Bancorp International Acquires Assisted Living Centers of Carter Care Inc.
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., May 02, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bancorp International Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCIT), a Pink Sheet publicly trading company, has acquired Carter Care Centers, a premier provider of assisted living and long-term care facilities for seniors. Bancorp, with this acquisition, has implemented a marketing plan that includes "rolling up" (consolidating) the highly fragmented senior care market throughout the United States.
"The relationships between health insurance agencies and their prospective policies and plans will be key in expanding Bancorp International Group in exponentially growing this company, targeting a tenfold increase during the infancy of the company, generating fees over 35 million within two years and 100 million within 4-5 years," said Richard Carter, CEO and president of Bancorp International Group.
Carter uses the marketing concept made famous by the Sears Co., where the facility is generating fees and the real estate is also owned by the company. This marketing plan increases the book value of the stock substantially.

Listen BCIT will hit .05 by the end of this week. There is no stock in the market and with todays PR all the market makers that shorted this stock have to buy it in the open market on the ask. I suggest everyone get in to make another 500% gain.

"All of the current shares must be returned to investor relations" (what the hell?). I think thid PR is an attempt to bring the value of the price up for a possible sell off. There are no details whatsoever in this article. It reminds me of something you would see on a message board from a pumper. Be careful putting money on this one.
It looks to me like Carter Care couldnt come to terms with the owners of BCIT. So that deal got cancled. In the meantime the MM short they hell out of BCIT. And now they have a new deal for BCIT, but before they do it they want all the MM to cover there short. Thats why all that buying came in today. As well they want to find out the correct # of shares out in the market.

The sad thing is that im already in. I bought this one at 2 cents a few weeks ago. I sorta figured it would get back to 2 cents b/c its an easy runner. I hope you are right about 5 cents. I woudln't mind turning this mistake into a gold mine.

The MM are manipulating the price. They have to cover their short position so they are messing with the bid and ask price. Mainly JEFF & TASL. They get on both sides of the box and dont let the stock move.
