This stock looks good for am play. I would run with it but i would rather wait to see if you can catch it on the way down. This stock had to many ups and downs today. (Like any stock does) but I would not buy it at the open. The only stock i would buy at the open is once that ended the day before going up with a steady increase...

BUY IS CONFIRMED! Add american bulls where the *'s are.

Honestyly, I would like to see it close lower, then move back up, but maybe there's to much pressure on this one. We'll see.

how can the resistance on this be .083

Posted by stnkng1 on :

is that bad or good i mean there is no way it could ever break the resistance is there?

Posted by denzen on :

CYOS also had resistance at about .005 and .0038. It broke thru both of those yesterday. If there is enough buying pressure the next resistance will be broken thru too.

dz

Posted by stnkng1 on :

yeah but .083 do you really think it would ever break that.
could you look and see if that is really what the resistance is maybe i made a mistake but that is what it says on barchart.com
heck a $500 dollar investment would make you about a $6400 profit

let me no if that resistance is right and if you think it could possibly ever break that.

i mean does anyone beleive this company could really ever be worth .08

Yes true, but when stocks have pressure, they see 75+ RSI, some even stay in that range for days. We'll see I guess.

Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (Pink Sheets: SPRL - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=SPRL.PK ): Strat Petroleum, Ltd. today announced that it has signed a Standby Equity Line Agreement (the "Agreement") that allows it, at its option, to issue shares to US-based investment fund The Nutmeg Group LLC ( http://www.tngroupllc.com ), up to a maximum value of US$20 million.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Strat Petroleum may, at its discretion, issue shares to Nutmeg at any time over the next two years. The maximum aggregate amount of the equity placements pursuant to the Agreement is $20 million.

Subject to this limitation, Strat Petroleum may draw down up to 200% of the average daily volume (U.S market only) ("ADV") computed using the ten (10) trading days prior to the drawdown request. The facility may be used in whole or in part entirely at Strat Petroleum's discretion, subject to an effective registration.

Shares issued to Nutmeg will be priced at a 7.5% discount to the lowest daily Volume Weighted Average Price ('VWAP') of Strat Petroleum, Ltd. shares traded on each of the five days following a drawdown notice by Strat Petroleum. No commissions will apply to each issue of Strat Petroleum shares under the Agreement, however, a flat non-accountable expense allowance of $1,500 will be payable to Nutmeg at the time of issue.

In addition, Strat Petroleum has set in place a non-recourse loan with common stock as collateral, with a 49.875% net loan to value. Strat Petroleum, at its discretion may post up to eight million shares as collateral. The term of the loan is for one year, with an interest rate based on one-month LIBOR plus three percent, interest paid quarterly.

Randall S. Goulding, Managing Director of The Nutmeg Group, LLC, said "We are eager to assist Strat Petroleum in meeting its ongoing financing needs and we look forward to a long-term relationship with the Company."

The Nutmeg Group, LLC and its principals have been successful in raising capital through private placements and stock loans. With more than 30 million dollars under management, the Nutmeg Group, L.L.C. is a value-added private capital investment firm and a full service investment and financial consulting organization, dedicated to helping growth companies emerge as industry leaders.

Staffed with an impressive array of diverse talents and a robust infrastructure, Nutmeg stands committed to facilitating the Company's success, as it is for all of its portfolio companies. Loren Comitor, President of CCM&A, Nutmeg's advertising and marketing affiliate, will endeavor to facilitate new marketing arrangements for the Company. Additionally, Nutmeg intends to enhance the Company's website and assure that the Company's image will reflect and be commensurate with its outstanding prospects.

"Our investment and ongoing commitment is prompted by our extreme optimism about the outlook for the Company and its capacity to ramp up its operation to seize opportunities" said The Nutmeg Group's Managing Director, Randall Goulding. "We believe the current valuation does not adequately reflect the enormous opportunities that exist for the company in both the near- and longer term."

"We are impressed with the Company's talented management resources, and for such a small company to have captured the opportunities -- is virtually unprecedented," Goulding continued.

"We plan to play an integral and continuing role in the Company's very promising future. We are pleased to be working in partnership with the Company to better position it to grow," said Goulding. "In fact," Goulding said, "the specific reason for this additional cash infusion is to focus on creating new business opportunities and joint ventures."

H. Sam Hyams, President and CEO of Strat Petroleum commented on the financing, "We are delighted to have signed these agreements that give us the option to draw down over $20 million over the next two years. The advantage of this method of structured financing is that although the funds are secured and available to us, any draw down of the facility will be totally at our discretion. We expect these funds to enable us to close several opportunities, including Orenburg, on our upcoming trip to the Russian Federation. The completion of acquisition of the 49% interest of the Rozhdestvenskoe oil site is the primary focus for Strat Petroleum."

Strat Petroleum, Ltd.'s strategy is to enhance shareholder value through the acquisition of oil & gas properties with proven reserves or producing/capped wells. Should you wish any additional information on our projects or management team, please visit our website at http://www.stratpetroleum.com .

BSI2000, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSIO - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BSIO.OB ): BSI2000, Inc., a leading developer of integrated optical card- based systems and technology, today provided a review of 2004 operations and an update for investors.

Jack Harper, CEO and President of the company, said, "We have concluded our quiet period that resulted from our SEC filing, and we have a lot to report.

During 2004 we got our feet on the ground as a public company, stabilized our funding and launched a number of initiatives that we believe will help us build BSI2000 into a highly valuable company.

"We secured a $15 million equity line with Cornell Capital, our primary financing source. Cornell continues to provide us with sufficient working capital and, because of this, we finished calendar year 2004 with just under $1 million in cash. This was a significant improvement over previous quarterly cash balances.

"In addition to strengthening our balance sheet, we had a number of important achievements in 2004.

"We announced several new products for the homeland security market and launched three important field trials in the United States and in Europe, which are still underway.

"We received an initial order, for a homeland security-related product, from a major international airport in Europe, and we appear to be on track to ship their first system during this quarter.

"We established a number of marketing partnerships with major American and European companies that we believe will produce new revenue and business in 2005.

"We expanded our U.S. sales force by opening a sales office in Atlanta. We plan to open a new office in Dallas soon.

"We filed more than 20 patents to protect our homeland security and other products, and we are now in the process of filing patents covering the use of our technology for banking in South Africa.

"My goal is to grow BSI2000 into a significant company that is a substantial force in the homeland security and commercial security markets. I believe we have all of the elements necessary to make this happen, and these elements are now in place. Because of this, I also believe that BSI2000 is undervalued in the market, and the company is worth many times its current trading price.

Based on the current state of business and our current financial stability, we hope 2005 will show a significant improvement in our market capitalization as we begin to produce and announce significant revenue gains.

"In connection with this, we began our new marketing campaign in December and now have just under $1 million in requested quotations with potential customers.

"Finally, I believe that our company and its prospects have never been stronger, and that 2005 will be a good year for the company and our shareholders," Harper said.

CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB: CYOS - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CYOS.OB ): CYOP Systems International Inc., a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, publicized today the estimated projections of numbers of players of online games.

Since 1997, the online gamer population has leapt from 5.5 million to 50 million, according to Forrester Research Inc., a Cambridge, Mass., technology consultancy. In the United States, 28 percent of all Internet users visit a video game site and more than 4.8 million play video games over the Internet according to NetValue.

Although men still dominate the gaming world, the majority of mainstream online game players are women. Over 55% of all activity on the five largest game sites was by women. And the average age of online gamers continues to increase. Part of this is due to the overall increase in the proportion of Baby Boomers in the general population.

Another factor is that there are more computers in the hands of the older generation. As this group becomes more comfortable with computers they begin to discover games as an entertainment resource. Since they are less likely to own game consoles, online games have become an entry path to the world of games, and a stepping-stone into virtual entertainment.

The myth that most gamers are children also seems to defy changing gaming demographics. In reality, nearly 75% of PC gamers are adults, with only 30% under the age of 18. The Forrester Report indicates that 25% of the on-line population plays games on-line, are 49% woman and 51% men, and have a median age of 39. On-line gamers generate an average yearly income of $49,000/year and play an average of 13 hours/week.

Here's how it works: A customer enters a gaming site powered with CYOP's licensed software; CrediPlay. The consumer opens an account by completing an information form. A credit card is used to deposit a minimum of $5.00 USD, although larger deposits may be made.

The gamer wants to play a tournament of skill and chooses a game to play. All games integrated with CrediPlay are approved as games of skill versus games of chance. The Tournament Entrance Fee and the Network Maintenance Fee are posted along with the minimum number of players and a time limit on the tournament.

The customer opts to play the tournament and the fees are debited from the gamer's account. If the gamer wins the tournament, his or her account is credited with the total amount of the Tournament Entrance Fee from the tournament.

Tournaments generally run no longer than five minutes and involve five people on average.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "The growth of I-Gaming commerce, coupled with the overall increase in the Internet population, will provide substantial traffic and income to the company. A strong marketing foundation is being established to enable positive growth of memberships and revenue by constantly examining strategies moving forward and looking at the future. And maintaining excellent customer focused service will continue to be the most critical element of our success."

IVP Technology Corporation (OTCBB:TALL - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=TALL.OB ): ActiveCore Technologies Inc. formerly IVP Technology Corporation announced today that its UK subsidiary, Twincentric Limited has signed a five year, multi million dollar contract to provide software and services to one of the UK's most successful manufacturers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Twincentric will provide technical support, assistance and application management to assist this customer in its strategic move to a new hardware and ERP software platform. Twincentric's detailed knowledge of past and current technologies and its experience in assisting technology transitions faced by mainframe users was a key factor in winning this prestigious contract.

Tony McGurk, VP Europe commented, ``One of the major factors in winning this contract was the customers' existing experience in using our Net.Visual product. We have worked with them for a number of years and have proved time and time again that we are able to deliver high quality applications on time and at a competitive price. The size of this contract and the extra potential it offers Twincentric as a company is a tribute to the quality of both our staff and our software.''

Peter Hamilton, President and CEO of ActiveCore Technologies said, ``I am delighted that our UK subsidiary has secured this major order and it is evidence of the quality of both our people and our products. This order confirms that all divisions of our business are operating effectively. Earlier in 2004 we previously projected this contract to close in the 2004 fiscal year and on that basis had indicated an e.p.s between $.005 and $.01 cents per share on a weighted average 445,000,000 shares outstanding for the full fiscal year.

In late 2004, after the delay in signing this contract was announced, we subsequently revised our estimated earnings down to an approximate e.p.s of $.005 cents per share for the 2004 fiscal year which remains our current projection. We have been requested to not disclose the name of the customer for reasons of commercial privacy.''

CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, is pleased to announce that it will be launching online multi-play poker and bridge.

The games are going through testing and will be available for cash play in jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom that consider poker and bridge to be games of skill rather than games of chance. The games will be available for free-play to North American players.

A Bear Stearns report for the industry pegged annual revenue at $4.2 billion for 2003, and Christiansen Capital Advisors predicts that 2005 revenue could exceed $10 billion.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "More than 80 million people play poker at home, in card rooms and online, where over $170 million is wagered each day. If this trend continues, more than $250 million will be wagered on poker on the Internet alone each day by January 2006 according to Bluff Magazine. And last year, a total of $1.6 Billion was wagered online in poker sites. We plan to leverage our growing European player base into this form of gaming, and monetize our database further."

Wall Street News Alert -- Breaking Market News! February 17, 2005
WESTON, Fla., Feb. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Protocall Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:PCLI), CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), Nortel Networks Corporation (NYSE:NT) and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD).

Aggressive investors and traders will be watching Protocall Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:PCLI) again this morning! Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that Executive Software Inc. will debut the latest version of its market-leading data recovery program on Protocall's on-demand electronic content distribution system next week.

This could be another piece of good news for investors! Protocall's proprietary electronic digital content delivery system was deployed by CompUSA in 25 stores in three major market regions in 2004. It is also the engine behind the new online Software Solutions Center at www.tigerdirect.com.

Investors watch this one progress as other companies recognize the benefits of using Protocall's product! The company's technology is currently being used to offer over 1,200 software titles from 250 software publishers, including 5 of the top 10.

"Protocall is enabling us to give consumers immediate access to the newest versions of our products on the day we release them," said Michael Gioia, Executive Software's Director of Channel Sales. "The ability to bundle our products is another key attraction of Protocall's system. They are creating a new way for us to get our products out to the market immediately, without competing with the shelf and with no cost of goods. Consumers can see the value and the savings right away."

Previously this month, Protocall announced that MYOB(R) US, Inc. was the latest company to distribute its products via Protocall's proprietary electronic digital content delivery technology. The company joins over 250 other software publishers who have engaged with Protocall Technologies to expand the distribution channels for their products in the retail marketplace.

For more in-depth coverage of Protocall Tech, visit http://216.63.242.254/PCLI0216.htm

Prior to yesterday's press release, the stock closed yesterday at $3.00 a share.

In case you are not familiar with the company: Protocall (www.protocall.com) is the innovator of on-demand digital content distribution. Its flagship SoftwareToGo(r) electronic delivery system is the industry's standard for on-site production of brand name software CDs, for both traditional and Web retailers. Protocall provides retailers and software publishers with specialized systems programming, digital rights management and electronic merchandising services for front and back-end fulfillment operations. Market-leaders CompUSA and TigerDirect.com are both early adopters of Protocall's on-demand business model.

Stocks showing interesting activity yesterday at the close of the regular trading day were: CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS) up 50.6% on 115.1 million shares traded, Nortel Networks Corporation (NYSE:NT) down 1.9% on 11.5 million shares traded and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) down 1.3% on 8.8 million shares traded.

Commentary:

"Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, speaking before Congress yesterday, reassured members that the economy is going in the right direction, gave some comments regarding interest rates and gave Social Security the thumbs-up as far as privatization. The markets response was less than stellar," stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.***********************.

now you see why yesterday MM moved down the price (usual games)

CYOP Systems International Inc. (CYOS) , a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, is pleased to announce that it has begun preliminary talks with mobile developers into launching mobile games.

The Company has long realized the potential for wireless gaming and in now doing due diligence on and meeting with mobile platform developers. While games have been provided as a value added service so far, there is a move toward gearing up both subscription and pay for play skill based wireless apps. CYOP intends to be the leader in pay for play skill wireless gaming and is actively working with strategic partners to exploit this niche over the next 12 months.

Gaming on mobile phones and wireless devices is set to generate revenues of US$19.3bn by 2009, according to a new report from Juniper Research, and in the short term the report said 2005 would see total mobile gambling revenues pass the US$2bn mark.

The Yankee Group says there are already 27 million U.S. users playing games on their handsets, and CYOP intends to introduce its skill gaming model to this growing segment.

The Asia-Pacific region is expected to contribute the largest share of total gross revenues with 39% of the market and Europe follows closely behind with a 37% market share, with the US making up the majority of the remainder.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Wireless games are games that you play on your mobile phone. Depending on your phone and wireless provider, you'll probably be able to play some games already. When you consider that by 2007, most people in North America will access the Internet from a wireless connection, being an early adopter of m-gaming will position us favorably."

CYOP Targets Asia for Online Poker; Asian Market Growth is Unprecedented

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, is pleased to announce that it will be targeting Asian portals for integration of its new Poker software.

Asia is fast reaching the critical mass and interest needed for online Poker, and CYOP intends to be the early leader in the field. With its backend licensed CrediPlay financial systems already localized into Traditional and Simplified Chinese, CYOP has begun working on the front end game translations of its poker games.

Providers of the online poker make their money with a small 'rake' from the pot in each game plus, to a lesser extent, tournament fees. This has powered hefty increases in sales and profits.

Paradise Poker, the US-focused firm bought for GBP 169m by Britain's Sportingbet last autumn, had turnover of $37.2m (GBP 19.7m) in the seven months to July 2004, and profits of $21.3m. And, in recent months, Paradise's aggregate monthly rake and tournament fee revenue has risen to over $7m and it is reported to have over 721,000 registered customers and over 97,000 active players.

PartyGaming, the sector leader with a share estimated at 50% of the overall market for its Partypoker offshoot, is believed to have made profits before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of more than $350m in 2004. If it floats on the London Stock Exchange, as it is considering, it would be likely to command a market value of more than GBP 2bn and be a candidate for inclusion in the FTSE 100 index.

And Online gaming revenues in the Asia-Pacific region will reach $1.84 billion by 2008, according to a recent report from IDC. Overall, online gaming subscription revenues in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan) are projected to more than double by 2008 to $1.84 billion from $760 million in 2003.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, stated, "recent reports have Chinese Internet users spending an average of 12.3 hours per week online with gaming and entertainment being the second most popular online activity. Combined with reports that China expects it will have a total of 120 million Internet users by the end of 2005; a 28% increase from the 94 million users in 2004. If the numbers bear out, China will have the second largest number of Internet users, after the US. And given the propensity for online games, Poker is a perfect fit."

News after the bell [Big Grin]

Online Writers / Entertainment Editors / Gambling Writers

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 2005--
CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a
leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, is
organizing operations around its Asian poker and pool venture.
With the online traffic available from Asian partners the Company
will market and drive this traffic to its "Asian Free Poker" site,
expected for launch May 1, 2005. As a targeted audience there is
immense value to advertisers and sponsors that the Company is
currently in discussions with. Additionally, many free poker players
are also, or become, play for cash players. These players provide
direct revenues from a 'rake' from the pot in each game plus, to a
lesser extent, tournament fees.
The Company expects to earn significant indirect revenues from
various types of advertising throughout the sites, as well as
sponsorships of tournaments and prizes from major consumer based
corporations.
More than 80 million people play poker at home, in card rooms and
online, where over $170 million is wagered each day. If this trend
continues, more than $250 million will be wagered on poker on the
Internet alone each day by January 2006 according to Bluff Magazine.
And last year, a total of $1.6 Billion was wagered online in poker
sites.
And Online gaming revenues in the Asia-Pacific region will reach
$1.84 billion by 2008, according to a recent report from IDC. Overall,
online gaming subscription revenues in the Asia-Pacific region
(excluding Japan) are projected to more than double by 2008 to $1.84
billion from $760 million in 2003.
CYOP believes that it will be able to capture a small market share
of the Asian online gaming industry within the next twelve months
equating to significant revenues. And within four years, the Company
feels it is possible to capture a significant percentage of the
projected market. As an example, 0.5% of the combined projected market
equates to gross yearly sales of approximately $92 million.
Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Casual online game revenue
in China was four times greater last year than 2003, and the number of
player who go online continues to increase at a phenomenal rate. We
believe that we will have one of the first solutions available to the
Asian market, priming us to be an early leader in the Asian Poker
marketplace."

CYOP Systems to License Online Poker; Company to Launch Subsidiary Licensing Arm in United Kingdom
via COMTEX

May 2, 2005

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 02, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online video games, is pleased to announce it will be launching a Poker Software licensing wholly owned subsidiary, Red Felt Software Ltd. based in the United Kingdom.

The Company has engaged a London firm to form and register the new subsidiary in the United Kingdom. There is new legislation in the UK that is intended to strengthen the regulatory regime with the creation of a powerful new Gambling Commission, which will for the first time control new forms of gambling such as Internet betting. Licensing the poker game through this UK subsidiary will also be part of the business strategy of the Company.

More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $2 billion a year in revenues, equal to 40% of last year's $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip". An estimated 1.7 million players are active online, meaning they've played in the past six months. And about 150,000 people play on an average day, according to PokerPulse.com, which tracks the online poker market. Americans are thought to account for more than 70% of all players.

The ease of internet wagering has led to the ongoing rise in gambling at a rate of about 30% per year. One might believe that poker has reached a point of saturation, but the Company believes that this is far from correct. While there are a number of existing poker rooms, it is still a very small percentage of the online gambling population that is actively playing online poker. And given that CYOP will be the first to launch online Poker in Asia, the Company feels that it has have an excellent advantage in the marketplace with its product.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP stated, "We expected to launch our Poker game on May 1, 2005, however, we have made the decision to delay this some to ensure it is 100% market ready with beta testing complete, translation complete and all integration issues resolved prior to a launch, and, marketing on the SINA network. We are extremely pleased and thankful from all the interest expressed in the launch of our poker game, from gaming players, shareholders, and the on line gaming business community. While a delay is regrettable, we believe in the long run there is more value as confidence in product and operations is paramount in the online gaming sector. Being nearly ready is not the same as ready."
