Well I bought TLTD the other day at .047, thinking I did well because it bounced from there to the mid .06s....but, of coarse, thats when the floor dropped out and Im a stuck holder until it rebounds (hopefully soon).

Spoke with another gentleman from Teletinos' PR firm, Focus Partners, LLC this afternoon. He speculated this may indeed be a naked short seller from an offshore brokerage looking to drag the stock down as low as possible and then buying back much cheaper before the new rules concerning naked short sellers kick in around the 15th of this month.

In my opinion it is possible to go .19 short term. Look at the chart, the prs, and the pps. Take into account the Holidays and the volume that the pps rode down on.

I've been watching this stock for a few days, and it looks like it could keep on going up quite a bit. It was at the equivalent of 60 cents before the split, so even at 6 cents, it still has a lot of room to go to get back where it was. Even if you get in now at 6 cents, that would be a good price I think. After all, the company just got $39 million in orders and there are only about 33 million shares, so their revenue alone is more than $1/share which is pretty good. Good luck to all who are in.

Two more days to look at the charts and figure out a trading strategy. On boardcentralDOTcm TLTD has been one of the most searched tickers for the past three days. I will have to get some more on Tuesday as I see another double from here at least. The contracts announced over the past month and the outstanding shares are telling me we might see the other side of the decimal point in 2005. Anyone care to talk realistic high side?

If they want to be on the Nasdaq Small Cap, they have to have a PPS of $3 per share. I'm not sure that they will get there this year, but it says on their Executive Summary on the website that there goal is to meet the requirements early this year. I think that it could very reasonably hit .25 by the end of this month or mid-February. This is a new company that not many people know about yet. With a few more contracts announced, I think it could easily hit $1 this year.

Based on TLTD revenue projections, I will buy on all dips and watch this one hit the IBD down the road. Congrats to al LONGS who bought this well before I did!! i would watch for a dip below $.20, profit takers right at the opening imo, you have to take into account the amount of people who got into this in the single digit range, they are gonna want to take profit and ride some free shares, anything under $.20 tomorrow is a good entry point, imo, remember do your own dd.

Just curious as to your opinion about this forward split again....with revenue projections of 85MM, why not move to the NAZ and go from there. I just don't get this forward split again!! Someone please educate me here. That means we have to wait until the shares get absorbed by the market again! Depending on news, I will wait for this to settle out before I add more to my position. We are only down 2% right now. We had two days of 170% gains. The PR hurt us but I do think there is still upside here. The stock has not split yet and won't for another few weeks. I am holding for more. Maby I'm just greedy, but oh well....lol..

We are looking at almost 100M shares being absorbed by the market due to this split. From experience, I will wait until this settles out in the market before buying more. What I don't understand is WHY???? Why dilute stockholder equity now.....get this puppy to the big board and then see what happens. I agree with MB above. Reminds me of auml, which did really well in the beginning, and then bamm, a forward split after climbing as high as 5$, it sat at a dollor and then look at how the market absorbed those shares. Now the pos isn't worth more than 15-20cents.

TxBullRider, I sold the SECOND I saw that 4-1 F/S. The fact that the stock went up afterwards doesn't mean anything - people have fallen in love with this one... we'll see what tommorrow brings when everyone reads the news.
I was in this one because of their statement about moving to the NASDAQ, but this F/S puts the writing on the wall with what their real intentions are. Look at their past 3 months of chart history on Yahoo! with their previous forward splits. See a pattern? sometimes a company DOESN'T like to be traded this way...it makes it more difficult to buy back shares, and it makes it harder to get funding based on PPS.... if they are for real, and are serious, this makes sense for the LONG haul...i know it hurts the day-trading, oh well...

After continuing my research on this stock, I am still very confused about this latest news. I have reduced my shares and will take a cautious, wait and see approach for a bit. There are a lot of positives about this stock overall but this split makes it harder to get off pinks which is a big caution sign for me. I echo some of the statements posted above...why not wait for higher pps before a split? This was headed toward $ land.
I will watch closely and am fully prepared to buy back in if it drops back to last week's levels. The rest of the week should be interesting.

Good idea to keep an eye on the trading. Maybe you'll find some lower entry points. This VOiP business is pretty exciting. I hear alot of people wishing Vonage was public. Telatinos is basically setting up to be a Latin American Vonage like company if I understand their business plan.

If the board expect to get high numbers, they can decide a F/S to keep the price/sh available to the maximum of people. The term liquid means the way a capital can be valued in a short time. For instance a house or a company share is less liquid than cash money, that the most liquid form of value. Do not spend to much time on me, I'm just trying to get more info on that company that seems so exciting...

so happy i picked up alot more yesterday at .1275 got in last week at .034 gonna sell 15k shares when it hits a dollar withen the next week or so then holding the other 30k shares for 4 to 1 split then after couple of months gonna sell 120k shares for 3to4 dollars a share.(sounds so simple, I hope and wish this is how it turns out)

Is this dilution or a dividend? It is my understanding that a dividend is paid by the company. If it is a dividend then where is the money coming from? or is this latest PR just a way of softening the dilution of their shares? It is both.
before you would receive 4 shares for each you owned. now 1 for 5, there will be less dillution as an outcome.
Forward split dillution is better than other forms since the stock holders own the dillution. And your added shares should make up for the drop in pps.
