underwriter is obliged to buy back all of
your paper in order to keep his company alive and maintain control of it.
The less he has to pay for your paper, the lower his cost will be to
commence his stock promotion again... at some future date. Even if his
company has no prospects AT ALL, his "shell" of a company has some value
(only in that others might want to use that structure so they can run their
own stock promotion). So, the manipulator WILL buy back his paper. He just
wants to make sure that he pays as little for those shares as possible.

"RULE NUMBER EIGHT: THE MARKET MANIPULATOR WILL
COMPEL YOU INTO THE STOCK SO THAT YOU DRIVE UP ITS PRICE
SHARES."

Placing a Market Order or Pre-Market Order is an amateur's
mistake, typifying the US investor -- one who assumes that thinly
traded issues are the same as blue chip stocks, to which they are
accustomed. A market manipulator (traders included here) can jack
up the share price during your market order and bring you back a
confirmation at some preposterous level. The Market Manipulator
will use the "tape" against you. He will keep buying up his own paper
to keep you reaching for a higher price. He will get in line ahead of
you to buy all the shares at the current price and force you to pay
MORE for those shares. He will tease you and MAKE you reach for the
higher price so you "won't miss out." Miss out on what? Getting your
head chopped off, that's what!

One can avoid market manipulation by not buying during the
huge price spikes and abnormal trading volumes, also known as
chasing the stock to a higher price.

"RULE NUMBER NINE: THE MARKET MANIPULATOR IS WELL
AWARE OF THE EMOTIONS YOU ARE EXPERIENCING DURING A RUN
UP AND A COLLAPSE AND WILL PLAY YOUR EMOTIONS LIKE A
PIANO."

During the run up, you WILL have a rush of greed which
compels you to run into the stock. During the collapse, you WILL
have a fear that you will lose everything... so you will rush to exit.
See how simple it is and how clear a bell it strikes? Don't think this
formula isn't tattooed inside the mind of every manipulator. The
market manipulator will play you on the way up and play you on the
way down. If he does it very well, he will make it look like someone
else's fault that you lost money! Promise to fill up your wallet? You'll
rush into the stock. Scare you into losing every penny you have in
that stock? You'll run away screaming with horror! And vow to
NEVER, ever speculate in such stocks again. But many of you still
do.... The manipulator even knows how to bring you back for yet
another play.

What actors! No wonder Vancouver is sometimes called
"Hollywood North."

"FINAL RULE: A NEW BATCH OF SUCKERS ARE BORN WITH
EVERY NEW PLAY."

The Financial Markets are a Cruel, Unkind and Dangerous
Playing Field, one place where the newest amateurs are generally
fleeced the most brutally.... usually by those who KNOW the above
rules.

Just as I have a duty to ensure that each of you understand
how this game is played, YOU now have that same duty to guarantee
that your fellow speculator understands these rules. Just as I would
be a criminal for not making this data known to you, YOU would be
just as criminal to keep it a secret. There will always be an
unsuspecting, trusting fool whom the rabid dogs will tear to shreds,
but it does NOT have to be this way.

IF every subscriber made this essay broadly known to his
friends, acquaintances and family, and they passed it on to their
friends, word of mouth could cause many of these market
manipulators to pause. IF this effort were done strenuously by many,
then perhaps the financial markets could weed out the crooked
manipulators and the promoters could bring us more legitimate
plays.

The stock markets are a financing tool. The companies BORROW
money from you, when you invest or speculate in their companies.
They want their share price going higher so they can finance their
deal with less dilution of their shares... if they are good guys. But,
how would you feel about a friend or family member who kept
borrowing money from you and never repaid it? That would be theft,
plain and simple. So, a market manipulator is STEALING your money.
Don't let him do it anymore. Insist that the company in which you
invest be honest or straight... or find another company in which to
speculate. Your money talks in LOUDER volumes than any stock
promotion scheme. ALWAYS refuse any deal which smells wrong.

Refuse to tolerate the scams prevalent in the financial markets.
This can ONLY be accomplished by KNOWING and USING the above
rules. Thoroughly COMPLETE your due diligence on a company before
risking a dime. Dig up the Insider Reports to find out who is blowing
out their paper, how often they are blowing out their paper and
whatever happened to their "last play."

Begin to use this as YOUR rule of thumb: If the insider's paper
is really worthless, then avoid it. Find another's whose paper DOES
hold promise and honest possibilities. In these small cap stock
markets, you are investing more in the INDIVIDUAL behind the play,
than the "possibility" of the play itself. Ask yourself before
speculating: Could I lend this person $5,000 for a year and hope to
get it back? If not, then don't! Do it for your own good and the good
of everyone else who is so foolish as to speculate in these financial
markets!

The truly sane and only somewhat safe solution to all of this:
FIND GOOD COMPANIES IN WHICH TO SPECULATE AND GET INTO
THEM AT THE GROUND FLOOR LEVEL. Anything else is criminal or
stupid. This is a case where there really isn't a gray area. It's either
Black or it's White. The company and its management are scamsters
or they really intend to bring value to their shareholders.

In my opinion JJ....There are a mix of buys and sells..not allowing the price to move much either way.....There should be some profit taking as we are up but, I believe we are going to close up nicely.....
Back to my polite side.....FOR NOW!

LOL

Good luck all...closing above 20% a Great sign..

Just the way I'd do it.....

Good luck....

Candlestick Analysis for MSEP
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:

White Opening Marubozu
Bullish Piercing Line

Today a White Opening Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then the prices continued to go up all day long without coming below the opening level thus forming a long white body, however prices did not close at the high of the day and thus they created an upper shadow.

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Piercing Line Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend indicated by upward movement in todays market.

Remember, this isn't just "buyers", (investors), but daytraders as well, (whom effect these charts significantly)....-36.116 RSI on my downtrend chart at close...could be a leveling, but no buy signal yet.... .0569 last trade....could shift....watch it in the first 30 minutes or so after open for any signals to buy in/out...JMHO, of course....GLTA...

Most daytraders do not hold over night....So...Just assuming these buys into the close were not them.....just observing the trend of the chart.....Does not seem to stay down too long....

All my opinion.....Good luck to all....
I'm in....

Newbie to here and to on-line investing so sorry for my ignorance...Here is the question: I have a etrade account and I put all my $$ (about $4000 into a stock on Monday morning-it went up about 11% and I sold it Monday afternoon) I got a email from etrade saying that I cant sell a "unsettled" stock till three days after I buy it-(they sold it but now I cant do that for 90 days)-Why is this? and do I need a different kind of account to buy and sell in the same day? A different company? What?

So what is it...are you a newbie? Or an old pro? Hmmph...and you have the cajones to call other people idiots. It pays to remember your own previous posts..they'll bite ya in the azz everytime.

If ya don't like a stock...move on...why bash? You stated earlier in this very thread that you made money on this stock? But then again...you are never quite truthful to start with....so who knows. But if ya made money...why bash? Move on oh wise one...move on.

Because he/she is a newbie and has account frozen and wants the pps to stay low until the account is re-activated to buy in again.

Didn't even answer the question of what a p&d is and how it applies to MSEP.

Purely trash talk and no substance.

Gang, let's take the advice of Marty and Lil.

Watch closely in the first 1/2 hour of trading today. The charts indicate a trend change. The trend can go up OR down. If buying pressure is high, we should see solid gains and not a whole lot of resistance until .08. If selling pressure is high, the new support level will be in the low .04's.

WATCH CLOSELY! JMHO

Everyone should place their GTC sell orders above .10 - that'll stifle the short selling a bit. If today is anything like yesterday, we'll see gains out of the gate, a low ebb at late morning/mid-day, and then back up in the afternoon....

MACD crossing indicating a reversal. The pps is in a downward trend and the flippers are taking what they can.

Relative strength on the downward trend indicating selling pressure.

Rumored that mm's are short about 4 million shares and NEED this to walk down to cover.

We are in for a negative day while this all plays out. Maybe up to 3 days total before the next move up.

New resistance between .07 and .08

Renrob, that form 5 is a SEC requirement of reporting year end share balance of management and owners of 10% and over.

This is not new news.

Home based internet businesses for sale just like MSEP, starting at $50.

Don't pay for a $5,000,000 market cap and pay a clown 10 grand a month to run it like MSEP. You can buy this established home based internet business for just $2000 and run it yourself:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=46685&item=3880783767&rd=1

You can buy other unprofitable home-based intenet businsses on ebay for as low as $50! Save big! Then if you want, instead of buying advertising on Google or Overture like everyone else does to make sales, you can pay a race car driver to put your home-based internet business name on his racecar and say you are in the racing business!

Posted by justplayin on :

There Baaaack!!

I love it!!!!!

Posted by Tasty Grogan on :

http://www.motormint.com has alot better deals than scalecars.com. That's probably why scalecars.com was sold it to MSEP- couldn't beat motor mint and tired of not making any sales. Nobody is stupid enough to sell a profitable business- they just unload it to somebody else.

But nobody pays more than cash inventory value for these failed home-based internet businesses, unless you can sell it into a shell stock so they can sell stock to pay you for the website and inventory, and then sell more stock so they can pay somebody 10 grand a month to run it.

Posted by justplayin on :

Wow, nobody is stupid enough to sell a profitable business.

Somebody should have told Cingular before they bought AT & T wireless.

Somebody really pulled the wool over their eyes. LOL

Any FACTS to post, or are you just trying to save us all.

Thank heaven for our new savior Tasty Grogan!!

Hail Grogan!!!!!

Does MSEP make any sales? Even if they did they are a mail-order retailer with retail profit margins and shipping costs. Plus you can buy these die cast cars at Amazon, ebay, and anywhere else that someone can set up a home-based business.

driversdigs.com doesn't look like they made any sales either.

Neither scalecars or driversdigs are getting much promotion, probably because the operators are spending their time promoting the stock.

MSEP is selling alot of stock though. Maybe they should change their name to "Stock Printing Emporium" or something.

To make some sales, maybe MSEP should put their only employee Keavney on commission, so he has an incentive to make sales. Otherwise, he can just relax and sell stock.
>>>
The Agreement grants Keaveney a base salary of $114,000 per year. During the term of the Agreement, Company agrees to pay all costs of Keaveney's medical/dental expenses up to a maximum of $20,000 per year. Company shall also provide an automobile allowance of $1,000 per month. Company shall pay a monthly rent of $2,000 while it maintains its headquarters at Keaveney's place of residency.<<<<

Or maybe that was the plan all along.

MotorSports Emporium Inc. is a fast-track company in the motor sports industry targeting enthusiasts who participate in diecast collectibles, automobile restoration, high-performance accessories, motor sports-related collectibles, driver's apparel, race venues and product licensing. For more information visit www.motorsportsemporium.com or to purchase product visit www.scalecars.com or www.driversdigs.com

I don't know if anybody has noticed, but automobile restoration and high-performance accessories are HOT!!

Look at all the restoration & custom high-performance shows that are on there.

Oh, and product licensing might be big. You could ask Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan if there is any money in product licensing. Mark Gordon or Jr. might make a little money on it too. Hey, it I called them, do you think they would endorse my home based internet business?

Keeping all of mine!! [Big Grin]

Posted by Tasty Grogan on :

That Keavney is worth every penny for putting on a good show so that all this stock could be sold.

Its a testamony to his leadership to see all the strong hands holding thru all this selling.

Posted by renrob05 on :

I guess you have nothing else better to do. That's fine keep bashing.

Posted by justplayin on :

Yea, the volume today is 1/3 of what it has bee the past month. And, the volume the past week even with the drop im pps has buying and sells. All sells, NOT!

Go save someone who want's to be saved. Isn't that the first of the 12 step program?

Posted by Tasty Grogan on :

Are you sure these MSEP guys are in the racing business? From their website it looks like they are in the die-cast model car business and sports memorabilia business(sort of).

With all the interest in car racing, I'll bet MSEP would like to be in it too. Just like if they buy a HDTV ad on TV they could be in the booming HDTV business too. Or if they put an ad in a newspaper, they could be in the publishing business.

But if MSEP just SAYS they are in the racing business, then they can sell more stock. So thats the big plus there. Unless the SEC starting looking into it, that is.

Posted by Tasty Grogan on :

Just doing some dd here. Just who is this Keavney and what are his qualifications to run a home-based internet business, let alone get paid over $100,000 a year to do it?

Better yet, does this guy have some sort of racing background, or is he just a fan.

I see MSEP talking about their stock alot, but
why doesn't MSEP release any sales figures or talk about profits. For this stock to be valued in the millions, they must be making lots of sales and even big profits! I mean, I can buy a home-based internet business off ebay for less than $2000.

rashid, this is actually a good sign. People are actually paid to plant the seed of doubt in the minds of investors to get them to sell their shares.

I am sure that the mm's are swetting as by my estimate they need to cover about 4 million shares as MSEP is on the SHO list for the past 3 weeks running.

No, I wouldn't touch this pump and dump stock with a 10-foot pole! Look at these SEC reports released just today. MSEP looks like its going under a penny and R/S very soon with all this stock dumping. They can't run the stock printing presses fast enough!

First, looks like Bob Brehm is starting to convert his 2,500,000 preferred into 250,000,000 free trading MSEP shares.

"Accordingly, on August 26, 2004, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock to
Intercontinental Assets Corp., a Nevada corporation, in full satisfaction of and pursuant to the terms of certain $15,000 promissory note dated June 30, 2004, and amended as of August 26, 2004 and that certain Management Severance Agreement dated June 30, 2004, and amended August 26, 2004. Accordingly, Intercontinental Assets Corp., the holder of 2,500,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock shall have the right pursuant to Section 2(a) of the Certificate of Designation, to vote 250,000,000 shares of common stock, which will effectively give Intercontinental Assets Corp voting control of the Company."

Thats just tens of millions of shares of dilution there.

Looks like the same penny-stock pumper/dumper from BUGSE is at it again.
http://www.usmcapital.com/management.html

I don't know how these same guys get away with running pump and dump after pump and dump.

And look at Keavney raiding the stock vault too, somehow getting paid $56,000 last year for "what?" and then converting the so-called "debt" to make it look like he's "buying" stock:

"On September 16, 2004, the Company executed a Letter of Understanding and Reinstatement Agreement with David Keaveney ("Keaveney"). The Agreement calls for Keaveney to receive a total of $56,352 from services Keaveney performed from February 9, 2004 until September 15, 2004.

Subsequent to the period covered by this report, on November 4, 2004 the Company's President & CEO David Keaveney exercised his right to convert $2,280 (part of a $56,352 debt into 1,500,000 shares of restricted common stock. The remaining outstanding balance was reduced accordingly to $54,072.

Subsequent to the period covered by this report, on November 16, 2004 the Company's President & CEO David Keaveney exercised his right to convert $3,000 (part of a $54,072 debt into 1,000,000 shares of restricted common stock. The remaining outstanding balance was reduced accordingly to $51,072. "

Again, who is this Keavney and what makes him qualified to get all this stock and salary from running a home-based mail-order internet business?

Boy, if I owned this stock I'd have a detective parked outside Keavneys house to make sure the computer and a couple boxes of records(SEC evidence) don't get loaded up on a truck and MSEP vanish without a trace. He could probably stash all of MSEP in his cars trunk in his garage, shut down the sites, and leave town
in less than an hour.

Has anybody ordered anything off the sites to make sure these internet businesses really exist?

After Brehm, Keavney, and the promoters sell all their stock next week, the message board plants and stock promotors can move on to their next gig. At least they covered their tracks with the SEC by filing the required reports, so they won't get prosecuted.

It will then just look like another dot-com bubble burst to the SEC.

I love seeing bashers comming here to help us save our money.

I even think it was one of the rules was to post old news and spin it to a negative.

This guy isn't even good at what he does.

Too easy to see through. The gig is up dude, move onto another game.

Wow, Brehm and Keavney have got to be the GREATEST and SMARTEST pump and dumpers. The PPS increases 10000% and they didn't sell 1 (YES, that is not one) shares.

What pps are they waiting for on the dump?

SEC Form 5 report of 2004 Holdings

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename%3D0001304867%252D05%252D000001%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2005%255C03%255C11%255C&symbol=MSEP

Notice that this is year end 2004 and Brehm has added to his position at much higher pps since then. His last buy was at .06!

If this was a p&d, Brehm doesn't know how it works as p&d's buy low and sell high.

As I said before new to pennies, maybe that's a good thing. Picked up MSEP at .01 and have done very well. I like auto racing looked at web page and read advice from boards. So far this SCAM (as Tastey says it is) has allowed me to buy in other companies and still improve holdings in it. Wow what a SCAM hope I can find more like it.

Thanks for your advice Tastey, I will file it where it belongs.

P.S. holding on and getting more. Indy 500 will do nothing but help this improve IMO.

"Tasty grogan" is an idiot. He really sucks at bashing. Because of him I'm gonna buy another 50000 shares. The XM SATELLITE RADIO INDY 200 race is on Saturday March 19/05 and there is DEFINITELY gonna be some great PR this week. At 0.056 a share you can't go wrong.

Shame on you grogan...trying to instill fear upon the MSEP investors. Who's paying you?

If this is not the case...then I'll lend you the money to buy some shares and when you double it, pay me back.

Yours truly,

Take a look at this form 5 filed it PROVES WHAT I SAID ALL ALONG!!

This group owns 2.5 MILLION preferred shares which equits to 250 MILLION COMMON SHARES!!!
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename%3D0001302112%252D05%252D000001%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2005%255C03%255C11%255C&symbol=MSEP

Posted by osubucks30 on :

So the fully dilutive shares are AT LEAST 350 MILLION!!!!

Posted by renrob05 on :

Brehm the owner of the restricted shares would not convert it to 250 000 000 shares at 0.0005 a share. That's only worth 125,000 dollars.

Mr.Brehm owns 6,100,000 shares of common stock also, worth 341,600 dollars. (share price currently 0.056)

If he were to convert his restricted shares to common shares that would cost him alot of money.

Total common shares 55 million and will stay that way.

Thank you

Once the selling pressure is gone and the MACD has finished it's turn, this should see another nice chart play. Trends indicate next upturn within the next week.

Don't expect too much when the 10K or 10Q is filed and published.

Remember, this company wasn't doing much of anything business speaking last year.

Look for underlying footnotes about the first quarter of this year.

This company has a good start in the racing industry for a startup.

Yes. There was a big argument. Basically between which is more important: MSEP fitting into cardboard box or Brehms 250 million shares dump.

I told my boss, look, MSEP fitting into a cardboard box and in the trunk of Keavney's car driving off into the sunset or being thrown into a dumpster is a lot more fearful than Brehm dumping 250 million shares.

No, he said I should have led in with the 250 million shares dump since that was the bad news Friday.

But then I said. Look nobody can even comprehend 250 million shares like the national debt, its just too big a number to fear.

Then he says nobody trusts Brehm because they never saw him or this "Intercontinental" company that doesn't appear to exist, so I should post the info about the 250 million shares dump more. Whereas they trust Keavney because they're not afraid to call him on the phone and he talks nice to them about how many of Arie's gloves they are going to sell this year. Even though they don't know who he is or where he came from, they don't fear he'll box up MSEP and drive off into the sunset or unplug the computer and throw it into the dumpster and walk away.

I said, well we agree to disagree. We'll get it under .04 tomorrow either way.

MSEP is still on the SHO list which means more than 5% of the outstanding shares are sold short. This is why the MM's are trying to get your shares cheaper to cover there own butts. I won't give them to em. they will still have to cover and the price will go up.

From another board:

A member in the group just got off the phone with the company.

1) A/S 500 million
2) O/S around 160 millions
3) No plan for dilution
4) Trying to get some projects completed
5) The 10K is in the hand of the auditor.

I hope that clears up a lot of questions

If the other board is correct then out of 160M O/S, the the mm's have shorted this around 8M shares. With them dragging the pps down the volume has died and it will take about a week to fill their requirements. JMHO

Once they are filled and the CO issues pr of progress of their business plan we should have a nice and steady climb again [Wink]

If I were Brehm, I would have much rather sold 250,000,000 at .09 than .04?/.05? ...so have faith, it's coming back up as soon as all the weak ones are gone and the MM's have filled their needs.

Skip, for being a newbie I really think you have done some homework. Your analysis of the chart I think is correct.

Our relative strength is decreasing as people take profits and the mm's drive pps down to cover their shorts.

IMHO, I don't think we see any rise until next week unless a pr with meat comes out.

GLTA

P.S. Don't respond to bashers, that is how they get paid. Regardless if they do drive the pps down they don't see a dime unless they can prove that they were responded to.

Not replying to anyone in particular but for anyone who may not know this most inside share holders of MSEP hold restricted shares that can not yet be sold. Also in order to sell these shares just as when they bought them they must first file with the SEC to make investors aware of there intentions and that has not happened...

I like to study all TA available on a stock but the one I find most interesting is candlestick charting. I have noticed lots of different patterns over the last few years but one that I have never witnessed in a stock that I have been a part of is a Morning Star because it requires a down day, followed by a gap down followed by an up day. It is a very bullish signal and usually indicates a rally. I won't say candles are always right but they have been around longer than any other form of analysis so take it for what it's worth but I'm really hoping for an up day today.

Morning Star def.

Morning Star Bullish

Pattern: Reversal
Trend: Bullish
Reliability: High

How to Identify it

First day is a long black day
Second day is a small day that gaps in the direction of the previous trend
The third day is a white day
What it Means

In a downtrend, the market bolsters the bearish trend with a long black day and gaps down on open on the second day. However, the second day trades within a small range and closes at or near its open. This scenario generally shows the potential for a rally, as many positions have been changed. Confirmation of the trend reversal is given by the white third day.

And I've almost got 2 other bonuses coming this week on 2 other stocks I'm working.

Thanks all you for selling!

Now its on to the next gig for Tasty and the team.

Lessons learned people!

Once the mm's have this covered, they will move onto something else until this picks up steam again. When it does, they will be back.

Look for an accumilation period prior to our next move up unless great news hits.

Home based internet businesses for sale just like MSEP, starting at $50.

Don't pay for a $5,000,000 market cap and pay a clown 10 grand a month to run it like MSEP. You can buy this established home based internet business for just $2000 and run it yourself:

You can buy other unprofitable home-based intenet businsses on ebay for as low as $50! Save big! Then if you want, instead of buying advertising on Google or Overture like everyone else does to make sales, you can pay a race car driver to put your home-based internet business name on his racecar and say you are in the racing business!

motormint.com has alot better deals than scalecars.com.

>>>
Company shall pay a monthly rent of $2,000 while it maintains its headquarters at Keaveney's place of residency.

Or maybe that was the plan all along.

That Keavney is worth every penny for putting on a good show so that all this stock could be sold.

Its the dump after the pump. Somebody better call and make sure Keavney is still in town.

Feds must be coming over to shut it down. MSEP only assets being just a computer and a cardboard box full of paperwork, there's only a trunkful of evidence to sieze.

I'm calling Bob Brehm, the penny stock king, and see if he wants to join me to pump and dump another concept I just thought up.

"Boxing Emporium", BXEP. It will be a home-based website business just like MSEP, except the twist is we make it look like we're in the Boxing Business to take advantage of the boxing fan base instead of the racing business. We can pay a few hundred bucks to get these lower-ranked boxers to write on their back during fights, and then we make it look like we're selling some of their used jock straps and fighting gear on the website.

Then do the same things MSEP did- make a public company out of it and buy a bunch of stock promotion and plant some message board posters.

Brehm can fund it up with preferred stock, and then I'll get paid $10 grand a month and print up some more stock for myself as payment for dealing with crybaby investors calls. Then after the pump is over, we'll dump it all, shut down the site, unplug the computer and stick it in a cardboard box, and move on to the next gig.

But when I got to my cubicle I could see why- MSEP going under .04 at .036- not only does Tasty or I should say Haleakala, Promethius, Conjuror, Afterburner and all my other aliases get to keep his job, there's going to be a big bonus commission in my check this week! And I've almost got 2 other bonuses coming this week on 2 other stocks I'm working.

Thanks all you for selling!

Now its on to the next gig for Tasty and the team.

My boss just walked by and gave me another dirty look... "see I said, told ya the way to go on MSEP", hes says "Yeah, you got lucky this time".

Let me clear up 1 last thing. The alias I'm posting under now is a "NA", or "New Alias". Our "financial services" firm only uses "NA"'s for the weakest stocks.

For the stocks with any real value, we use "VA"'s, or vintage aliases.

Right after they get me my coffee, working on "VA"'s is the first job of any new salaried employee at our firm, in the "Green Room". Then they get work their way up based on their expertise, finally getting into the "Big Room", where they can make big commission checks like I do.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I guess the mm's were desperate for our shares to hire this guy.

Well, based on the low volume it would appear most of the weak hands are out. We might see another slow and steady climb before the next mm game.

Driversdigs is a great showcase of hand me down products from B grade racers.

MSEP was a good play months ago with a sale when it was up around 8 cents. This company that sells little toy cars and used gloves is not going to be the next Taser. I think the hop from .008 (where i bought in at the advice of Joe [Smile] up to .08 is as good as it gets. If you missed it, better luck next time, but I really see no reason why this company that has not shown me they can make money will have any long term fundemental strength behind it. I still own a bit of MSEP, but only a small fraction of my original xxx,xxx stake. I hope many of you also sold out at the peak and recognized a very good run up from a company with no realistic strength behind it.

Good luck to you all who still have plays in MSEP, i hope for the best for MSEP and all of us shareholders, but have a hunch the money has already been made.

Don't expect too much from the 10K. Remember, the company just started on their new venture as of the last quarter of last year and the exit from gaming I'm sure cost them money.

AFS Racing and Luyendyk to run the Infiniti Pro Series Phoenix 100 :: 03.13.2005
Luyendyk is back in the driver’s seat for the Phoenix 100. AFS Racing held a test with Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Gary Peterson on March 10th at P.I.R in preparation for the March 19th event. Last year Luyendyk qualified on the front row and finished a season best second place on the difficult 1 mile oval.

“I’ve very excited to race in Phoenix next Saturday. With support from Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Joan Hubbard, and ScaleCars.com along with a few returning sponsors from last year we are ready for the challenge,” quoted Arie Jr.

Luyendyk who has recorded 8 top three finishes and 15 top five finishes in 31 starts is still searching for his elusive first victory. Find out if last years runner up can record his first win at his home track of Phoenix International Raceway.

Race Report: I had a great time! I spent 2 days in the pits with David and Mark. Met Brian Herta, his father, Arie Jr and Sr, the team owners, everyone!! I had Arie Sr. tell me how impressed he was with David and Mark and the entire MSEP company. He said he and Jr will be doing "major PR" for the company over the next year plus.

As far as Herta, he had unbelievable bad luck. He pitted twice under green (had to because he was out of fuel) and a yellow came out within 1 minute both times. That cost him a top 3 finish.

Arie didn't have a great car, but stayed out of trouble and finished fourth. He wore a all black helmet in honour of his grandfather who just passed away. The only logos on it were Scalecars.com and DriversDigs.com. His race will be re-broadcast this week on ESPN2. Watch it or tape it, as it had a bunch of wild wrecks that Arie had to swerve around.

The entire weekend was great and solidified my opinion of MSEP. Anybody who doesn't ride this company for a while or own it at all is really missing out.

thats good news for msep as for herta coming in 7th he is still in the top ten in the world he did a great job i cant wait to see aries race on 3/24/05 3pm et he came in fourth place these guy are kicking @ss go msep keep trucking

Arie Luyendyk Jr. Surpasses Expectations in Phoenix :: 03.20.2005
It’s been a rough start of the season for Arie Luyendyk Jr. After missing the Miami 100 Arie was left a step behind. Yet, proving once again, at the Phoenix 100 he surpassed expectations by finishing this spectacular race. Starting 8th, and running in the mix with 9 rookie drivers out of the 15 was proof alone that it takes more than just a fast car to finish. One would say that Arie Jr. was on the defense in this spectacular race. The rust from the long off season was knocked off quickly by magnificently avoiding a spin from #20 Jay Drake in the first corner. With 4 out of the 5 accidents caused by rookie drivers, any spectator would admit that it was at most an exciting race to watch. Luyendyk fiercely dodged all 5 of these unexpected crashes involving 7 drivers. Incidentally, on lap 27 closely behind #33 Wade Cunningham, Arie kissed the outside wall of turn two. “I was following Wade into turn one and I picked up a push, as I put in more steering input the car started to go loose, by the time I caught it I was up in the grey. I had to come completely out of the throttle, but I still hit the wall with my right rear tire. The car was really good on the restarts but lost a lot of grip on the long runs. After I touched the wall, it may have changed the rear toe making the car loose,” stated Arie Jr. The AFS crew brought Arie into the pits for a quick check during a yellow flag. Fortunately, he didn’t cause any damage to the suspension allowing him to finish the race. Although battling with a loose car, it was quite an accomplishment finishing in 4th place. Team owner Gary Peterson and all his crew shouted and cheered Aries’ safe return. It was a nail biter to watch these amazing maneuvers and quick thinking by Arie. After hitting the wall and dodging all five crashes with nothing but mere split seconds in claiming himself safe, he proved to all that talent and experience must go hand in hand. “I just want to say thanks to Gary Peterson for giving me the opportunity to drive here. Although it wasn’t the result we were looking for we finished the race. My new engineer Mark did a great job.” Thanks to Arie, he’ll be keeping us all talking until the next race, which we hope will be the Indy 500.

Trying to get more at a bargin and trying to stop the mm's from their crap, I placed an order at .005 above the bid. And wouldn't you know it, they immediately increased the bid. I bounced it again, and once again they increased the bid.

Hmm..., figging mm's.

Placed another order at the bid and no fill. Bid went up to ask. WTF is up with the mm's?

Market makers and specialists use knowledge of the order book to move markets in whatever direction yields the greatest volume. They routinely manipulate crowd emotions against order flow to shake weak hands out of positions.

Use Nasdaq Level II as a contrary indicator. Its purpose is to fool the public into making bad decisions. The best feedback from this tool comes when you see a few shares hold a market up or down for extended periods. It means someone important is hiding a large order.

Notice all the trades that move this up or down. They are 5k trades. Hmmm........

Patience Joe, I think we still may see that pps again in the near future - JMHO!!

There is alot of talk on all the boards about the Dateline show about naked shorting and shorting in general. The SEC's next penalty phase is on 4-1-05. With MSEP being HEAVILY shorted, that may have an effect on the pps.

And, the 10K due as well as 1st quarter results shortly after that, we may go BOOM!!!!!!!!

MotorSports Emporium 2004 Annual Results Accelerate Company into 2005; New Direction Increases Working Capital, Reduction of Debt and Increased Shareholder Value
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.

MotorSports Emporium Inc.
Mark Wolkos, 480-596-4002
Mark@motorsportsemporium.com

MotorSports Emporium, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEP), announced fiscal year 2004 financial results ending December 31, 2004 based upon the successful new motor sports direction and discontinuance of the unprofitable gaming operations.

David Keaveney, President and CEO commented, "Our objective from quarter to quarter is to improve shareholder value, increase the financial results and to take advantage of new business opportunities. Since my tenure as CEO, late September 2004, my management team has accomplished a significant turnaround in operations. We reengineered a solid business platform based upon opportunities within the popular motor sports industry while discontinuing an unprofitable business. We reduced debt by $220,361 and reduced accounts payables (AP) by $47,729. Given the short period of time to accomplish these tasks our results were exceedingly favorable."

From the periods ending December 31, 2004 and September 30, 2004 net working capital increased by $175,364 while only increasing the loss in shareholder equity by $44,819. During the same period the stock price increased from $.0017 to $.004 (a 235% increase). From September 30, 2004 to March 31, 2005 the stock price increased 2,000% to $.0355.

Keaveney concluded, "I believe we are on an acceptable path to continually add value to our shareholders and improve operations. I can clearly look forward as we continue to accelerate in 2005."

The financial comparison below has been derived from the Company's Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2004 and the quarter ending September 30, 2004. For complete financial information and a discussion of risk factors, please see the current 10-KSB & other past reports. Visit www.sec.gov for related filings.

Results of Operations

Total revenues for the twelve-month periods ending December 31, 2004 and 2003 were $22,168 and $0 respectively (an increase of $22,168). Total revenues generated during the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2004 was comprised of retail sales and web based orders generated at ScaleCars.com. The increase in revenue during the twelve-month period ending December 2004 was primarily due to the acquisition of certain assets in the die cast model car industry in November 2004. Total revenue generated by the discontinued operation for the twelve-month periods ending December 31, 2004 and 2003 were $90,435 and $94,981 respectively (a decrease of $4,546). MotorSports Emporium divested from the gaming industry in late December 2004 and changed its corporate structure and business model to better reflect the motor sports industry.

Marco, who won his first professional driving championship in 2004, will be behind the wheel of the No. 26 Vonage Dallara/Infiniti/Firestone, which has been entered by Andretti Green Racing. There is also the possibility that Marco will run more IPS races in 2005. All 14 races in the Infiniti Pro Series will broadcast on ESPN 2.

Keaveney commented, "We are ecstatic to be able to start a relationship with Marco Andretti. The Andretti name is arguably one of the most recognized names in racing, and Marco is well on his way to upholding the tradition of his father (Michael) and grandfather (Mario). The addition of Marco to our impressive list of sponsored drivers, including Bryan Herta and Arie Luyendyk Jr., will surely provide high visibility for our corporate logos and build upon the company brand name."

ScaleCars.com will be worn on both sleeves of Andretti's driving uniform and on his car in the Star Mazda Series and his Infiniti Pro Series races during the 2005 racing series.

Scalecars.com should get some airtime today. Herta took the pole in the St Pete race..and its a roadcourse...Herta is considered one of the top roadcourse drivers as well.

Marco Andretti won the pole in his race...but then got kicked back to 13th because of an illegal aerodynamics issue with his ride. So with it being his first race...the Andretti name...and the controversey....Scalecars.com logo may get some decent airtime.

Signing an Andretti is big no matter how you look at it. They are easily one of the most influential and recognizable names ever in Indy. They also seem to be doing well selling their scale cars on EBAY. No worries here at all.

Third-generation Andretti shows promise

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Associated Press

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Marco Andretti won his Menards Infiniti Pro Series debut Sunday, grabbing the lead with a three-wide pass and pulling away to an easy victory in the St. Petersburg 100.

The 18-year-old, third-generation driver, racing after the death of a close friend in a car accident Saturday, started from the pole. He lost the lead to rookie Wade Cunningham on the 13th of 40 laps on the 1.8-mile, 14-turn downtown street circuit, but kept the pressure on the New Zealander and finally got back in front on lap 31.

``After I made the mistake, I knew I wasn't done,'' Andretti said. ``I thought, `No more mistakes.' We got lucky with lapped traffic.''

He got his chance when Cunningham was slowed by the lapped car of Marty Roth. Andretti squeezed beneath the other two cars and shot ahead. He was not challenged again, finishing 1.42 seconds -- about half the final straightaway -- ahead of runner-up Cunningham.

``I was having some brake problems and I just caught that lapped car in the wrong spot,'' Cunningham said. ``He slowed my momentum and Marco took advantage of it.''

Andretti won the pole Saturday, only to have it taken away for a technical violation. He was then restored to the top qualifying spot through an appeal.

He was able to put aside the turmoil Sunday as well as his grief. And he did it in front of his father, Michael Andretti, and grandfather, Mario Andretti, both former racing champions.

Marco, whose regular ride this season is in the Star Mazda Series, hopes to drive at least a couple more Infiniti Pro events. He said loves the Infiniti Pro cars, adding, ``They suit my driving style.''

His entry at this event was fielded by his father's Andretti Green Racing team.

``What a job,'' Michael said. ``With everything he's been through this weekend, he drove like a champion already. There's a lot more to come.''

Nick Bussell, another first-year driver, was third, followed by two more drivers with great racing bloodlines, Al Unser, son of two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Al Unser Jr. and grandson of four-time Indy winner Al Unser, and Arie Luyendyk Jr., son of a two-time Indy winner. Don't let MSEP get naked shorted again. That's what brought the price tumbling down. I urge you all to take a look at this and sign the Shareholders Petition. We all need to do our part and try to stop this. Thank You.

MotorSports Emporium Introduces PitStop Studios.com; Art Web Site to Assist in Revenue Goal En Route of $1-5 Million
April 11, 2005 12:39:00 PM ET

David Keaveney, CEO of MotorSports Emporium Inc. MSEP, is pleased to introduce PitStop Studios.com as the company's newest revenue stream. The automobile and racing art Web site can be found at www.PitStopStudios.com.

PitStopStudios.com will feature many different types of automotive art in varying styles and price ranges. PitStop Studios will showcase an extraordinary collection -- many exclusive -- by some of the masters of automotive art at very reasonable prices. Originals, signed, limited edition prints, photos, and posters range from European open-wheel racing to American muscle and classics, in most years since the early 1900s. By request, PitStop Studios can commission paintings by one of their artists.

Keaveney stated, "We've been successful in capturing the interest of over 30 artists anxious to showcase their talents. The launch of www.pitstopstudios.com is a welcome addition to the growing business lines at MotorSports Emporium. We will continue to create new opportunities that can contribute to our annual revenue goal of $1-5 million.

"We've created a comprehensive business model that bridges the gap between implementation and successful execution. We're fanatical about complete and accurate due diligence prior to bringing any product or business to market. PitStop Studios confirms our commitment to pursuing immediate opportunities. These are awesome times for all of us!" Keaveney exclaimed.

LOL, thanks for the insight. [Smile]

I hope up - still sittin on 260K and waiting - was a little disappointing to see it drop to .019 - but it looks like a possible upswing

What a crock of chit! I have an order above the ask and they won't fill.

Something is UP (and not just the pps) [Big Grin]

Posted by Senior Chief on :

I would say something is up:
240K = $ 4800
118K = $ 2360
240K = $ 4800
199K = $ 3980
130K = $ 2600
230K = $ 4600
62% of buys today were pretty pricey and I don't think your average day trader drops 5 grand on a buy that has dropped from .8 to .18 and hasn't shown any upswing.

Posted by JoeMillion on :

I hope they don't sell... [Frown]

Joe

Posted by justplayin on :

I don't think they will sell until the pps goes up some real value.

Anybody else catchin' the move today [Big Grin]

Rumor of pending deal and news Thursday evening.

JUST RUMOR AT THIS GIVEN TIME! If it is true, we may test new highs - JMHO!

David concludes, "To date we've been focusing on generating revenue from our existing business operations. This focus has slowed down our innate ability to grow through M&A (mergers and acquisitions) which is why I asked Rhonda to take the position of COO. Since inception we haven't had the luxury of time to evaluate many viable M&A candidates. Now that Rhonda is focused on daily growth, I've taken an aggressive attitude towards acquisitions. A 4 1/2 month courting is coming to an end with only a few more items needing to be ironed out. I anticipate a quick close shortly there after."

TheChief,

Your guess is good as mine. They have good ideas and a great plan in place. People want to see msep make profits in a hurry. It will take time. Msep is only a 8 month old company.

Brake Fluid? Are you kidding me? This company went from selling gaming tables, to die cast cars, to auto racing art, to used auto racing clothing and crap, and now they want to produce and sell brake fluid? Talk about a company with no clear focus on what it's business is.................

MSEP was one of the better plays I have had in a long time, bought in about .007 and sold at .075. This company has no focus or no future and everyone should get out now before it gets below 1 cent again.

CMK I don't think you realize how big this deal is? The price of 0.0123 is a steal.

I got this from IHUB

Read the following:

As to the market potential of a "premium" brake fluid . . .

Think about all the guys you know (or have seen on the freeway)that have spent $1000 - $4000 on wheels/tires, $125 on a K&N or AirHog air filter, $75 on a Momo shift knob, $300 for the new trendy clear style tail lights, $100/ea on drilled high performance brake rotors (at a price more than 2x the oem replacement) $600-$2000 on a cat back exhaust system. And this is just the tip of the automotive performance aftermarket iceberg.

I have done a little amateur racing in both a Porsche and a shifter kart. And I don't own any shares of MSEP so I hope you will view this as unbiased and without a vested interest.

To the best of my knowledge GS610 has been on the market for a relatively short time and for it to break into the ranks of IndyCar, American LeMans Series, Speed World Challenge let alone taking 4 of the top 10 positions (including the winning position) by a team like Andretti Green Racing says far more about this brake fluid than any press release ever could. Did you know there has never been an "Official Brake Fluid" to a race series ever before? Whoever is behind GS610 knows their marketing very well.

I have used Castrol SRF, Motul, AP and Ford brake fluids in the Porsche. Let me tell you, this stuff is truly better than the rest. Yeah, its quite a bit more expensive but in the big picture it has saved me money. I don't need to bleed the brake anywhere near as much as I did with the other fluids and GS610 doesn't have any of the pedal fade at high temps like the others. I and many of my car nut friends were skeptical but having tried it, I can say the claims are true. Most of us here in the local Porsche Club have switched completely over to GS610.

The market potenial for this is HUGE! If the auto enthusiast market is 72 million as claimed and they got as little as 1/10% of the market (the stuff is expensive at $39.95/btl). . . Well you do the math. Then multiply that to a 1% share of market. That's lotsa $$ in my book.

Just my .02
