I keep accumulating this one--added significantly again today by selling a portion of another position...not on the radar of many yet but if news by(4-8-05)??? there could be a nice pop that could break or approach .01 Until further and more-specific news, this one presents some real risks...so do your DD and GLTA!
Created in 1993 EETC (European Environmetal Technology Corporation) Ltd, a BVI corporation, formerly registered in Dublin, Ireland, founded in the same year it's wholy owned subsidiary Coattec Beschichtungstechnologie GmbH in Wiesbaden, Germany, after having acquired some special polyurethan coating know-how from a private investor. Mr. Bernd Meinecke, a former Corning and Finncat executive, was Managing Director. Under his leadership also as Technical and Development Director considerable development work was done for numerous coating applications, including water-soluble mixtures and antibacterial formulas; all this today's EETC property. The know-how being mainly special formulas and technical processes was and is kept as a company secret - similar to Coca Cola - rather than subject to patent applications. There is, however, a registered design ("Gebrauchsmuster") filed with the German Patent Office covering the one-layer coated underlay construction. The audited financial statements of EETC in 1997 showed an evaluation of the know-how concerning the roofing foils in the amount of $ 6.5 million.
Since 1995 Coattec Germany developed, manufactured and delivered the special one-layer coated roofing foil to the distributer BWK Dachzubehör GmbH, in Germany, who marketed this underlay under their trade name Difflex100 in Germany and other European countries. This business became the backbone of Coattec Germany. In 1998 Coattec signed a multi-year, multi-million DM supply contract with BWK for the Difflex100.
To cope with the increasing financing requirements EETC had to share its subsidiary with new outside investors in 1998/1999. Due to hostile agitation by these new shareholders also vis-a-vis the key client BWK, and because of substantial differences with the management as well with EETC, the founding shareholders, Coattec Germany closed in early 2001.
EETC, Ltd, today still the owner of all the know-how and secret formulas and technical processes, decided in 2004 to follow up an idea already entertained in 1999, that is to exploit the know-how for roofing foils of the type "Difflex" in North America. For this reason EETC Ltd signed a licencing contract in 2004 with Coattec Industries , Inc. with the objective to enter the business of roofing foils. It is a great privilege and a considerable asset for the company to have obtained the collaboration of Mr.Bernd Meinecke as President and Managing Director again. As planned, during the first quarter 2005 Coattec Industries effectively started its operations in USA first with putting in motion a detailed marketstudy. This marketstudy has to determine the technical and commercial viability of the targeted roofing markets. Before this study's results are available, which will be most probable during the next quarter, Coattec Industries will not start publishing detailed technical product specifications, nor discuss any distribution and marketing strategies with third parties.
In the recent weeks the name "Difflex" has been subject to some discussion in the public. While BWK, the former client of Coattec Beschichtungstechnologie GmbH, in Germany still uses Difflex100 as their tradename for their underlay of a today technically different, multi-layer construction, and while Coattec Industries Inc is having the trade name "DIFFLEX (TM)" protected in the USA (trademark pending), the company has decided to name its future underlay roofing foil and house-wrap product ranges "COATTECFLEX (TM)" and "COATFLEX (TM)" (trademarks pending). These new trade names will avoid any confusion and, above all, these trade names will reflect the fact, that Coattec Industries plans to bring out a much better and technically advanced range of products compared to the old difflex100. The improved technical characteristics of Coattec Industries' planned roofing foils and house-wrap for the American market concern in particular the added properties of antibacterial features designed to help fighting mold in roof and housing constructions.

I actually think this could hit a dollar within the next year and a half any other opinions folks not trying to pump just being realistic.

$1.00 would be very possible if there were about 1/10 the number of shares, .10 is a good target though - I'll take that.
Here's my take: 1. Most of the shares are tightly held 2. About 130M are out there in the trading community. 3. Many of us hold a chunck of that total - good news, bad news because there needs to be trading activity for the price to move. I personally don't plan to trade in and out right now because it could be real easy for this to move to a penny and I'd be out of the game. 4. The game needs to be intensified by the insider holders by selling some shares into the pool so that more buyers can get in. 5. The price swings so much interday because there are not the shares in the pool to trade.
There is another line of thinking that says the price will go up fast if there are no shares to trade - True to a point but we need buyers and sellers to make a market.
Anyway, I would love to see a buck since I have 3M shares/avg.@ 0014 and want to hit a lifetime homerun. I was in MSEP, ELCO, TLTD and STTC and did ok but have tanked on others. Its the nature of trading pinks and BB's but what a rush when you ride one up!
This is my realistic opinion.
The PR is a good response and well written by someone that took the time to address the statements being made by some posters on other boards.
