Gapping up nice. HOw high do you SERIOUSLY think this will go this week and Why??

Thanks and Good Luck!!

Posted by Love the Market on :

I just wish all the MMs after NITE would raise their bids or we're gonna have a BIG ugly spread!

Posted by Love the Market on :

Looking good - I just DON'T know how to read this price activity right now. I should just set my GTC to .05 and not look til Thursday!! LOL

Posted by Love the Market on :

These guys (the MMs) are jumping around like a bunch of Mexican Jumping Beans!

Low low volume too - Time to let 'er Run!

Posted by Love the Market on :

I hope that misprint for last sale - .05 - is an omen for us! THIS WEEK!!

Posted by will on :

LtM, you're talking to yourself, man. Relax.

Posted by pick em low on :

It's anyone's guess most OTCBB run a day or 2, not much more than 300-500% max then drop back down.... but SEIH, MDGN all went up 1500-3000% and then back down, but still up over 400% I.E. SEIH still up 588% from it's low

I still say 1c is easy... if it gets past 1c then it's 2-3-4 pretty easy I'd guess BUT we need more volume than this so far

Posted by Love the Market on :

LOL - Hey Bud!

You'd be talking to yourself too if it was the first stock that was going up for you in MONTHS!!! ;-)

I just wish I had gotten in EARLY Friday instead of just before close - but a UVCL - NEOM type run like LAST October sure would be welcome here!

Good Luck!
Steve

Same here same here...goal to make up for the dry summer on this one.

Posted by MxPx on :

I bought 220000 shares this morning @.0052 a .052 would be excellent.

Posted by MxPx on :

It also looks like a little bit of resistence at .006 and .009 so I think if we break through those we will do good.

Posted by BeginnersLuck on :

I put that same order in...damn having to go to class...Never know what happens in and hour and a half. The GTC at .05

Posted by pick em low on :

don't wimp out and sell that's what MM's want.... notice the bid went up as well as the ask coming down.... MM's make money on spreads... their big a$$ spread wasn't working so it's narrowing....just like Friday

Posted by legal1082 on :

Does that mean it should rise again?

Posted by MxPx on :

No MM's are getting my shares playin the games they are playin I think I will just set my sell at .05

Posted by pick em low on :

ya it's mostly tiny 20,000 share blocks...

Posted by Love the Market on :

This is the CRAP. Damn MMs. I want to play it - but not the way they had the spreads earlier.

We're back to pre-market ;-(

Oh well - 4 hours of afternoon trading coming right up! LOL

Posted by pick em low on :

LOL 14 mil shares to get it to .0065 and only 1 mil or less to get it to .0045..... what a "walk down" or at least I hope it is.... I'm surprised they didn't "panic" drop it like on friday .0035 to .0022, then it closed .0045 LOL

Posted by BeginnersLuck on :

So the trading stops...

Posted by pick em low on :

Bite me NITE! I'll buy more then ya putz....

small share walk down crap.... get a real job rather than market scalping....

time to go to a meeting.... back later...don't take all my money.... aw hell..it's going to .01+ anyway... :-Þ

Posted by Love the Market on :

Back in the .003s???? I should've taken a $300 profit early and waited til now to buy back in. UNbelievable......

Posted by BeginnersLuck on :

Looks Like support at .004

Posted by pick em low on :

there we go bid back up .0039 and larger shares going through

hold down the fort.... gotta run

Posted by Love the Market on :

Come on Pickem - rub something for good luck! We're going down 0035 x 004 now

Ewwwwwwwwwwwww - Who would'a thought???

Posted by Love the Market on :

OK - Who's got the Crystal Ball(s)?? LOL

Are we going UP or will we continue to fall??

They shafted us on such low volume. Maybe we'll do a nice reverse like Friday and run til THIS Friday!!!

Enjoy the day!

Posted by MxPx on :

Well it does look like MM's now created resistence at .004

Posted by Love the Market on :

Looks like the floor was pulled out from under us. Those dirty rotten SOB @#%#^)^!#
MMs......

Posted by GHOSTRADER on :

well what do we do now im new to this site and to "trading" in general im in for 2 mill @.0047

Posted by Love the Market on :

This doesn't smell too nice right about now. Geeeez - I go have lunch and come back to .002s????

I KNEW I should have sold at .0058 - .006 this morning. If it went to .01 I would have made $1,000.00 - but Hey - at least I would have MADE $330 at .006. Now I'm down $165 + fees

I just hope they're running it down and shaking the heck out of it - only to get rid of weak hands (And thise who need to change their pants) and then run it up into close again........But now that I own it - I don't expect that will happen....

Good luck - whatever you all do!
Steve

Bid .0028 Ask .0030 I guess we can't win em all. I will hold this stock though for a while and see what happens.

Posted by MxPx on :

Bid and ask rising now

Posted by MxPx on :

Lets just hope we can keep the Bid and Ask tight like they are now bid .0034 ask .0036 last price .0036

Posted by RNINALVNG on :

MxPx_ How do you get oo36, etc.? Is that from level II or do you have some special platform that gives you that breakdown and the sellers' name? All my streamer shows is 003 or 004..

Posted by MxPx on :

I am currently using the Ameritrade streamer it shows the best bid and the best ask prices in realtime it does not round numbers it shows what is happening right at the moment in decimal form like right now it shows the best bid as 0.0033 and the best ask as 0.0038 and the last price that went through as 0.0037

Posted by MxPx on :

Also it does not show the sellers name or anything like that. It just shows the last trade as it happened and it shows the current bid/ask prices as they change.

Posted by RNINALVNG on :

Thanks MxPx. I gather it is level II though, right?

Posted by MxPx on :

Level 2 not really, I mean it does not show the best 15 current bids and the best 15 ask prices it just shows 1 current bid and 1 current ask. I do not consider it level 2 though but its good enough for me

Posted by MxPx on :

In other words though, it does take the best bid and the best ask from level 2 so I guess some might say it could be level 2 without showing a string of bid and ask prices.

Posted by MxPx on :

Well off to work now see you all after Midnight(Eastern Time)

Posted by RNINALVNG on :

Thanks. You think this stock will still take off or just sit flat like it's doing now?
Thanks,
Terry

They're doing everything they can to kickus in the balz and demoralize us! Pig MMs

Posted by legal1082 on :

Yeah, what's up with that? We did so well earlier and we have taken a serious dip! Do you guys think the mm's are trying to shake us loose or are we done?

Posted by pick em low on :

8 mil shares just went buy in various lots... at .0025 some were buys when FANC (a$$hole) was at the ask and some when he was buying hmmmm

I HATE MM's ! ! !

Posted by RNINALVNG on :

Pick em_ What platform do you use that breaks out further decimals and let's you know who's buying and who's selling?

Posted by pick em low on :

those 2 FANC and NITE brought it down all day and now they're bringing it up again... damn manipulators

Posted by legal1082 on :

Sounds like their trying to shake the tree loose

Posted by wannabe_trader on :

bad bad day ... glad i sold @ 48 .. i sold for a lose though since i bought @ 57

Posted by BeginnersLuck on :

All That Volume For That!?

Posted by pick em low on :

I have ameritrade level 2 quotes

Just follow what FANC (fat a$$ nut case!) and NITE do note their asks are now .003 for nite and .004 for FANC (a lot of our stuff can go thru NITE too, but still those clowns got sued for various things)

Posted by legal1082 on :

Seems I am too!!!!! I got in at .003 and still holding

Posted by pick em low on :

Hey ghost, but think of whoever sold you those shares at .0047 they had to kick themselves cause it ended up hitting .0065 and they sold too early :-Þ

I still say 1 - 2 cents on this one... just a feeling

PCOR is another one dropping forever cause of reverse split and crap like that... but I don't trust those clowns so much...that one could go to .0001 and stay there... but could bounce back too like IDGN PCOR has been a bunch of other symbols like PCEL, they keep changing their symbol/business and print shares....

I for one am in it to win it or lose it at this point! What a difference a day may make. I can hope, can't I?

Posted by tigertony on :

I know it's tough, but as it runs have a sell point on the way up for parts of your shares. For example i'm in at 0.0028 I have a sell order in for 1/2 my shares at 0.0045 and 1/4 at 0.0055.The other 1/4 wait and see. When it dips you can buy back in with your profits.Always take profits and get free shares to play IMHO.I look for it to run again tommorrow.Good Luck

There's news out for this, this morning. Read on:
InDigiNet Board Member Brittain to Serve as Interim COO for Spencer

PR Newswire, Tuesday, October 05, 2004 at 08:35

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InDigiNet, Inc.,
(BB:IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for
Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to
announce that Brian Brittain, a member of the Company's Board of Directors,
will also serve as Interim Chief Operating Officer of Spencer Communications
Inc. (SCI) until a permanent COO can be found. The Company has launched a
national search for qualified candidates.

Mr. Brittain is a business owner, management and sales expert with a
proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales strategies and business
operations. He is currently the President of UCG, a marketing company with
65 sales reps making over 7000 calls and producing 500 sales per day. Prior
to that, he was Vice President of Sales for ECP (e-Commerce Processing) with
responsibilities which included recruiting, training, and directing over
140 employees with 100 stations to produce over 600 outbound pre-qualified
appointments daily for their outside sales staff. Mr. Brittain received his
Fire Science degree from Fullerton College and played professional baseball
with the St. Louis Cards.

"This is another good day for IDGN shareholders," stated InDigiNet CEO
Mark Ellis. "Mr. Brittain has contributed significantly to InDigiNet in the
short time he has been with us as an outside independent director, and we
expect he'll be an asset to the SCI team in his role as interim COO. His
diverse professional background lends a high level of experience to his new
position and a broad perspective on the industry as a whole. I believe he has
the right leadership skills to move SCI forward and to enhance the company's
opportunities. Such a distinguished visionary leader can make a big
difference in our future growth."

"This is an important build out phase of SCI. In the coming days and
weeks, as vendors and potential qualified management candidates descend on us
in droves, we'll need all the help we can get. While we want to build SCI
into a leader in the telecommunications service provider industry ASAP, we
want to also do it right. Certainly, anything that's worth doing is worth
doing right. SCI is changing for the better rapidly, as new vendors and
candidates are being interviewed. We are factoring all of their inputs as to
product mix and qualifications in order to make SCI into all that it can be
for our shareholders," concluded Ellis.

"Success in any business start up depends on decisive and correct opening
moves. I'll be working with Mark and his team to establish the definition of
a competitive product and the requirements necessary to reach customers in
select markets. This will provide the infrastructure for SCI as well as a
guide for the subsequent development of the organization," stated Brian
Brittain.

Reached bottom and turning around?
Bid is up... and some ways from bottom of 0022... so it's a start!
salemm.

Posted by pick em low on :

Damn.... must have been a pump & dump.... that FANC loser is still around, so maybe they were not done dumping shares for the S8 yet.... I posted way back on these boards under the IDGN topic when people were talking about it at .0035 I said it would drop and drop till FANC was done selling and off the ask.... which it did... I started buying at .0012 (when it seemed to be bottoming, and I was going to average down if it dropped more)... but it rallied and I didn't get many shares... got most at .0017 FANC was still around during the whole rally, so maybe that was a bad sign?? I won't touch this one again till FANC seems like they are gone....

Watching PCOR and AGRD both crap but could bottom and rally.....

Posted by Love the Market on :

WHY would it tank on that news today? It wasn't bad at all.

Guess we made a big mistake not getting out near .006 - but who knew. SOme made 500% in 2 days!

Posted by Love the Market on :

Wonder if it will get back over .004 -and when???

Posted by pick em low on :

No way! I got lucky again... bought AGRD yesterday at .0011 and news today....woooooooo!

Posted by Love the Market on :

Pickem - By "No Way" - were you answering my question about "Will IDGN get back to .004 again" ? Or something else?

Also - AGRD is a GOOD company that puts out as many as 3 to 4 GREAT PRs a WEEK sometimes, but I've watched it drop from .014 to even below .001 over the past 10-12 months. Go figure. And a POS like UVCL has NO business, put out a PR to that effect last Friday, yet surged to about .0035 yesterday! (Back near .002 today though)

Posted by Love the Market on :

Looks like we got Pumped and now were getting Dumped on. Down to .0021

I'm gonna change my name soon! LOL

Posted by salemm on :

This one getting sh*it on this morning... tried selling at 0028 earlier but didn't get a fill! It dumped right after.

Well I guess we can all say welcome to the wonderful world of trading, I got screwed @.0052 LOL Oh well I guess we can't win em all.

Posted by MxPx on :

Looks like buyers are really coming in now and sellers drying up. Possibly another run? Who knows its possible.

Posted by salemm on :

yes!! Ask now 0030... but still no fill for my exit.
salemm.

Nice.

Hi Salemm - Glad you made a little money bud! Another 50 trades where we profit a few hundred and we may be close to even on CDVJ!!! LOL

I bought this at .004 just before bell Friday abd SHOULD have taken 50% profit Monday and played it. But people kept saying .01 - .02 and a nickel to .09 - so I put in GTC at .012 and came nome to find it DOWN to .0025! Then with the news yesterday - which I thought was good, it TANKED........it must have the "AC" syndrome! Good News = tank

HAve a good week!

Steve

I don't get this either. I am trying to at least recover my fees coming in and going out.

Posted by salemm on :

From what posters on other boards are saying (and I know that doesn't mean much) this is a very good play with lots of potential.
All the shares from previous S8 have supposedly been exhausted... and they are waiting on more substantial news to take off vertically. In the meantime... I wouldn't be surprised to see this climb slowly, but steadily. Just my op.
salemm.

Posted by Love the Market on :

Hey Salemm!

Can you post the links to some of the other boards? THanks.

Geeez - this is getting like CDVJ - we could have skipped the ENTIRE day and ended up with the same result! (Except the guys who were smart - or LUCKY enough to make 20-50%)! LOL

Take care,
Steve

Posted by legal1082 on :

Yeah Steve, unfortunately I wasn't that lucky/smart. I waited for the pie in the sky and it seems I'm playing with an even kill right now, minus commissions of course

go to rb... and type in IDGE (former ticker of IDGN). Also, on the MBAH board on RB... some seasoned investors that I admire have just bought big in IDGN.

Posted by salemm on :

trying...
Got SCREWED royally! I put in a buy order for 700,000 at 0.0023... I got filled only 25,000 and then the 0021bid-0025ask gap started.
I'm screwed!! $26.99 commission for $50 worth of shares!!
Should of put the AON (all or none) on... but it takes much longer to get filled that way.

That's a huge commission! Who do you trade with?

Posted by Love the Market on :

Legal - Salemm's up in Canada. I have a friend who pays almost $50 through his broker!

Posted by salemm on :

E*Trade Canada.
Among the two dozen or so online brokerages... $26.99 seems to be average. That is, it allows me to trade any stock in Can or US, fast execution (I think!), good platform with PowerE*Trade, etc...
If you find better... in Canada... please let me know!
salemm.

Hey Salemm, unfortunatly I can't help you there, I'm in Washington, DC. I use Ameritrade and it's about $10 or so a trade and I thought that was kinda high. I guess I should SHUT UP and count my blessings!

Posted by salemm on :

HAHAHAHA! $10 is mighty attractive. I wish!
Anyway... that means I gotta get IDGN at 0001 lower that you to make same profits! LOL
Trying to get some this morning... under 0024.

Many of the candidates have been CEO, COO and/or senior marketing executives from startups to Fortune 100 companies. And most of these candidates have either telecommunications and/or Wall Street backgrounds with established credentials on corporate expansion plus capital funding."

Ellis further stated, "Here is an excerpt from one of the qualified candidate's resume: 'Highly accomplished senior technology executive with over 20 years of success with Fortune 100 as well as start-up, high-growth telecommunications organizations. Diverse background includes success in directing 6 transactions that involved acquiring or selling companies, piloting 3 start-up endeavors that were sold to larger telecom companies, steering corporate reorganizations, leading new business development, spearheading a reverse merger, sourcing potential investors, guiding organizations to strong revenue growth, and more.' I think most of our shareholders would agree that this candidate is worth pursuing."

"With Brian Brittain, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, serving as Interim COO of Spencer Communications for us, this offers me the opportunity to focus on finding the right person to fill the COO of InDigiNet position along with concluding acquisitions under negotiation. These are indeed times of change for the Company. More than just a candle of hope that burns bright, we look forward to our new COO lighting a passage to success for all our shareholders," concluded Ellis.

IDGN/SCI NEWS Today: Spencer Communications to Provide Telephone Service for Nu Image MedSpa

October 12, 2004 09:35:00 (ET)

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct 12, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (IDGN, Trade), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that Spencer Communications Inc. (SCI), a wholly owned subsidiary, was selected to provide telephone service to Nu Image MedSpa of Las Vegas, Nevada, and will be included as part of the total franchise package.

"First, our Site Doctors won the web design contract which was subsequently rolled out with great success," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "Now, our SCI wins the telephone service contract for the head quarters of Nu Image. More than just a one-two punch and similar to the web design win, as part of our award by Nu Image, we will become part of their franchise package deal. This means if Nu Image does reach their 400 franchisees goal in the next five years, SCI will have 400 new customers from one single source. We are certainly at the right place at the right time, again and again!!"

"The Nu Image head quarter proposal was based on 16 telephones with franchise locations based on 5-7 users per location. Services will include Internet access and a mix of features. The franchisees will get a better deal and as the franchisor, Nu Image will be able to offer a 'turn-key' solution for telephone service, Internet access, and usage free calling between all franchisees and the franchisor. An obvious added benefit is, if you have one owner of multiple franchise locations, that owner will enjoy usage free service between his/her respective locations, and be on the same voice mail and messaging system, no matter where they are geographically located," concluded Ellis.

"This is our first win and it's a big one," stated SCI Interim COO Brian Brittain. "SCI will realize a 25% revenue share on the monthly recurring charges for as long as we are a licensed partner of our integrator. Giving credit where credit is due, we want to give thanks to Danny Lee for having done such a great job building SCI from scratch and also thank him for connecting us with our new integrator friend in San Francisco. This contract was based on a sales idea from our integrator."

Should have been happy with 50% and started trading it thereafter. Oh well - maybe this time. I don't want to be in this one too long as they could do another RS.

Good luck!

I need a few strokes of good luck like that or LENF just to make back what I gave back this year!

Good Luck all and have a GREAT weekend. I have to be on the road from noon on so I won't know what happened after lunch til tonight! Hope it's a NICE surprise....

NEWS out! (I guess they heard me - LOL)

InDigiNet Sharpens The Site Doctors With Complete Web Re-Design
10/15/04

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct 15, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that The Site Doctors has completely renovated its website to accommodate the audience brought forth by Overture Services, Inc., a Yahoo! company. As previously announced on September 7, 2004, the Company signed a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Agreement with Overture in an unparalleled effort to drive potential customers to InDigiNet immediately.

"There is a basic principle that most companies and their websites goes through evolutionary changes as they make minor adjustments to their target markets. Ours was more of a revolution rather than evolution. Our challenge was to change the website completely due to a switch from a highly comprehensive customized web solution to a simple expandable template offering. The demographics of Overture eyeballs tend to seek a low cost solution in addition to a custom solution. Thus far, our Overture foresight has netted a 5:1 return based on actual contracts and verbal commitments. Take a look at our completely redesigned website at http://www.thesitedoctors.com/ to get a better idea of how we're attracting new customers," stated InDigiNet Division Leader Web Development Victoria Schell.

"Based on the successful 5:1 ROI results of this initial foray into web template design, we plan to pool the resources available on the Internet right now into a full scale offering of templates through The Site Doctors. Additionally, low cost designs have a tendency to attract more clients who are willing to pay for monthly hosting services and thereby increasing our hosting revenues," stated InDigiNet Division Leader Web Hosting Kevin Shalz.

"The test of our fortitude as a web design company was to devise a process that will discover, define, and develop to real requirements of our marketing campaign. Yet, it was much more complicated than that due to our multiple target market focus. We had to take in consideration of the diverse Overture audience, MedSpa franchisees and complex enterprise solution seekers. For the most part, our new website caters to the Overture crowd since both of the other two markets are sold by our sales people rather than through the Internet. This is a very important and distinct use of both human capital and maximization of dollars," concluded InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis.

But no matter who wins, I think they'll have trouble with the NL champ because of the long games and both pitching staffs have to be wasted right about now.

Brittain Provides Roadmap for Spencer Communication

***

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to provide a roadmap and its progress since Brian Brittain has taken reins of its sabsidiary, Spencer Communications Inc. (SCI). "It has been a whirlwind 20 days since I've taken over the reins of SCI and we've enjoyed an early sales success," stated SCI Interim COO Brian Brittain. "Stepping into a well thought-out full blown startup constructed by Mr. Lee and empowered by an army of outside sales agents provided by Mr. Ellis makes my job a little easier but nevertheless, challenging. The squad of vendors banging on our doors to sell their traditional and leading edged products can be overwhelming at times. The wide divide between product lines fitting totally different markets makes it even more difficult since they are all fantastic products in their own right. Although we haven't reached our final analysis yet, we will be adding many product lines with an eye towards our end customers and generating as much revenue as possible for our shareholders." Brittain further stated, "Our VoIP integrator vendor, Xiptel, serves as a great foundation in terms of next generation communication products via their product partners (i.e. Broadsoft, XO Communications, Cisco and others). A glimpse as to products under evaluation and contract negotiations are as follows: A WiFi PDA which interface with wired or wireless security cameras suitable for the SME market; An online service that provide software application usage for the SME market without the customer having to buy the software (i.e. using Words for Windows without buying it or the expense of upgrades); An e-learning service for both distant learning and professional accreditation and; calling cards for both SME and consumer groups. Although these groups of products seem to be both complex and varied, they are all geared towards cross selling to existing customers and requested by our sales agents. One thing I've learned a long time ago is to give customers products they want to buy and products that salespeople can sell." "We will do our best to keep shareholders, sales agents and customers informed by press releases as soon as we've signed agreements. To sum up, our current activities thus can be separated into 3 strands: Acknowledge and celebrate SCI's heritage by embracing Xiptel through VoIP sales; Work towards shortening the product learning curve for our sales agents and; Raising the value of our company through exponential increase in revenue," concluded Brittain. Nu Image MedSpa to Use InDigiNet Calling Cards as Brand Awareness
Monday November 1, 9:35 am ET

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN - News), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that Nu Image MedSpa of Las Vegas, Nevada, will private label InDigiNet's calling cards with their own logo for marketing purposes, employee benefit, and will be included as part of the total franchise package as it spreads around the globe.

"First, our Site Doctors won the web design contract which followed by SCI's (Spencer Communications) win of the telephone service," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "Now, we're able to get their calling card business as well. This means if Nu Image does reach their 400 franchisees goal in the next five years, our calling cards will be distributed from over 400 locations from one single source. We are certainly at the right place at the right time, again, again and again!!!"

Ellis further stated, "According to Money magazine, it costs a bank five times less to cross-sell an existing client than to acquire a new one. And research shows the more products a customer buys from an institution, the less likely that customer is to leave. It is certainly true with our avant-garde Nu Image MedSpa client. We're in the process of duplicating this cross-selling and up-selling success by bringing other products on line to maximize opportunities."

"We've also found that by offering multiple products across category lines, we could leverage expertise from highly specialized vendors. These folks are eager to train our sales force, meet with clients and set up operations to better support their product. This will certainly result in reduce time-to-market, better sales execution and aggregate services. All this using other peoples' resources through collaboration, shared expertise, and leverage will help us to increase revenue and ROI," concluded Ellis.

InDigiNet to Unleash the Power of Reward Programs
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - PRNewswire-FirstCall - Nov. 4
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: IDGN) , a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that the Company is planning to rollout a Reward Program and is currently holding discussions with providers who have enrolled major participants such as Macy's, Target and CompUSA as part of their Reward/Loyalty Programs.

Many retailers see reward/loyalty programs as a valuable marketing vehicle, connecting them more closely to their customers and offering their customers attractive benefits. On average, almost half of the top 10 U.S. retailers across the seven major sectors (i.e. grocery department stores, gas retailers and etc.) have reward programs. And consumers are increasingly joining. Over 50% percent of grocers' and nearly 20 percents of casual apparel retailers' customers participate in programs in the United States.

"We're about to rollout our version of the Reward/Loyalty Program to augment our private label Calling Card Program for further penetration of the consumer market mandated by our shareholders' desire to increase revenue and sales force mandate of more products to cross and up-sell," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "The new program will also enhance brand proposition, secure access to valuable customer data and consolidate customer spending through multiple product offerings. Our potential end-to-end reward/loyalty solutions partner will supply us with applications to fill critical needs such as quick set-up, cost-effectiveness, real-time reporting and, comprehensive data collection and reporting."

Ellis further stated, "The alliance that we're trying to form with our new partner should bring together new Internet and incumbent retailers to offer rich rewards beyond the reach of InDigiNet on its own. This program can be a critical tool for gaining and retaining customers in the face of hard-charging competitors-whether traditional or just a click away. Additionally, we are addressing possible challenges of launching this program with our partner(s) which is central to creating winning programs that may make a significant and sustainable contribution to the bottom line."

"The demands from our shareholders for improved performance has compelled us to expand the boundaries in which we conduct our business, leaving us to explore new opportunities in far-away lands ... that are no longer quite so far away. While the rewards can be rich, the direct linkage of advertising costs to profitable customer behavior also creates a cost-effective promotional tool that maybe exciting for both customers and financial analysts. Behind every business strategy lies the question, 'How can we attract and retain customers?' This is a business where revenue growth is paramount. It is also essential that we come up with and implement effective strategies for the initial acquisition of our long-term customers," concluded Ellis.

InDigiNet to Offer Security Package for Consumer and SME Markets
PR Newswire - November 16, 2004 09:35

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov 16, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that it is working with multiple vendor partners on the roll out of a comprehensive home and business security monitoring package which will utilize traditional and Web based technologies.

"Part of our October 25th PR (2004) talked about the exploration of WiFi PDA and its usage for security purposes," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "The scope of this category has since expanded beyond Spencer Communications and the SME marketplace. We are now talking with vendors who will carry us into the consumer, SOHO (Small Office Home Office) and SME marketplaces. Through these potential partners, we will offer monthly monitoring service which will include full remote gateway access to video stream 24/7 from remote locations or cellular phone; 24 hours of archived video storage and playback; ability to send unlimited digital snapshot e-mails from viewer(s) and; technical support."

Ellis further stated, "The first documented use of a Web cam was a tiny black-and-white camera trained on a coffee pot in the Cambridge University computer science department in 1991, rigged up by caffeine-starved programmers tired of traipsing across the hall only to find the pot empty. Today, Web cams are trained on everything from baby cribs to NASA and everything in between. And with the arrival of WiFi, remote video surveillance over the Internet gives parents and big business alike the ability to be in more than one place at one time."

"The time has come for InDigiNet to step up to the plate of providing peace of mind. No matter if you're a parent who wants to check on the kids or a business owner checking on your valuable enterprise, we will be there. From traditional CCTV to the latest WiFi Internet camera and from full server systems to PDA or cell phones, we're making sure the right potential partner will be there for our customers. Look for future press releases on this subject matter to be jointly issued by us and our vendor," concluded Ellis.
