Hi Everybody and a special hello to Warren,
I've read your questions, and I felt that all your questions were in place, and all of them deserve an answer. I will do my best in answering most of your questions, while others I will have to refrain from answering at this time, due to a simple reason, I have no answer.
First of all, the Administrator you asked about is actually the person incharge of updating and handling the website. He is a purely technical person, who is under my team. If you are wondering who I am in the team, well, I'm the Technology Director.
Now, from your questions about our products, I would gather that both yourself and most of our investors, don't really know what we actually do. I'll try to explain in laman's terms, so that everybody has an idea. DimiTel is devoted to develop cost-effective VoIP services and solutions. The VoIP market is split into two main areas: The ITSP (IP Telephony Service Providing) and the VoIP Termination business. DimiTel provides products and solutions for both markets. DimiTel's products can be integrated into existing ITSP setups, or existing VoIP Termination setups. In addition, it is possible to build a complete ITSP setup or VoIP termination setup purely by utilizing DimiTel products.
At this point, you must be saying to yourself: "VoIP? Termination? ITSP? What the hell is this guy talking about? and who actually needs it?". Well, our customers currently range from small calling-card operators to Tier-1 operators who wish to utilize the flexible infrastructure DimiTel offers for VoIP Billing services. If you are located in the US, you are most probably familiar with companies like Vonage. DimiTel can facilitate any ISP, be it a local ISP or a Nation-Wise ISP, with the ability to render services identical to Vonage. Our main advantage is our ability to customize and adapt our products to our client's needs, in turn, giving our customers the best ROI.
Regarding upcoming sales... well, most of them are still confidenatial, and will have to remain as such. All I can say is that we are currently in process of finalizing 2 Tier-1 carrier deals, and 2 Tier-2 carrier deals, More than that, I can't say. If you are asking about time scales, I can't disclose that either.
Regarding public forums about investment, your can try the "****** With Bulls" website (http://www.*******************), which is highly informative to OTC/PK investors such as yourselves.
I will disclose other information, as it becomes public and possible to disclose.
Kind Regards, Nir Simionovich Technology Director Dimi Telecom Ltd.
Sorry for the late reply, was on some business trips. Regarding your question if DimiTel is a real company and not a shell company. Well, DimiTel currently has active installations running in the UK, US, Hong-Kong, Turkey, Israel and several other locations I can't disclose at this point.
DimiTel is currently operating a VoIP switching network of over 30 carriers world wide. We operate as two distinct profit/expense departments. The services department, and the products department. The services department concentrates on rendering services to the VoIP market, based on DimiTel products and solutions. The services department currently manages the VoIP switching and billing services for several carriers world wide. The products department is in charge of promoting and selling DimiTel products and solutions to the Telco market, the Value Added Services market and the pre-paid market. Any system which is sold by products department is maintained and services by DimiTel services department, giving our clients a one-stop-shop solution for thier VoIP needs.
Hope this sheds some more light on what we actually do, if you have more questions regarding our operations, feel free to ask, and I will answer as my constraints enable me.
Kind Regards, Nir Simionovich Technology Director Dimi Telecom Ltd.
-------------------------------------------- However, you do realise that there are things I can't disclose to the public, as they are still highly confidential.
In this high-pace market, where VoIP is starting to take a significant role, companies such as DimiTel sprout out all over the place. I fully understand your concerns, as I've also seen many shell and so-called technology companies sproute here and there, stay on the board for a few months, and then disappear in the same manner they appeared.
I can assure you, that this is not the case, we are here to stay Exclamation Very Happy _________________ Regards, Nir Simionovich Technology Director Dimi Telecom Ltd.

1) http://www.dimitel.com/ 2) Interesting reads... Posts 1324, 1327 & 1441 (on the QANT board). 3) QANT supplies its Calling Card platform to Call International, an international calling card provider that has a network of distributors in the UK, Ireland and Germany. 4) QANT acts as a reseller of Digium's hardware products. 5) QANT supplies its Calling Card platform to Mango communications, an international calling card provider with an extended distribution network in countries such as the UK, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium and Germany. 6) On September 2nd QANT has released Version 4.0 of its VoIP Billing System, which several tier one operators are trialing now to replace their own existing billing systems. 7) QANT is supplying Wholesale Termination, Calling Cards, WEB CallBack and SMS CallBack to Ihlas.Net. All those services will be provided to the Turkish market using DimiTel platform to be installed in the capital Istanbul. 8) On October 11th QANT has secured major extra capacity of VoIP termination to support its growing client base. The new routes will be equivalent to two DS3 worth of capacity, enabling traffic of up to 12,000,000 call minutes a month. 9) QANT has announced Joint Ventures with Cencion Communications, YamaTel P-UK Limited and Mokltel Africa Ltd. 10) And on November 11th they announced the launch of their Commercial VoIP Service in France!! (1Q 2005) 11) November 16: Both ISPs and hotspot providers, who are already working with the DimiTel VoIP platform, will now also be able to connect WiFi enabled phones to their network. (WiFi = the future of mobile telephony!) 12) November 18: Quantech Wins a Project with CK Group!! CK Group is a large U.K. Telco operator that specializes in the termination of U.K. traffic. With over 20 years of experience within the U.K. market, CK Group works with tier one operators worldwide. 13) December 01: Version 5.0 of DimiTel's DimiSwitch solution will now support SIP and IAX/IAX2, allowing Telco operators to switch via the increasingly popular SIP and IAX/IAX2 protocols. The new version will be beneficial to many operators when terminating calls from VoIP adaptors and carrier to carrier VoIP traffic.
SO.....While they are still aggressively expanding their distribution network all over the world (UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Turkey, France,...), you know they are going to get some serious revenue from all contracts they have at this moment. As a result, it is my opinion that QANT is WAY undervalued at .0003-.0004. I strongly believe a strong price appreciation will occur in the coming weeks, based on upcoming contracts and events, product developments and/or a public announcement of actual numbers concerning sales, revenues and income. My target for QANT is .002+ by the end of this year and .01+ by March 2005.
