E*Trade Canada. Among the two dozen or so online brokerages... $26.99 seems to be average. That is, it allows me to trade any stock in Can or US, fast execution (I think!), good platform with PowerE*Trade, etc... If you find better... in Canada... please let me know! salemm.

Hey Salemm, unfortunatly I can't help you there, I'm in Washington, DC. I use Ameritrade and it's about $10 or so a trade and I thought that was kinda high. I guess I should SHUT UP and count my blessings!

IDGN NEWSAmeritrade InDigiNet Reviews New Chief Operating Officer Candidates PR Newswire - October 07, 2004 09:35
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct 7, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that it is starting the review process and background checks of all qualified candidates for the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer and that the Company will continue to screen all incoming candidates from its national search.
The new Chief Operating Officer (COO) will share with the CEO of the company responsibility for all operational and strategic issues connected with managing the company's business. The COO will be responsible for leading the company through the current time of strategic change and into the new era of expansion and development. The ultimate task of the COO will be to propose, implement and drive a strategy aimed at rapid, sustainable (i.e. supported by organizational strength) growth, which in turn should make the company a leader in the managed communication and website building industries.
"We've received numerous qualified inquiries and submissions for the COO position," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "With the number of qualified candidates wanting to join our exciting firm so high, our shareholders won't have to settle for anyone less than the best. Many of the candidates have been CEO, COO and/or senior marketing executives from startups to Fortune 100 companies. And most of these candidates have either telecommunications and/or Wall Street backgrounds with established credentials on corporate expansion plus capital funding."
Ellis further stated, "Here is an excerpt from one of the qualified candidate's resume: 'Highly accomplished senior technology executive with over 20 years of success with Fortune 100 as well as start-up, high-growth telecommunications organizations. Diverse background includes success in directing 6 transactions that involved acquiring or selling companies, piloting 3 start-up endeavors that were sold to larger telecom companies, steering corporate reorganizations, leading new business development, spearheading a reverse merger, sourcing potential investors, guiding organizations to strong revenue growth, and more.' I think most of our shareholders would agree that this candidate is worth pursuing."
"With Brian Brittain, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, serving as Interim COO of Spencer Communications for us, this offers me the opportunity to focus on finding the right person to fill the COO of InDigiNet position along with concluding acquisitions under negotiation. These are indeed times of change for the Company. More than just a candle of hope that burns bright, we look forward to our new COO lighting a passage to success for all our shareholders," concluded Ellis.

I was trying to get in this at .0045, and for some reason I canceled. I didn't feel right the way it was trading. Don't ask me particulars but I cancelled my order, and watched it tumble. For some reason this thing is reminding me of how GXXL traded between the time it announced it dividend and paid it. Don't know if I will get in or not, if I do it will be at its 52 week low, if/when it falls to that.

IDGN/SCI NEWS Today: Spencer Communications to Provide Telephone Service for Nu Image MedSpa
October 12, 2004 09:35:00 (ET)
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct 12, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (IDGN, Trade), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that Spencer Communications Inc. (SCI), a wholly owned subsidiary, was selected to provide telephone service to Nu Image MedSpa of Las Vegas, Nevada, and will be included as part of the total franchise package.
"First, our Site Doctors won the web design contract which was subsequently rolled out with great success," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "Now, our SCI wins the telephone service contract for the head quarters of Nu Image. More than just a one-two punch and similar to the web design win, as part of our award by Nu Image, we will become part of their franchise package deal. This means if Nu Image does reach their 400 franchisees goal in the next five years, SCI will have 400 new customers from one single source. We are certainly at the right place at the right time, again and again!!"
"The Nu Image head quarter proposal was based on 16 telephones with franchise locations based on 5-7 users per location. Services will include Internet access and a mix of features. The franchisees will get a better deal and as the franchisor, Nu Image will be able to offer a 'turn-key' solution for telephone service, Internet access, and usage free calling between all franchisees and the franchisor. An obvious added benefit is, if you have one owner of multiple franchise locations, that owner will enjoy usage free service between his/her respective locations, and be on the same voice mail and messaging system, no matter where they are geographically located," concluded Ellis.
"This is our first win and it's a big one," stated SCI Interim COO Brian Brittain. "SCI will realize a 25% revenue share on the monthly recurring charges for as long as we are a licensed partner of our integrator. Giving credit where credit is due, we want to give thanks to Danny Lee for having done such a great job building SCI from scratch and also thank him for connecting us with our new integrator friend in San Francisco. This contract was based on a sales idea from our integrator."
