Honestyly, I would like to see it close lower, then move back up, but maybe there's to much pressure on this one. We'll see.

CYOS also had resistance at about .005 and .0038. It broke thru both of those yesterday. If there is enough buying pressure the next resistance will be broken thru too.

yeah but .083 do you really think it would ever break that. could you look and see if that is really what the resistance is maybe i made a mistake but that is what it says on barchart.com heck a $500 dollar investment would make you about a $6400 profit
let me no if that resistance is right and if you think it could possibly ever break that.
i mean does anyone beleive this company could really ever be worth .08

Yes true, but when stocks have pressure, they see 75+ RSI, some even stay in that range for days. We'll see I guess.

Hello Diana! I'm one of the other people here from Bloomington that you talked to last year. Haven't done much trading lately after losing quite a bit last spring, but now I'm slowly getting back into it and hoping to make a little money. How have you been?

Sold a third of my position yesterday at .006. should of dumped it all and got back in now. Oh well. Chart shows that every big up day is followed by a down day. I was hoping today would be an exception. maybe it still will.

Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (Pink Sheets: SPRL - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=SPRL.PK ): Strat Petroleum, Ltd. today announced that it has signed a Standby Equity Line Agreement (the "Agreement") that allows it, at its option, to issue shares to US-based investment fund The Nutmeg Group LLC ( http://www.tngroupllc.com ), up to a maximum value of US$20 million.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Strat Petroleum may, at its discretion, issue shares to Nutmeg at any time over the next two years. The maximum aggregate amount of the equity placements pursuant to the Agreement is $20 million.
Subject to this limitation, Strat Petroleum may draw down up to 200% of the average daily volume (U.S market only) ("ADV") computed using the ten (10) trading days prior to the drawdown request. The facility may be used in whole or in part entirely at Strat Petroleum's discretion, subject to an effective registration.
Shares issued to Nutmeg will be priced at a 7.5% discount to the lowest daily Volume Weighted Average Price ('VWAP') of Strat Petroleum, Ltd. shares traded on each of the five days following a drawdown notice by Strat Petroleum. No commissions will apply to each issue of Strat Petroleum shares under the Agreement, however, a flat non-accountable expense allowance of $1,500 will be payable to Nutmeg at the time of issue.
In addition, Strat Petroleum has set in place a non-recourse loan with common stock as collateral, with a 49.875% net loan to value. Strat Petroleum, at its discretion may post up to eight million shares as collateral. The term of the loan is for one year, with an interest rate based on one-month LIBOR plus three percent, interest paid quarterly.
Randall S. Goulding, Managing Director of The Nutmeg Group, LLC, said "We are eager to assist Strat Petroleum in meeting its ongoing financing needs and we look forward to a long-term relationship with the Company."
The Nutmeg Group, LLC and its principals have been successful in raising capital through private placements and stock loans. With more than 30 million dollars under management, the Nutmeg Group, L.L.C. is a value-added private capital investment firm and a full service investment and financial consulting organization, dedicated to helping growth companies emerge as industry leaders.
Staffed with an impressive array of diverse talents and a robust infrastructure, Nutmeg stands committed to facilitating the Company's success, as it is for all of its portfolio companies. Loren Comitor, President of CCM&A, Nutmeg's advertising and marketing affiliate, will endeavor to facilitate new marketing arrangements for the Company. Additionally, Nutmeg intends to enhance the Company's website and assure that the Company's image will reflect and be commensurate with its outstanding prospects.
"Our investment and ongoing commitment is prompted by our extreme optimism about the outlook for the Company and its capacity to ramp up its operation to seize opportunities" said The Nutmeg Group's Managing Director, Randall Goulding. "We believe the current valuation does not adequately reflect the enormous opportunities that exist for the company in both the near- and longer term."
"We are impressed with the Company's talented management resources, and for such a small company to have captured the opportunities -- is virtually unprecedented," Goulding continued.
"We plan to play an integral and continuing role in the Company's very promising future. We are pleased to be working in partnership with the Company to better position it to grow," said Goulding. "In fact," Goulding said, "the specific reason for this additional cash infusion is to focus on creating new business opportunities and joint ventures."
H. Sam Hyams, President and CEO of Strat Petroleum commented on the financing, "We are delighted to have signed these agreements that give us the option to draw down over $20 million over the next two years. The advantage of this method of structured financing is that although the funds are secured and available to us, any draw down of the facility will be totally at our discretion. We expect these funds to enable us to close several opportunities, including Orenburg, on our upcoming trip to the Russian Federation. The completion of acquisition of the 49% interest of the Rozhdestvenskoe oil site is the primary focus for Strat Petroleum."
Strat Petroleum, Ltd.'s strategy is to enhance shareholder value through the acquisition of oil & gas properties with proven reserves or producing/capped wells. Should you wish any additional information on our projects or management team, please visit our website at http://www.stratpetroleum.com .
BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BSIO.OB ): BSI2000, Inc., a leading developer of integrated optical card- based systems and technology, today provided a review of 2004 operations and an update for investors.
Jack Harper, CEO and President of the company, said, "We have concluded our quiet period that resulted from our SEC filing, and we have a lot to report.
During 2004 we got our feet on the ground as a public company, stabilized our funding and launched a number of initiatives that we believe will help us build BSI2000 into a highly valuable company.
"We secured a $15 million equity line with Cornell Capital, our primary financing source. Cornell continues to provide us with sufficient working capital and, because of this, we finished calendar year 2004 with just under $1 million in cash. This was a significant improvement over previous quarterly cash balances.
"In addition to strengthening our balance sheet, we had a number of important achievements in 2004.
"We announced several new products for the homeland security market and launched three important field trials in the United States and in Europe, which are still underway.
"We received an initial order, for a homeland security-related product, from a major international airport in Europe, and we appear to be on track to ship their first system during this quarter.
"We established a number of marketing partnerships with major American and European companies that we believe will produce new revenue and business in 2005.
"We expanded our U.S. sales force by opening a sales office in Atlanta. We plan to open a new office in Dallas soon.
"We filed more than 20 patents to protect our homeland security and other products, and we are now in the process of filing patents covering the use of our technology for banking in South Africa.
"My goal is to grow BSI2000 into a significant company that is a substantial force in the homeland security and commercial security markets. I believe we have all of the elements necessary to make this happen, and these elements are now in place. Because of this, I also believe that BSI2000 is undervalued in the market, and the company is worth many times its current trading price.
Based on the current state of business and our current financial stability, we hope 2005 will show a significant improvement in our market capitalization as we begin to produce and announce significant revenue gains.
"In connection with this, we began our new marketing campaign in December and now have just under $1 million in requested quotations with potential customers.
"Finally, I believe that our company and its prospects have never been stronger, and that 2005 will be a good year for the company and our shareholders," Harper said.
CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB: CYOS - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CYOS.OB ): CYOP Systems International Inc., a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, publicized today the estimated projections of numbers of players of online games.
Since 1997, the online gamer population has leapt from 5.5 million to 50 million, according to Forrester Research Inc., a Cambridge, Mass., technology consultancy. In the United States, 28 percent of all Internet users visit a video game site and more than 4.8 million play video games over the Internet according to NetValue.
Although men still dominate the gaming world, the majority of mainstream online game players are women. Over 55% of all activity on the five largest game sites was by women. And the average age of online gamers continues to increase. Part of this is due to the overall increase in the proportion of Baby Boomers in the general population.
Another factor is that there are more computers in the hands of the older generation. As this group becomes more comfortable with computers they begin to discover games as an entertainment resource. Since they are less likely to own game consoles, online games have become an entry path to the world of games, and a stepping-stone into virtual entertainment.
The myth that most gamers are children also seems to defy changing gaming demographics. In reality, nearly 75% of PC gamers are adults, with only 30% under the age of 18. The Forrester Report indicates that 25% of the on-line population plays games on-line, are 49% woman and 51% men, and have a median age of 39. On-line gamers generate an average yearly income of $49,000/year and play an average of 13 hours/week.
Here's how it works: A customer enters a gaming site powered with CYOP's licensed software; CrediPlay. The consumer opens an account by completing an information form. A credit card is used to deposit a minimum of $5.00 USD, although larger deposits may be made.
The gamer wants to play a tournament of skill and chooses a game to play. All games integrated with CrediPlay are approved as games of skill versus games of chance. The Tournament Entrance Fee and the Network Maintenance Fee are posted along with the minimum number of players and a time limit on the tournament.
The customer opts to play the tournament and the fees are debited from the gamer's account. If the gamer wins the tournament, his or her account is credited with the total amount of the Tournament Entrance Fee from the tournament.
Tournaments generally run no longer than five minutes and involve five people on average.
Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "The growth of I-Gaming commerce, coupled with the overall increase in the Internet population, will provide substantial traffic and income to the company. A strong marketing foundation is being established to enable positive growth of memberships and revenue by constantly examining strategies moving forward and looking at the future. And maintaining excellent customer focused service will continue to be the most critical element of our success."
IVP Technology Corporation (OTCBB:TALL - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=TALL.OB ): ActiveCore Technologies Inc. formerly IVP Technology Corporation announced today that its UK subsidiary, Twincentric Limited has signed a five year, multi million dollar contract to provide software and services to one of the UK's most successful manufacturers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Twincentric will provide technical support, assistance and application management to assist this customer in its strategic move to a new hardware and ERP software platform. Twincentric's detailed knowledge of past and current technologies and its experience in assisting technology transitions faced by mainframe users was a key factor in winning this prestigious contract.
Tony McGurk, VP Europe commented, ``One of the major factors in winning this contract was the customers' existing experience in using our Net.Visual product. We have worked with them for a number of years and have proved time and time again that we are able to deliver high quality applications on time and at a competitive price. The size of this contract and the extra potential it offers Twincentric as a company is a tribute to the quality of both our staff and our software.''
Peter Hamilton, President and CEO of ActiveCore Technologies said, ``I am delighted that our UK subsidiary has secured this major order and it is evidence of the quality of both our people and our products. This order confirms that all divisions of our business are operating effectively. Earlier in 2004 we previously projected this contract to close in the 2004 fiscal year and on that basis had indicated an e.p.s between $.005 and $.01 cents per share on a weighted average 445,000,000 shares outstanding for the full fiscal year.
In late 2004, after the delay in signing this contract was announced, we subsequently revised our estimated earnings down to an approximate e.p.s of $.005 cents per share for the 2004 fiscal year which remains our current projection. We have been requested to not disclose the name of the customer for reasons of commercial privacy.''
