With the release of this news, I would think the PPS should jump. I tried to signup but you can't bet from California. It looks like pretty well every other state is included. Which is probably a good thing, as I like betting and this had the potential of becoming another vice Maybe someone else from another state could signup and place a small bet to try out the system?
WOO HOO!!

The last three candlesticks formed a Bullish Morning Star Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.

Over the last 5 days, the chart shows a descending triangle formation and rapidly declining volume. My read on that is that it will continue to drop. Only time will tell, I guess.

I hope not, expecting a PR stating that their online betting is up an running, and we all know how PRs screw with charts. Last 3 days are bullish, 5 days are bearish, who knows for sure. Only time will tell, but I am betting it is up from here, maybe a few dips, but generally trending upwards. IMO.

Phoenix Interests' core historical business was "pinhooking," namely acquiring undervalued yearling thoroughbred horses and reselling them as two-year-olds in training or as racing prospects. The company is seeking to expand within the thoroughbred industry beyond pinhooking activities and is also exploring opportunities in gaming, entertainment, and other sectors. Consistent with this expanded focus, in January 2004 Phoenix Interests elected to be regulated as a business development holding company and in March 2004 changed its name to its current name.
