SKIPPY! Thanks for the BIG heads up on this one. You saved a lot of people some money.

The gentleman that I spoke with twice this morning has not called me back. He sounded quite surprised about this proposed split, but told me he would make some phone calls and then call me this afternoon. As of 3:45 my time, he has not called.

Thanks Again, Skippy...and my wonderful WINSUM!!

Pick em...glad to know you managed to get something back.

It appears that the split did occur.

The person I spoke with yesterday (twice) was going to confirm the split, but of course he never phoned back. So I sold my shares yesterday for a $131 loss.

They planned on doing this split on the heels of a pretty good pr yesterday...tsk.tsk. Bad investor relations if you ask me.

I will not buy this one again...nor will I buy TSBI...they did the same thing.

Good luck to you.

tsk tsk is right sunny. Those Bastages could have made the company look a little less of a Bait -N- Switch operation. I tell ya though it'll be back at .001 soon, and then maybe I'll pick a small meal.
Until then!

AuGRID's Distribution Subsidiary Supplies Solution to Sea World

HOUSTON, Oct 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AuGRID Corporation (AGRI) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alysium Corporation, has delivered on an initial order to supply super-high accuracy, Platinum RTDs (Resistive Temperature Devices) to SeaWorld.

On Monday October 11, 2004, Rex Little, Alysium's Division head delivered and assisted on the installation of the first five prototypes of the custom designed and built Platinum RTDs to the San Antonio Park. After testing the devices, Alysium expects to be awarded the contract as an official supplier to SeaWorld in this and other categories. The Custom built RTD device, which will be used all over the park to control the animal's habitat temperature, offers a solution to a problem currently facing park's maintenance crew. In addition, Mr. Little is currently analyzing several other solutions where Alysium's engineering team may be of help to the theme park conglomerate.

SeaWorld/Busch Gardens are part of the Busch Entertainment Group engaging in theme parks representative of a natural habitat for wild life.

In other news, Alysium will be delivering on a custom design hall switch solution for Widner Product Finishing Inc. (www.widnerproducts.com), a Texas-based wood finishing outfit utilizing the latest automated machines to serve a wide variety of customers. Over the years Widner has developed custom finishes, techniques and process now standard in the industry.

"Alysium's custom design hall switch has a life spec of more then 100 million strokes, allowing it to out-last the Italian Made Mechanical Micro switches currently in use, by several hundred million strokes. This redesign will reduce machinery down time and increase productivity," stated Little, Division head for Alysium Corporation.
