It just doesn't make a damn bit of difference what U4 or anyone else writes. That includes me!!! No matter what anybody writes there will come that day that we go over a penny to stay followed by another period of company milestones which will take us over a dime. Remember!!!
Genuine Broadcasting National TV Networks do not trade for less than a dollar a share. As Frank reduces the float & more people recognise what they're holding, it's only a matter of time when this thing goes through a buck.

Frank Olsen: The authorized shares are 50 billion but that’s just there as a number, that doesn’t mean we’re going to go out and issue all of them. That was there for mergers, planned mergers, or acquisitions.

wow, ric almost agreed with the numbers i was given by Q ppl on the phone & i wasn't here to reply....lol. i'm hoping the guy i talked to knew what he was talking about. in my thinking frank may very well follow his history with companies & sell in a few yrs. i don't know if he ever had a public company but the movie channel & radio stations may have been either way from the cc Rene sounded business smart & the value of a company is in part dictated by the a/s & o/s. a company needs a solid income but in a public company it gets broken down to a per share number. if the o/s is high then that number is lower. if frank converts all insider shares to perferred & thus removes them from the common share o/s it does help the bottom line look better. or he can do as he did this time retire as many as he buys back. if he hits the $5 billion value mark in 5 yrs as he said & he can get the total o/s down to say 2.5 billion with 1 billion in the float the bottom line of a quarterly report will look very nice to a potential buyer. a quarterly report saying a .50 per share profit will be inviting. not that anything in the black would look bad but there's a big differance between a .05 & .50 per share profit & the best way to show that is reducing the o/s. if the o/s is 7.5 billion now i'd bet it gets cut in half in the next couple yrs. for us supply & demand equals pps.

Luna would barf U4 back up as a hair ball if she ate him. Wouldn't advise getting her close to him. Other concerns would be fleas and the mange. U4 might be rabid as well

Clyde, all four boys are great...giddy with the Christmas spirit...LOL I think our roof as been vibrating for the last week or so with all of the excitement. The two big guys are having their school parties today...I'm helping with both...should be fun. Hubby gets to come home early and babysit the little ones.
Haven't finished shopping yet...
How are your triplets? More importantly, how are YOU? LOL

Lil, 19 degrees? Lordy, my boys would really freak out about that! This morning they were fussing about having to wear jackets and hats...it was 27 degrees this a.m. Going to get back up to 55 this afternoon which is still too chilly for me. LOL
Yesterday the boys were complaining about having to keep their shoes on in the backyard while playing...ah, the torture of shoes, you know!
Clyde, the undies thing, well, do you have a theme in mind? Strawberry Shortcake, Barbie, or Cinderella? LOL Too funny!
BCON has been really active this a.m. and QBID is holding its own.

We're in Austin...must be colder where you are....have friends in Dallas. Seems like they always have colder winters than us...Fine with me, LOL.

Well I am not one for spreading rumors...but in the last two days I have received some information (phone calls) that is going to put all of the gripes and complaints to rest (for awhile at least). Folks, lets just say Frank is keeping his word. I have no official date, just a date range. I will keep my mouth shut about this, so there is no fingers pointed at me if it doesn't work out like I was told. Rest assured that the info I got came from 2 BIG sources, not hearsay, but we all know how dates are missed. If this tells you anything, I was through buying for the year, I now have 3 buy orders in that I took out of my 401K and in my circle of friends and family we have 10 orders in. I honestly do not know why the volume is so low....I know this news has had to leak to others.
So if you are not in "you better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout......I am telling you why......Frank Olsen is coming to town".
Please only invest what you can afford to lose and don't buy on what I say.....I am just saying this to the people that trust my statements.......which maybe nobody. Good luck to all on whatever your choices may be.
