It would be interesting to find out how Difflex is priced against competition in UK and if there are US products sold there. Look fwd to hear what you find out.

IMO........
It's possible there may be many Difflex sellers in Uk and throughout Europe.
Coattec may be a large UK reseller (i.e. pays their bills on time and sells a lot of product for the mfg.) so they were given the US distribution rights for Difflex. Then they bought a shell company in the US to enter the market the quickest and possibly easiest way. Now that shell is what we all hold lots of shares of.
If Coattec has some exclusivity with the US distribution agreement and the price when it is delivered to the US is competitive (bldg. materials are very heavy and low priced), we will see substantial jumps in our share value as soon as any PR is released positioning Coattec and its relationship with the mfg. of Difflex.
It would make sense to me to license the mfg. so that it is made here. Roofing and sheathing materials are made in large quantities at several locations regionally in the US so that transportation costs can be kept low.
Difflex shipping across the water..........hmmmm.
Anyway, I'm holding my shares until we know more. The opportunity outweighs the risk.

Everything i could tell you about this stock would really be speculation. There are rumors of news coming out in the next week. I'm hoping that this will make a substantial move over the next couple of weeks. As with any penny stock, you need to take a look at what the company has to offer and also find out if they are even legitimate. I feel this company has alot to offer and so far I have found no evidence that they are not legitimate. Welcome to the board, i think you'll find most people here are intelligent and fairly well informed. You just have to watch out for the bashers and the pumpers.

I have done my dd in this one enough to risk holding it. Cutting through all of the BS, there appears to be a real company there as best as I can tell. Did you notice how the bs boys left RB as soon as the price started to run this afternoon. I've seen this type of activity many times before right before the price started to rise and I made money each time. Think about the volume of posts, these guys have created an active board which gets other potential buyers to look at the stock.
I believe that the .0021 price close is a very good sign to us all. Weather this company is real or a shell, we can still make money on the upswing. If it is real, all the better, we hit a home run! I made money on MESP even though there is no real financials out yet. We can all do the same here.

this seems like it just might happen but i think this is gonna take along time to get moving. i own 500,000 shares and i cant wait for it to get going. i just recently got into cnes now this is a stock that will be worth you time and $$$ to look into this stock is gonna be huge. not trying to sound like im pumping because this stock doesnt need to be pumped i just want to let everyone no that this is gonna be a good one.
