This is latest and kind of vague.doesnt say when you had to own it.

"Each MLON shareholder will be given a dividend of one share in Wall Street Securities, Inc. (Other OTC:WLSC) for every 100 shares that are held for MLON on 11.15.2004 as previously announced. We have made the appropriate arrangements to facilitate this process."

I dont know I think this is way to easy. I still think the record date was the 10/15 and that he is paying the dividend on 11/15 for the shareholders of record on 10/15.
I might be 100% wrong.

Risk verses Reward???????????
I don't know, I guess you got to ask yourself, how big a risk is $300 or $3,000 bucks.
We might just see another PR in the near future.
In any event I'm feeling pretty good about the risk I took for simply making a decision a couple months ago to hold this thing. Now I too am looking at buying more.

Thats my thinking Whiz. I am planning on scraping a few more bucks together and try and buy more shares. If for no other reason than the dividend. Free shares? I'm in!

Even without the free WLSC shares I have a feeling that we may just get a move up anyway & at these prices I can handle the risk.

Something wierd is going on. Anyone else watching this? We keep fluctuating between .48-.50-2500 and volume keeps going up and down. 2500 in volume, then 7000 in volume, then back down to 2500? Is it just my screener or are other people seeing this too?

You CAN NOT buy this stock today and still get the dividend. Here is a copy of the otcbb report of the dividend: <http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=mlon>
Belive me I made the same mistake with PRRM and the date. The way the date is stated in PR's can be read 2 different ways. But research has proved that the info on otcbb .com is historically more accurate than PR's.
If anyone has info otherwise please email me. I think that this stock would be an excellent buy IF you get the dividend, thus I would buy tons.

We bought into a turd(MLON) and now we are going to get a didvidend in aturd. The ole story reallyhold water..if it smells and actlike it........it probably is! Just my realistic 2 cents. I invest most my cash in real companies so I cannot help myself when it comes to my opinion on these sham of companies. S mil shares worth nothing at the moment.

Well i can see your thinking.In my opinion i am going make some money on this now.Most these penny's are turds.I see the two turds wlsc and club extreme getting me money after dividend.Not gonna hold a ton will hold a million and see.Take money on the rest At this price with div, risk is almost non existent.IMHO Good Luck

The only financial adviser I heard of from Arizona already sold me shares in an investment firm. I doubt very much that he would actually write into a message board to provide me with a tip. But it's comforting to know that a financial guru is watching over us.

Thats usually how it works. It should be in our accounts sometime on the 15th or 16th. You should not have to do anything. Some brokerage firms tend to distribute dividends a little slower than others. I have heard theat E-trade sometimes takes longer.

Check this out on http://www.pinksheets.com/index.jsp the IPO for WLSC is the 8th headline down on the front page. Thats is some pretty good exposure on the official webpage for the pinksheets.

Any one try to sell any mlon @ .0003. It just won`t happen. Have had some out for a few days and no bite. It looks like .0002 0r .0001 is all they will bite at.

I see the POS has finally settled to the bottom. The final share dump is now upon us. Hey whiz remember that floating turd line. Guess its time to drain the pool. All we need now that we are at the bottom is a nice 1 for 500 reverse split.....come on Mario,bring it on!!!

Oh now my streamer shows that wall street has lost 99.98 % of it value also. How does a scam shell company loose vaue when it already worth nothing....go figure. I bet the cops are at Marios door today and the brokers are just liqidating Marios company. On a positive note tax time is around the corner an this loss will help us all if we had gains this year.
