The following numbers were inherited by the new group who took over HEE and it has been an eye opener to all of us. But there it is and now that we know what we have to work with, we will make it work. People in the office were told, just as any caller was told, different things. But after I came on board, the first item on my list was to get to the bottom of it and resolve this question. And now I have.

with the share count now in the open, it's was a surprise. however, dr. becker came very clear with the mlon and wallstreet - it will gain back the confidence. i wish, that the new pr didnt state the future pps in march but let the market dictates it. monday opening, imh, might go either way, depends on how the new investors look at it as hccf is very much on the watch. too much information to weigh during sat and sun. i am very impressed with dr becker actually. by the way, it was a nice close. i thought it would go close red .013...nice.

I am very hopeful for this cure/treatment and for the stock price.
While this is a new and relatively unproven treatment, the promise of this revolutionary product cannot be ignored. If successful this could be the biggest advancement in medicine in the last 100 years. While homeopathic treatments have not received a huge following in the Untied States they have large followings in the rest of the world. The testing is continuing and the results so positive. If they continue to be successful, HEE Corporation could change the course of medical history.

Great Half-time Show, at least it was entertaining. Maybe third will be better. Anyways found this over at HSM.
Hello Pucksters, well Im going to drop hockey today because of the Superbowl.
Update on the website, boss working Sundays, I like that . Also something of note, Pinksheets have added HCCF to thier real-time and Level II list, I like this as well . One more thing I really like is that ASK PRICE of .80 .
Although testing is complete at this stage, continued testing will always be a continuous part of our ongoing development of HPB-84 and any other products we bring to market.
Let me take a moment and talk about testing, because, like you, I have seen PR, which was coming out, prior to my joining the company.
When the company purchased the worldwide rights to HPB-84, it was a proven and tested application, which had been in constant use for over 200 years in India. Over the past 10 years, it had become an item, which was dispensed to people with Type II Diabetes. The testing which HEE Corp did on the product was more of enhancing the product with two additional ingredients as well as making the product more saleable for the North American consumer.
In the original formula and treatment, it was a powder, now it is a pleasant tasting tablet. It was the "testing" or enhancing, as I call it, of this conversion to a pleasant tasting table which HEE had been conducting.
Just like many of you, I had thought that testing meant otherwise, but previous management did not do a good job on clarification or transparency. Two items we are now working hard on. As promised, I am working to bring everything out to the open and into terms, which we can, all understand.
The end result is this; we have a wonderful product that has been around in India for over 200 years, added enhancements to the powder which has been in use for 10 years and has completed the current formula to our own high standards which is now ready for distribution into the marketplace. Those people who are taking HPB-84 presently, report that they are living a much better lifestyle, can eat as they please (although a good and proper diet is recommended), have lost weight and have reduced their fasting blood glucose level.
The best news for all shareholders and employees at HEE is the fact that we can now move into the stage of distribution which translates into an in-flow of money to us. This is a major step in the right direction for us and I applaud all, employees, shareholders and friends of HEE, for their support and long sightedness. You gave us the opportunity to bring this wonderful product to fruition and now we will all begin to reap the rewards.

HEE Corp. to Roll out HPB-84, a Nutraceutical Shown to Be Safe and Effective Wednesday February 9, 4:59 pm ET
HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2005--HEE Corporation, Inc. (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets), the international manufacturer of HPB-84, a new nutraceutical that was developed in India is shown to be safe and effective. ADVERTISEMENT
The version of HPB-84, purchased by HEE, was originally developed by Indian scientists to help address some of the multiple factors of Type II Diabetes. Before that, the original formula had been in use for over 200 years in India. The current formula has been successfully administered in India for ten years. After HEE Corp purchased the rights to the product, they added enhancements to it and created the version of HPB-84 which is now becoming available for administration.
The effectiveness has been startling, not only for the symptoms of Type II Diabetes, but it has the added benefit of dramatically reducing weight. Patients taking the tablets find they can live a normal life, eating what they want and yet keeping themselves on normal glucose level while taking HPB-84, which HEE Corp has the exclusive world-wide rights.
For those taking medications, the product caused no adverse interaction with medication and resulted in improvements in their well being and lifestyles.
"After reviewing all data and asking all the questions at hand, I am confident that the full distribution roll out of our signature product, HPB-84, should begin at once," commented Herbert Becker, HEE Corp CEO and Chairman of the board. He went on to say, "We have identified a main distribution source which will assure us of a secure and qualified route for HPB-84."

TQN, pulled this one off of HSM, very interesting find here! -------------------------------------------------
I could be grasping at hockey sticks here, but I wonder if HEE could of signed on with AmerisourceBergen. They are opening a facilty up in 2005 and it is located in Kansas (where Hee is located) You never know, this could be huge. AmerisourseBergen has its own separate division relating to diabetes.
