I don't know who mentioned this stock on this board., I don't even see the post anywhere, but thank you. This looks like it has potential that makes tv networks and diamond mines pale in comparison. Outstanding shares are 77,500,000. Went up 27% today. Mgmt is buying back stock just so the shorters can't reach it.IMO sounds good.

A Patient Response to HPB-84 and the HEE Wellness Centers

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2005--HEE Corporation announced today they are encouraged by the positive response of patients to the HEE Wellness Center in Wichita, KS. The Investor Relations Department of the company confirmed that communications received from new patients regarding their experience with the HEE Wellness Center are highly positive. He said, the patient told him that his blood glucose levels are trending downward and that he is very pleased with the results. He is so pleased with preliminary results from taking HPB-84 that he purchased a considerable amount of stock in HEE Corporation just yesterday. The patient went on to talk about the positive experience he has had thus far with the HEE Wellness Center. He stated, "I have learned more about my health in 2 visits to the HEE Wellness Center than I have in 6 years with my current physician." Mr. Brooks stated "These are precisely the results we want to achieve, it further validates our commitment to preventive care and Wellness."

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 2004--HEE Corporation (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce their proprietary product; HPB-84 will be the subject of a double blinded placebo controlled clinical trial at a major university. I want to put out there information on two crooks operating out there in the financial services arena, Mario Pino & Nico Botha. Although I don't have any detailed information on Nico Botha due to his residence outside of this country, I do have information on Mario Pino. I stumbled across a story about him and was amazed to see him actually being put out there as a legitimate enitity now.

I met Mario Pino back in 1997 and he said he could assist me in finding funding I was looking for for an overseas project. He connected me with a man in Australia by the name of Nicolaas Johannes Botha. To make a long story short, Nico, masquerading as an international financier, was in business solely to steal large amounts of money from unsuspecting and unsophisticated persons such as myself, at that time. Mario was one of his conduits for bringing sheep to the fox. Nico was arrested by the Queensland Police Service in late 1997 and spent approx. 2.5 years behind bars and then was extradited to his home country of S. Africa. I lost $320,000 and a person I met during the court proceedings lost just under $100,000. The Qld Police flew me, and two others, out twice to testify against Nico

It was estimated that in the years Nico had been doing this, he amassed over $10 million dollars. Percentages were paid out to people like Mario for their assistance in the con. For some info on Nico that I found on the net

Now this is where things get interesting. I stumbled across Mario's name while doing some research recently and was amazed to discover that he was now trying to make a name for himself in legitimate business circles, at least so I thought. To see this guy that set me up for the kill, and who I went to the FBI on with no result, now representing himself as a legitimate financial player really ticked me off.

I studied his Mellon Research Website and also the Wall Street Securities website and laughed at the fact that they are identical.

I have come to the following conclusions:

1. Mario is still in relations with Nico Botha. The financial forms used in previously linked website are almost identical to the ones used when I was dealing with Nico.

2. Mario is trying to look legitimate while still doing devious and unethical practices. Why else would he use well known names such as Mellon Research or Wall Street Securities...to give folks a false sense of security. I truly believe as well that the vast majority of the press releases he sends out are manufactured to keep folks on the hook.

Do not do business with this man or you will get burned!

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2005--The Hee Corporation, Inc. ("HEE") (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets) today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously voted to appoint Herbert Becker, as the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.

Mr. Becker's appointment followed Radley Brook's move to President from his interim job as both Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Brook's had stepped in when Sandy Winick left the company on December 2nd, 2004.

HEE's goal is to be the premier provider of a new and extremely promising nutraceutical treatment for Type II Diabetes. HEE has acquired the worldwide distribution rights for this diabetic treatment. In the United States alone, 18.2 million people have diabetes and, unfortunately, 5.2 million (nearly one-third of that total) are not yet aware that they have it! Diabetes is the fifth leading cause of death by disease in the US. Now a modern-day epidemic, some 171,000,000 people around the globe are estimated to have diabetes (mostly Type II) and the costs of treatment and productivity losses now run into the hundreds of billions of dollars worldwide. Early indications from the Company's current phase of treatment and testing have been extremely positive, holding out great promise that an effective alternative treatment for Type II diabetes may be in sight.

"We are pleased that Herbert Becker will share his knowledge and experience as our Interim Chairman and CEO, and will lead HEE through this period of change. As a director of the advisory board, Herbert is already familiar with HEE's business and has an appreciation of our Company's strengths and its dedicated employees. His appointment provides leadership and stability, while the management team and Board work to implement a comprehensive operations improvement program that will better position the Company for growth."

Radley Brooks, a HEE director, President and member of the Board's Executive Committee, said, "Herbert comes to HEE with a wealth of operating expertise earned over the past 25 years. His experience managing change initiatives at many public and private corporations gives him immediate insight into the operational improvements we need to make at HEE. He has a solid track record of helping companies successfully take advantage of new opportunities while addressing current challenges. We firmly believe that under Herbert's leadership and the Board's continued guidance, we will accelerate our progress and be more consistent in meeting the expectations of both our shareholders and our customers."

Mr. Becker said, "I am honored that the Board has selected me to lead HEE on an interim basis, and I am excited about HEE's significant strengths and future potential. Working with the HEE team, I am committed to instilling a renewed focus on operational excellence and superior customer service throughout the Company in order to stimulate growth and deliver value to our shareholders."

"We understand the challenges that lay ahead, and we are committed to successfully addressing them. To do this, in what we all recognize is a very competitive environment, we need superb execution across our operations and to offer a compelling value proposition," continued Mr. Becker. "There's significant value embedded in HEE that can be - and will be - used for future growth and for the benefit of our customers and shareholders."

Mr. Becker has been a director of HEE's Advisory Board since 2004. He has served in various senior management and executive positions over the past 30 years.

Here ya go....

Read this description here: http://www.prweb.com/releases/?00000034220

Now, check out this site: http://www.entervision.com/

The whois database shows Herbert is still the POC for this domain. Entervision was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Sector Communications, Inc. which morphed to Options Talent Group then morphed to Trans Continental Entertainment Group Inc (Pinks: TCTE). As shown in the second link of my previous post, they parted ways in Jan 2002. Herbert though was still interested in taking Entervision public. Miracle Entertainment Inc (Greys: MEMI) supposedly expressed an interest in aquiring them in 2002 but thought they were too expensive. http://emailwire.com/news/tel2655.shtml.

It's a bit weird Herbert suddenly takes over as "Interim" CEO and Chairman of the BoD for HCCF, a company he doesn't appear to have a background in, but just happens to have a techology which Mario could use for his Club XStream project. Wanna bet either HCCF morphs and/or Entervision/Zevision spins off from it?

Update today on thier website...

A Note from the Chairman
January 30, 2005
Whew! After a short delay, I am getting to the FAQ. A lot of information has been out-of-date for some time, so I felt I had to at least get us back in place. This page will be changing on a daily basis, today's note is simply to let you know that I have begun the task.

I have been on the job for about a week and a half. During this time I have done a great deal of listening, learning and investigation. In the end, I have some answers to many questions. Insight to our short and long term plans and an agenda to get us where we want to be.

I want to thank all of those who have come to visit, emailed and called me. It is for this reason that I have created this FAQ. I assume that you want to have your CEO and Chairman busy running the company and not tied up with emails and phone calls, correct? With this FAQ, I can begin the process of keeping you all informed as well as answering those questions you need answers to. The advisory board, which will be made up of shareholders, will continue to have direct access to me in order to keep me on my toes and to keep me in touch with the hopes and desires of all shareholders.

This FAQ is and will be a work in progress. As news comes along, I will post it here. As things progress, change or need to be recreated, you will read about it here.

Together, we will make a difference at the HEE Corporation.

So, I bid the FAQ good bye. Thanks to all of you in the past who have contributed ideas, feedback, questions, and complaints. You all made a difference.

And thanks for stopping by!

1. INTRODUCTION
The HEE Corporation was founded for the purpose of marketing a new and extremely promising treatment for Type II Diabetes. HEE has acquired the worldwide distribution rights for this nutraceutical used as a part of an overall treatment protocol for diabetic patients. Just in the United States Type II Diabetes has reached epidemic levels with 18.2 million confirmed cases and an estimated 5 million cases that go undiagnosed. Hundreds of billions of dollars worldwide is spent each year on the treatment of this disease.

Let me be clear about this, we are not and should never call what we have a cure. It is not a cure. We have a nutraceutical which, from what I have seen, works well and better than anything else in the marketplace. It has been tested and it has shown wonderful results.

1.1 What is a Treatment?

According to Webster, the word treatment ia a noun. 1 a : the act or manner or an instance of treating someone or something : HANDLING, USAGE b : the techniques or actions customarily applied in a specified situation 2 a : a substance or technique used in treating b : an experimental condition.
Within this context, we have a nutraceutical which when used as part of an overall treatment protocol for Type II Diabetes which has demonstrated very positive reults.

1.2 Is Sandy Winick still with the company?

Mr. Winick resigned on December 2, 2004. He is not an executive, a board member or an advisor of the HEE Corporation at this time. I have no plans at this point to invite him onto any board, committee or to ask him to become a member of the executive.

1.3 Mario Pino and Mellon
Prior to my joining the company in my current capacity, there was a finance agreement whereby HEE Corporation sold stock to a group which worked through and with Mario Pino and the Mellon company. The transaction was completed when HEE gave stock in exchange for $200,000.00 from that group. HEE has no other obligations owing to this group under this or any other agreement. There is no other on going relationship between the signers of the agreement, Mr. Pino or the Mellon company. I am not working on or contemplating any relationships with anyone involved with the agreement at this time. I do not know Mr. Pino, his company or anyone related to this agreement other than those who still work for the HEE Corporation.

1.4 Where Can I Get More Information?

I strongly suggest that all information come from the official HEE Corporation site or from such sites as Yahoo Finance or the Nasdaq site. Sites such as Raging Bull are open to anyone who wants to comment on our company via the public bulletin boards. I further suggest that you do not base your due diligence or fact gathering from such public boards.

1.5 Ron Brooks?

Mr. Brooks is the largest single shareholder of the HEE Corporation. He is the father of Radley Brooks, our president. Mr. Ron Brooks is not an executive or board member of the corporation. He does not get paid a fee or a salary by the HEE Corporation. He is a diabetic and has been using our nutraceutical for a long period of time. He is doing very well and is thrilled with his results.

1.6 Trains, planes and automobiles?

The HEE Corporation does not now, nor has it ever owned a jet or any other sort of plane or helicopter. Although it would be nice to have such tools, we are simply too small a company at this point to own such items.

1.7 Stock?

Very few things amaze me these days, but this one did. HEE Corporation has never sold a single share of its own stock. We did give some stock away and have traded stock for services, but other than the agreement it recently made with Mr. Pino and Mellon, it has never sold stock in the marketplace. Each day, people trade our stock, in some cases, millions of shares a day. We do not benefit from any of these trades, nor does the major shareholder, Mr. Ron Brooks, since he has not sold any of his stock in our company.

All stock currently being traded is stock which was given out by the former management, I do not have plans to continue this sort of arrangement and if I were to trade stock for services, you will learn about it here.

1.8 Market Makers?

The company currently does not employ or have working for them any market maker companies or individuals. As mentioned above, the stock had been given of traded away by the previous management. Can some of these people be trading the stock around? I do not know.

1.9 Shareholders as advisors?

The idea behind the shareholder advisory board, is just that, a forum for HEE management to be able to hear and learn from our shareholders. With this company you have a voice. If you have one share or one million shares, what you have to say is important to us. Now don't get me wrong, I am making no promise of taking each idea and trying it out, but I do assure you that I will review each idea and if it has merit within the framework of my road map, then I will put it to use.

The members of this group will not be paid and will not have any special privileges, but they will have a direct line to me for making suggestions, voicing concerns or making complaints.

2.0 Board Members?

At this moment, there is no longer a board or any members thereof. I am the Chairman of the Board and I am currently looking to invite those people who will be able to assist me running this company. I also expect Radley Brooks, our president, to accept a chair on the board.

I am not taking submissions for the board so please do not send me your resume.

HCCF Newsletter Update!

2.1 Business Plan

Am I listening? Yes. Can I get to your questions each day? I will try my best.

Before my arrival here at HEE, there was the outline of a very good plan, but not a business plan which is typically packaged with financial statements and a clear process. I have begun the task of creating a clear "road map" which I believe will take us from where we are today to where we want to be. As an outline and by far not the complete map, we will be taking the company in the following directions:

1. Begin to market our product; it is now ready to go.
2. Licence centers to sell our product.
3. Franchise the HEE Wellness Centers
4. Add further products which can be sold through our website.

I am also looking at two companies to purchase and add as wholly owned operations of the HEE Corporation. One is a technology company which can host, transfer and share documents and x-rays, the other is still too early to speak of.

As they say, nothing is in stone yet, but now you are closer to where we are going. Of course, official PR will highlight all as soon as we can get them out. But as you should know, we only put out honest and true PR and then only when we have something of importance to say.

Believe me when I say that we are all working very hard to get this company to where it needs to be. I am only part of a team and as the leader of that team, I want to see us all succeed. We will shortly have all our "ducks" in a row and when we do, there will be no end in sight.

Finally, after another tiring day, I am glad to be able to have you come to our site and read through the FAQ, it is a lot like a fireside chat among my friends and family. Thank you for stopping by and thank you all for your support.

The Hee Corporation (OTCPK:HCCF) is a publicly traded company that was founded for the purpose of providing a corporate vehicle for a new and extremely promising treatment for Type II Diabetes. This treatment was developed in South West Asia and is in the process of being approved for testing at a major research University in the United States. The treatment has been conducted on small sample groups in the Middle East and those treatments have purportedly been successful. Upon the highly successful results of these small samples HEE has acquired the worldwide distribution rights for this diabetic treatment. Type II Diabetes has reached epidemic levels in The United States with 18.2 million confirmed cases and an estimated 5 million cases that are undiagnosed. Hundreds of billions of dollars are spent each year on the treatment of this disease. Type II diabetes is the cause of many other ailments including heart disease, renal failure, blindness, skin problems and even loss of limbs. While there are treatments available for Diabetes they are often focused on treating the symptoms and not on eradicating the actual disease. While this is a new and relatively unproven treatment, the promise of this revolutionary product cannot be ignored. If successful this could be the biggest advancement in medicine in the last 100 years. While homeopathic treatments have not received a huge following in the Untied States they have large followings in the rest of the world. The testing is beginning and the results will be known shortly. If successful, HEE Corporation could change the course of medical history.

2.3 Authorized and Outstanding shares

AS OF: MONDAY JANUARY 24, 2005

The following numbers were inherited by the new group who took over HEE and it has been an eye opener to all of us. But there it is and now that we know what we have to work with, we will make it work. People in the office were told, just as any caller was told, different things. But after I came on board, the first item on my list was to get to the bottom of it and resolve this question. And now I have.

Total shares authorized is 1,000,000,000
Total shares in treasury 395,314,927
Total shares in the market place and free trading 457,855,740
Restricted shares held by Sandy Winick 30,000,000
The balance is held by employees and our founder and is neither restricted nor is it being traded
As of Feb. 4, 2005, the Corporation has not sold any shares other than what has already been discussed within this FAQ

monday opening, imh, might go either way, depends on how the new investors look at it as hccf is very much on the watch. too much information to weigh during sat and sun.
i am very impressed with dr becker actually. by the way, it was a nice close. i thought it would go close red .013...nice.

From FAQ - Testing

Although testing is complete at this stage, continued testing will always be a continuous part of our ongoing development of HPB-84 and any other products we bring to market.

Let me take a moment and talk about testing, because, like you, I have seen PR, which was coming out, prior to my joining the company.

When the company purchased the worldwide rights to HPB-84, it was a proven and tested application, which had been in constant use for over 200 years in India. Over the past 10 years, it had become an item, which was dispensed to people with Type II Diabetes. The testing which HEE Corp did on the product was more of enhancing the product with two additional ingredients as well as making the product more saleable for the North American consumer.

In the original formula and treatment, it was a powder, now it is a pleasant tasting tablet. It was the "testing" or enhancing, as I call it, of this conversion to a pleasant tasting table which HEE had been conducting.

Just like many of you, I had thought that testing meant otherwise, but previous management did not do a good job on clarification or transparency. Two items we are now working hard on. As promised, I am working to bring everything out to the open and into terms, which we can, all understand.

The end result is this; we have a wonderful product that has been around in India for over 200 years, added enhancements to the powder which has been in use for 10 years and has completed the current formula to our own high standards which is now ready for distribution into the marketplace. Those people who are taking HPB-84 presently, report that they are living a much better lifestyle, can eat as they please (although a good and proper diet is recommended), have lost weight and have reduced their fasting blood glucose level.

The best news for all shareholders and employees at HEE is the fact that we can now move into the stage of distribution which translates into an in-flow of money to us. This is a major step in the right direction for us and I applaud all, employees, shareholders and friends of HEE, for their support and long sightedness. You gave us the opportunity to bring this wonderful product to fruition and now we will all begin to reap the rewards.

HEE Corp. to Roll out HPB-84, a Nutraceutical Shown to Be Safe and Effective
Wednesday February 9, 4:59 pm ET

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2005--HEE Corporation, Inc. (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets), the international manufacturer of HPB-84, a new nutraceutical that was developed in India is shown to be safe and effective.

The version of HPB-84, purchased by HEE, was originally developed by Indian scientists to help address some of the multiple factors of Type II Diabetes. Before that, the original formula had been in use for over 200 years in India. The current formula has been successfully administered in India for ten years. After HEE Corp purchased the rights to the product, they added enhancements to it and created the version of HPB-84 which is now becoming available for administration.

The effectiveness has been startling, not only for the symptoms of Type II Diabetes, but it has the added benefit of dramatically reducing weight. Patients taking the tablets find they can live a normal life, eating what they want and yet keeping themselves on normal glucose level while taking HPB-84, which HEE Corp has the exclusive world-wide rights.

For those taking medications, the product caused no adverse interaction with medication and resulted in improvements in their well being and lifestyles.

"After reviewing all data and asking all the questions at hand, I am confident that the full distribution roll out of our signature product, HPB-84, should begin at once," commented Herbert Becker, HEE Corp CEO and Chairman of the board. He went on to say, "We have identified a main distribution source which will assure us of a secure and qualified route for HPB-84."

TQN, pulled this one off of HSM, very interesting find here!
-------------------------------------------------

I could be grasping at hockey sticks here, but I wonder if HEE could of signed on with AmerisourceBergen. They are opening a facilty up in 2005 and it is located in Kansas (where Hee is located)
You never know, this could be huge.
AmerisourseBergen has its own separate division relating to diabetes.

start your porfolio in yahoo finance so once the news is released you will know. besides, the posters usually post the news on the stock thread as well so you can check in from time to time. register to a few boards to get more opinions and dd. most important, knowing the posters make the difference. good luck trading in the pinkie land cuz it's a dangerous place.

Todays Update!!!

3.0 General Update Feb. 17, 2005

Shareholders,

The last couple of days have been a flurry of happenings. Completing the 2-11 kept both our president Radley and our legal eagle Wayne, very busy. And left me feeling like an expectant father. Although I had nothing to do with all the fact gathering and form filling, I was there to push them along and I remained there until I saw it posted on PinkSheets.

As mentioned above, I have sent an email letter to all those who expressed an interest in the Advisory Board, they have a few days to respond and in the end we will both have a five person board.

Truth and lies has been filling my email basket. People write that it is a shame that those before me told what so many call, blatant lies, if that was the case, I agree. But in the end, it was simply poor communications and a great deal of misinformation. I am not trying to say they weren’t wrong, they were. No such thing as a white lie or talking in gray area. For me, it is either true or it is not, no middle ground.

All my staff has embraced this way of thinking, especially Darci Brooks, who constantly answers the IR phone and email machine. But we are all human, and sometimes we make mistakes and if you feel you have had misinformation since I came on board, please, let me know. I will investigate and get to the source of the information making sure it does not happen again.

Those of you who have been in touch with me since my start are aware of the fact that I was going to make it my responsibility to clean house, good or bad, I was going to report it and correct it. I have continued to do so.

Today, some of you have asked me to spin a good PR in order to put a good turn to our stock, to them I say, NO WAY. We have plenty to be happy for here at HEE Corp. most importantly, we have a product, which works. All those who are taking it and have spoken to me are amazed with the results and that my friend is what this company is all about.

The marketing machine will crank up soon, not because of you or me and not because of PR spins, it will because we have a wonderful product and each person who takes it sings our praises. Right now, PRN together with our own Dr. Lawton have a nine person pilot project in the works (one more to be added). Each of these people, I am sure, will be satisfied and the word continues to get out.

Like I said originally, we are all in this for the long haul, both the product and us. We have, what I believe, is the most wonderful product for Diabetes and as more people hear about it, the word will spread.

Another concern is about people calling the Wellness Center and PRN asking IR questions, please do not do this. Doctors, nurses and medical professionals man the Wellness Center; they are not there for answering your IR questions. For IR, please contact Darci.

Finally, as I complete my first month with HEE, I remain committed to its success and firm in my belief that we have a real winner here.

All the best,

Herbert L. Becker

Looks like we have caught the eye of BLUE CROSS THIS COULD BE HUGE NEWS FOR HEE

Herbert Becker and Debi George appeared today in Christian Trader's Paltalk chatroom and was piped into at least three other chatrooms. Total listening audience was probably around 1,000 people. The session was recorded by CT. There was a lot of technical problems for him hearing and being heard. Not sure if/when it will be made available online for others.

George appeared first and talked very briefly. She struck me as being a straightforward kind of person. She said she has made it her responsibility to help clean house and ensure investors get truthful info. If anyone feels they're releasing wrong info to please contact her. They aren't going to send out fluffy PRs anymore. The marketing machine though will crank up soon for the product's rollout.

Becker was on for about an hour and spent the entire time responding to questions. He sounded very business-like and sincere not a hype-head like so many pennystock CEOs are. He made it very clear his priority is not on the stock itself but on growing and making the company successful.

Here are just some tidbits from it:

HPB-84's ingredients are:
-- Bitter Gourd (Momordica Charantia) (seed)
-- Naga Jihwa (Enicostemma Littorale) (ariel part)
-- Cinnamon (Cinnamonum Zeylandicum) (bark)
-- Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum Graecum) (seed)
-- Bengal quince (Aegle marmelos) (leaves)
-- Gurmar (Gymnema Sylvestre) (leaves)

The product is produced in India and packaged/distributed in the USA. Right now, it will only be sold through a medical doctor who will provide supervision over the entire 12-week program. He expects the average treatment to cost about $10,000 per individual. They are currently talking w/ insurance carriers to see if they will cover this. Blue Cross/Blue Shield has expressed an interest in doing so.

In Jan, they opened their first wellness center. This one is owned by the founder, Ron Brooks. These are actually full-service clinics. If a customer is interested in the HPB program, then he's referred over to it. They currently have only one doctor, Dr Tim Lawton. He's a GP who has leaned mostly towards homeopathic treatments during his medical practice. So, they feel he's a good fit. They hope to start franchising later this month or March.

45M o/s: Within a week of taking over, Becker saw the o/s total given out repeatedly to investors was inaccurate and had an audit conducted to determine the correct amount. He does not plan to reduce the o/s. His first thought was to do a 1-50 r/s but realized shareholders wouldn't like it.

share buyback: He doesn't think it's a good idea to spend their money doing this right now.

treasury stock: He prefers to retire this stock but may very well need it instead to fund operations. He repeated a few times that his priority is not on the stock but in getting the company to make money.

NSS: He says they continue to combat naked shorting the best they can. The stock has stabilized and climbed since appearing on the SHO list.

PR released at 8:34 P.M., and does it have substance, we are going up.
I love this line, "Wellness Centers of America will be the largest distributor as they franchise their company worldwide, and practitioners have already requested licenses to begin administering HPB-84".

Post #of 1100

Today I went by the PRN office in Wichita and found out some more info.

PRN stands for Professional Research Network in Kansas. I picked up a flyer and it has this website....www.Type2DiabetesTrials.com....from going to that site I found out they are connected with Veritas Medicine, that does numerous clinical trials.

I spend about 30 minutes talking to a lady named Kim, who works for PRN. This is what I got from her.

PRN started with Hee Corp doing the clinical trials for HPB-84 and decided to become a wellness center for them.

12 week program:
This to help with education and monitoring the patient with diabetes. Teaching one about the disease ...diet...exercise...life style...and everything else that involves diabetes. As I posted earlier I have learned "everything and anything" affects diabetes. After that patients are to check in periodically for maintenance. I asked about the pill and how often it is taken. Her answer was it depends on the patient and the serverity of their diabetes...if one is taking medication or not....weight...diet...lifestyle...exercise..."everything else"..etc...etc.

From what she told me they are still doing clinical trials. They have only been working with HPB-84 since January and she said there is alot to learn. She seemed very concerned with the disease Diabetes and as she put it, they want to make sure everything is right. I asked her about insurance and she stated she didn't know. I told her my diabetes was being monitored at the VA and asked if I would be able to get it from them. She said only thru Wellness Centers at this time, but they want to be able to let other doctors prescribe it.

MHO......I think right now their main concern is being reliable. As she told me .....she spend 6 years of her life to be a scientist and she does't want to put her career on the line. Even thought this does deal with just "Herbs" I can see her point. Too many "lawyers" out there that love lawsuits. Especially if dealing with a patient that is already on some sort of diabetic or other medication. I know from my own experience of taking some of the herbs in HPB-84 ingredients (listed in an earlier post), they do lower my blood sugar. A couple of time too low and I felt it. (if you are diabetic you'd know what i mean) So i can see why they are being careful.

Well, that is about all I can remember. MHO...I think they have a good thing going. A little high priced....but hey...they're doctors and we set the standards for them a long time ago....LOL But I also think it would definitely be a long-term investment.

FYI...I own no shares at this time.....my interest is medical only.

The two therapists I put in therapy say I am doing just fine now.

HEE Corp to Begin Distribution and Marketing
Friday February 18, 7:14 am ET

HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2005--HEE Corporation, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HCCF), the international manufacturer of HPB-84, a nutraceutical developed in India, is now marketing HPB-84.
HPB-84 has been used in a Type II diabetes setting that has shown only positive results. These results indicate the anticipated growth of the nutraceutical in a market of at least 18.2 million Type II diabetics in the United States alone. After testing and ten years of proven results in India, marketing this product has never been easier.

Distribution of HPB-84 is now available for consumer use through HEE Corp.

Wellness Centers of America will be the largest distributor as they franchise their company worldwide, and practitioners have already requested licenses to begin administering HPB-84.

Wellness Centers of America is a new company. It was formed specifically to franchise wellness centers worldwide and will market and sell HEE Corp.'s HPB-84.

"There has been significant interest in opening up clinics, which will be full service medical operations, run by qualified medical doctors," says HEE Corp. CEO Herbert Becker. "What will make these wellness centers stand out is the fact that they will be able to prescribe our system for Type II Diabetes that includes HPB-84."

HEE Corp. has already begun making licenses available to doctors and clinics. These licenses will enable the practitioners to prescribe the Type II Diabetes treatment that includes HPB-84 to their patients.

"By making the treatment protocol available to doctors and clinics, worldwide, we can quickly bring our product to the people suffering from Type II diabetes," says Herbert Becker.

Those interested in receiving a full twelve-week supply of HPB-84 used in this Type II diabetes setting can purchase it directly through HEE Corp., a HEE licensed doctor or clinic, and soon the franchises of Wellness Centers of America. The patient's doctor or any HEE licensed affiliate can administer the nutraceutical.

"Helping people is our number one mission, and this is the fastest way to get the nutraceutical to the people who need it the most," says Herbert Becker. "We are confident here at HEE Corp. that we have the best product and we are proud."

This is not the only avenues HEE will be using for distribution but this is the starting point.
