The settlement says that the original transaction between Walter Davis and Mario Quenneville will be rolled back as it was on March 26,2002 . Each side will recover their assets or debts and each of us will walk away and move on in with our life. Another publicly trading company for Superwipes will take place within weeks and all the shareholders interested to follow me will be welcome to exchange their shares of summit with the new company and work forward instead dragging the past.

In the next 10 days, as soon I have the green light, I will announce the settlement between us and the previous Davis Group.
A part of the new plan is that I am in the process to form a new publicly traded company and I would like to invite all interested shareholders to convert their shares of Summit in the new company. By having the new company it will give us a fresh start and we will not have to deal with the past liabilities that was never disclosed to me and my management in the last 3 1/2 years.
A group of consultants such as law firms, accountants and advertising experts will join our board of directors. We also anticipate to bring 3 subsidiaries in that new company which will bring great assets. Each subsidiaries will have their own board of directors to assure smooth operation and diversification. We are currently having many new retail and wholesale customers ready to go. We also expect to do business in several countries and we are currently dealing with a professional advertising firm which will insure that we are properly represented on the market. As soon as we can we will file to go over the counter and move eventually to NASDAQ.
In our expansion, many new products will be introduced. Superwipes brand will remain and My Girl brand will be introduced. We will specialize in cosmetics, consumer goods, conception and designs and telecommunications plus much more. The management of the new company will overlook all of the subsidiaries. We will provide you with with a business plan from all companies. as well as updated financials.
As part of our advertising we will have 5 Dragsters which will carry our name in several race tracks over the US, 2 circle track cars and 2 Hydroplanes boats which all will be on local TV stations in different areas of the country, ESPN, ESPN2 and the Speed Channel time to time. We will also promote our websites vigorously over the internet and we will link with over 600 sites and also on at least 5 financials sites. Some very well known international celebrities are interested in participating in our future advertising. Names will be disclosed at the proper time. We will also have offices in New York, Montreal, China.

If it hits .003 I am out you will see the 400,000 block go threw it's me. Not a lot of buzz on r/b but people are starting to talk. I would think they would have to send a letter to shareholders and I haven't got one. I did e-mail them I will let you know what they have to say.At first I thought it was a bs post I saw it on r/b but it's on the website. It could pop if people get certs. I will be holding tradable shares. I could see it going to .003 easy. It had some support there.We need vol.

I might change my mind on the .003 out. I need that to break even. Long history with lawsuits from Mario and shell holder. It used to be smnc before the symbol change. I have made money on this 4-5 times got caught holding long term this last drop. I'm just looking to break even. It might hold a easy 20% or could run like hell if everybody gets certs and the market dries up I will be holding for a few days to see what happens. If you look at some of my real old post it should have basic info.
