I'm new at investing so let me know if I got this right. The market managers have to make their money, so, on a pink sheet stock where the ask is .0001, you can't buy it. You can get it at .0002. So the market manager can sell you the .0001 stock at .0002, where he makes .0001 from the deal. On the other hand, if you have stock that you want to sell, say it is at .0003, you can't sell it. You can sell it at .0002 to the market manager, where he can turn around and sell it at .0003. Where can I get a job like his.

I wasn't able to buy @ .0001 but managed to get in @.00015 for some (weird but good) sort of reason.

The only price I could get on my 2 buys was .0002. Now holding 4.75 million shares. I still think this is a great price. The stock has taken off to some extent (I think up to .0007 for a high). So with great news it should be back their again. Esp. with their new product coming out in the first quarter of 05. Also love the volume on this stock. From reading their pr's it seems this co. has their act together. We'll see. BB

"I talked to Transfer Agent about a week ago or so, he confirmed that the current O/S is 8 billions. The authorization on the registered form said 10 billion shares. That is less than QBID guys.. and QBID went from .0002 to .033 " (source RB)

FROM THE NEWS LETTER _ JUST A BRIEF OF 5 PAGES
New upcoming products from DimiTel So, what are we going to see in the upcoming year on the DimiTel product listing? Well, let us take a trip in the time machine, and see what the next 12 months have in store for us. DimiTel has always been an avid VoIP Wholesale services provider, and this year we will surely be continuing the company’s product development in that specific area. With the current completion of Version 5 of the DimiTel Wholesale billing and switching system (currently supporting mainly H323), DimiTel will be adding SIP Wholesale capabilities to the billing and switching system. Our aim by the end of Q2 2005 is for DimiTel to provide a standalone H323/SIP switching and billing system, capable of switching over 4000 concurrent calls for a price that can’t be disclosed in this newsletter. Sounds too good to be true? Well, our recent client who had put our switching system to the test was a little shocked when he noticed that our switch and his NexTone do the exact work, only for a fraction of the cost. The ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) market is heating up and lately it appears that everybody wants to be another Vonage. DimiTel hopes to launch its ITSP platforms in several countries by the end of Q3 2005, even before if possible. The DimiTel ITSP platform has already been tested during the past 6 months, and had been proved to be highly stable, extendable and providing quality which is indistinguishable from regular phone lines. By the end of Q4 2005, we believe that SIP Video services will be fully integrated into the services. SIP Video services are currently under heavy inter-operability testing with various SIP Video phones, and results are highly successful. The new DimiSwitch Calling Card standalone platform will be released by the end of Q1 2005, which will enable Calling Card operators to throw away their old bulky platforms and run their services from lean, mean machines. Where a regular Calling Card platform costs today at the $100K price tag and most Calling Card operators are mainly resellers, our Standalone platform will enable anybody to become a Calling Card operator without much effort and most importantly for a reasonable price. The DimiFax server will be coming out shortly enough, enabling existing DimiSwitch owners to add Fax-2-eMail and eMail-2- Fax functionality to their switches, enabling them to offer more services. The DimiFax upgrade deployment is planned for Q2 2005. As you can most probably see, with the introduction of Fax and Video services to the DimiSwitch product family, DimiTel is moving towards the converged-services-gateway concept, which will enable an office to throw away their old PBX system, Fax machines of Fax Server, Video Conferencing Equipment and handle all their Telco related services from a single point. Small offices will be able to enjoy the same level of technology, either as a service from DimiTel or DimiTel partners or if they so wish, to purchase a reduced system to handle a smaller amount of users. No matter what the size of the business, DimiTel will provide the proper solution. It is no secret that DimiTel bases many of its products on Open-Source technologies. We are proud of being partners in the Open-Source revolution, and we strongly believe that Open-Source products will be taking over the VoIP market, the same way as Apache, PHP and MySQL had taken over the WWW market. With projects such as Asterisk (www.asterisk.org), OpenH323 (www.openh323.org) and GnuGK (www.gnugk.org), which are backed by thousands of users and deployments, we believe that saying VoIP, will bring up the names "Asterisk" and "GnuGK" in the same breath of air, as saying "Cisco" or "NexTone". As I said in the intro above, stick around with us, it’s going to be a VERY INTERSTING year for all us.

The bid is still at 0.0001 so you won't be able to sell at 0.0002 unless you are lucky. So either plan on waiting untill good PR to sell at 0.0002 (and kick yourself for having that limit bid, when the PPS jumps to 0.0004) or reduce your sell price to 0.0001 and really hate yourself when QANT takes off in 2005. IMO
