IMPAT - still interested in TLTD? It has a low OS -32M and a low float. It can move fast on news. I expect it will again if any sort of confirmation of the numbers they have put in past PRs is detailed. You decide your entry points.

I'm reading also other posts and I will wait for some hours trading today to check about the behavior. I would be pleased to get news from the board. Expect if they F/S again, that's to keep this one sufficently liquid on climbing numbers forecast.

I didn't understand what you meant by "Expect if they F/S again, that's to keep this one sufficently liquid on climbing numbers forecast. "
Good idea to keep an eye on the trading. Maybe you'll find some lower entry points. This VOiP business is pretty exciting. I hear alot of people wishing Vonage was public. Telatinos is basically setting up to be a Latin American Vonage like company if I understand their business plan.

If the board expect to get high numbers, they can decide a F/S to keep the price/sh available to the maximum of people. The term liquid means the way a capital can be valued in a short time. For instance a house or a company share is less liquid than cash money, that the most liquid form of value. Do not spend to much time on me, I'm just trying to get more info on that company that seems so exciting...

This is shaping up to be one of the most fun stocks I have ever owned. There are still alot of unanswered questions and I suspect as they get answered more and more investors will hop aboard. The whole wireless sector right now reminds me a little of the internet dotcom boom of the late 90s. I will pay attention this time.

MIAMI, Jan 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLTD), a Latin American IP-based VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has declared its previously announced 4:1 forward split of the Company's common stock as cancelled.
The Company will issue a stock dividend in the form of a 6: 5 forward split. The Record Date is to be set and announced shortly. Every shareholder of record will receive six shares for each five shares held as of the close of business on the effective date.
I have a question..... I have owned this stock for a few weeks now. I purchased it through TD Waterhouse. Do I need to register with Teletinos or something like that in order to recieve my dividend? or am I a share holder of record fron the close of my purchase order?
BTW great news!!!!!!!

Is this dilution or a dividend? It is my understanding that a dividend is paid by the company. If it is a dividend then where is the money coming from? or is this latest PR just a way of softening the dilution of their shares? I am not trying to bash, I have made alot of money on this stock, I just need clarification.

before you would receive 4 shares for each you owned. now 1 for 5, there will be less dillution as an outcome.
Forward split dillution is better than other forms since the stock holders own the dillution. And your added shares should make up for the drop in pps.

If a forward split is better than other forms of splits then why did the pps fall on fri. The split is a good thing right? Keithsan, thank you for your input, your opinon is one of a few on allstocks that I feel I can trust.....

you have to remember this ran from .032 to .38 in a day.
it has to consolidate and find a base. The split is a good thing if its a good company and your in at the right pps.

I would love some PRs by Telatinos this week. Some sort of press would be great too. One of these VOiP articles has got to mention TLTD before too long.

no its not like that. Our collective DD is massed in this thread ok. Makes all of our lives easier if you want to search for something its here.
It's just common cortesy (sp?). No hard feelings AT ALL.
You can use your own thread if you want but with one thread we don't have to repost all the old PRs and DD everytime a new pr and hence a new thread comes out.
