oh yeah, last thursday, i also bought siri 1300 shares at $3.76 and sold it at $3.86 the same day to make a quick $130. i just now checked siri, todays high was $5.55 thats a $1.79 diffrence times 1300 shares, $2327 profit i could of had if i held till today. i should consider long holds instead of daytrades. ive made $1,046 since last week but, could of had up to $4,109 if i held on just a little longer. wish i could just have half of that. ah well $1,000 is better than nothing, ive only been investing for 2 1/2 weeks now with a non margin account with only $5000. how well are you guys doing?

LOL i earn the right to piss them off by making them money....
i just like to point out the inconsistencies...

i do agree that holding SIRI while Stern is getting 500 million$ is not a good idea....
the market cap is a billion shares afterall...

you seemed to question my word. how is that inconsistent anyway? someone posted that the company had a reverse split 3 months ago, i just replied to thier post i doubt they would reverse split again 2 times within 3 months. how does that not add up? it was a reply to thier post. seriously tell me how thats inconsistent?

youve never made me any money so, dont think you have a right to question my word. if you make me some money, you can bitch all you want to but, not till then. so make me some money.

those trades weren't bad trades...it's better to take a consistent small profit all the time than to try to hit hoemruns every time...

that's a good start....
don't get over greedy, stay constant taking profits and you'll do fine...

Kids, kids, kids,

Take it easy. We are all here to make money and we all make mistakes. Share your mistakes with others so they may learn from them.

Glassman has been a vaulable asset to this board for a long while. Take his input to stimulate your DD process.

Anybody who invest on others opinions is doomed. But hey, at least they will have someone else to blame.

i get on this board to get opinions and information, not to be questioned by someone i dont know. one thing ive noticed people tend not to mention thier mistakes and only thier gains. i was just posting i made $1k the past 2 weeks but, i could of had $4k. so, i feel that was a mistake, i could of done much better than i really did. but what can you do about it but, if i can just keep making steady gains everyday, thats all you can ask for in the long run.

i have picked a few bad ones too sunny, but i'm glad they worked out for you...i have a phd in TROUBLE...LOL

roadrunner....
it is a common early error in trading..
you gain some confidence and then you overextend....it happens to MOST of us...
overconfidence and overanalysing are the next two hurdles you will have to leap...
i have been overanalysing too much lately myself....

Form 10QSB for CYBERTEL CAPITAL CORP

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

19-Nov-2004

Quarterly Report

Item 2. Management's Discussion and Analysis.
Results of Operations.

Three months ended September 30, 2004, compared to three months ended September 30, 2003.

Revenues for the three month period ended September 30, 2004, increased to $372,143, from $213,507 for the three months ended September 30, 2003, as the result of the acquisition of Core Energy and its revenue of $352,611. Telecom revenues declined to $19,532 from $213,507 due to a change from us no longer serving as a reseller of long distance to us now serving as an agent selling long distance. Since mid-April, revenues are recorded as 20% of commissionable sales billed.

General, administrative and selling costs were $2,183,294 during the three months ended September 30, 2004, as compared to $598,883 for the three month period ended September 30, 2003. This increase reflects our acquisition of Core Energy, LLC in March, 2004. During the three months ended September 30, 2004, we had a net loss of 2,317,806 as compared to $539,147 in the three months ending September 30, 003.

After taking into account preferred stock dividends of $13,629 and $29,681 in the quarters ended September 30, 2004 and 2003, respectively, net loss available to common stockholders was $2,331,435, or $(.23) per share, during the three months ended September 30, 2004, and $568,828, or $(1.60) per diluted share, during the three months ended September 30, 2003.

Nine months ended September 30, 2004, compared to nine months ended September 30, 2003.

During the quarterly period ended September 30, 2004, revenues increased to $840,003, from $658,991 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003. During the nine months ended September 30, 2004, $638,878, or approximately 76% of our revenue, was derived from the oil and gas operations of Core Energy, with the remainder coming from our telecommunications operations.
Telecommunications revenues declined to $201,125 in the 2004 period, from $658,991 in the 2003 period. We no longer serve as a reseller of long distance, but now serve as an agent selling long distance. Since mid-April, revenues are recorded as 20% of commissionable sales billed.

We incurred $974,057 in oil and gas operating expenses during the nine months ended September 30, 2004. Because we did not acquire our majority interest in Core Energy until March, 2004, we did not incur any such expenses in the nine month period ended September 30, 2003.

General, administrative and selling costs were $3,708,812 during the six months ended September 30, 2004, as compared to $1,910,265 for the year-ago period. Again, this increase reflects our acquisition of Core Energy, LLC in March, 2004. During the nine months ended September 30, 2004, we had a net loss of $4,324,857, as compared to $1,718,432 in the nine months ended September 30, 2003.
After taking into account preferred stock dividends of $44,148 and $87,078 in the nine month periods ended September 30, 2004 and 2003, respectively, net loss available to common stockholders was $4,369,005, or $0.96 per share, during the September 30, 2004, period, and $1,805,510, or $10.48 per diluted share, during the September 30, 2003, period.

Liquidity and Capital Resources.

At September 30, 2004, we had total current assets of $184,784, including cash of $147,170. Management believes that our current cash on hand will be insufficient to meet our expenses during the next 12 months.

We will need to raise more cash by selling debt or equity securities to continue our operations. There can be no guarantee that the required funds will be raised.

Forward Looking Statements.

Statements made in this Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report which are not purely historical are forward-looking statements with respect to the goals, plan objectives, intentions, expectations, financial condition, results of operations, future performance and of our business, including, without limitation, (i) our ability to operate successfully in the oil and gas and telecommunications industries, our ability to continue to develop products acceptable to the industries, our ability to retain relationships with suppliers and distributors, our ability to raise capital and the growth of the telecommunications and oil and gas industries, and (ii) statements preceded by, followed by or that include the words "may", "would", "could", "should", "expects", "projects", "anticipates," "believes", "estimates", "plans", "intends", "targets" or similar expressions.

Forward-looking statements involve inherent risks and uncertainties, and important factors (many of which are beyond our control) that could cause actual results to differ materially from those set forth in the forward- looking statements, including the following, in addition to those contained in our reports on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission:
general economic or industry conditions, nationally and/or in the communities in which we conduct business, changes in the interest rate environment, legislation or regulatory requirements, conditions of the securities markets, changes in the oil and gas and telecommunications industries, the development of products and that may be superior to the products and services offered by us, demand for oil and gas and telecommunications services, competition, changes in the quality or composition of our Company's products and services, our ability to develop new products and services, our ability to raise capital, changes in accounting principles, policies or guidelines, financial or political instability, acts of war or terrorism, other economic, competitive, governmental, regulatory and technical factors affecting our operations, products, services and prices.

Accordingly, results actually achieved may differ materially from expected results in these statements. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they are made. We do not undertake, and specifically disclaims, any obligation to update any forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances occurring after the date of such statements.

this does look like a bust . But the added expenses of getting "core" seems to have drained them.. maybe the money coming in from core will help them eventually.

I'm hoping for a nice fast spike to get out and unload what I still own.

Be curious to see how it plays out. Don't look good tho.
