Float: (per 12-03 PR) The publicly held float is approximately 400,000 shares. Since the stock was split 5:1 a month after this PR, I would imagine the new float is 2,000,000 shares.
Volume: TLTD Traded 7X above average today DOWN -19%. It has been absolutely CRUSHED since they did a 5:1 forward split @ $1 to open at .20. I believe they did this for capital requirements to be listed on the nasdaq. Draw your own conclusions. Volume today was 7M.

The full terms of the transaction are undisclosed. Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd. are the developers and owners of a proprietary communication technology, XRF link®. This looks like it could be a couple of month hold before it really gets rolling again. It has gone down on good news which tells me there are a lot of shareholders who for some reason do not believe the news. Will need some new blood to buy up older shares.
My target will be 20%-40% short term...maybe a double in a month or two. Seems undervalued.

Well I bought TLTD the other day at .047, thinking I did well because it bounced from there to the mid .06s....but, of coarse, thats when the floor dropped out and Im a stuck holder until it rebounds (hopefully soon).

I feel you pain and lol on those smilies. The drop has got to stop soon. We've been down for what a week now? 20 cents post 5:1 forward split to less than 3 cents for what? Multiple tens of millions of dollars in contracts and a Latin America VOiP play? I will keep buying as I can as long as the market severely undervalues(IMO)TLTD. I bought in at .044 BTW.

I picked some up at .028 this morning. I thought it had based out on good volume. Now I see a wall at .02. This is completely ridiculous! May get to REALLY load up on this one.

Spoke with another gentleman from Teletinos' PR firm, Focus Partners, LLC this afternoon. He speculated this may indeed be a naked short seller from an offshore brokerage looking to drag the stock down as low as possible and then buying back much cheaper before the new rules concerning naked short sellers kick in around the 15th of this month.
