SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/09/04 -- Cybertel Capital Corporation (OTC BB: CYBT)
announced today that its Core Energy unit delivered 5,000 barrels of oil in
the month of October. The price of oil on the open market also hit a high
during the month. Core's receipts for the month of October exceeded

Since acquisition 1 year ago, increase in oil prices has more than doubled
the dollar value of Core Energy's proven reserves.

I'm > $1000 in the hole and its 120 shares that remain cant even pay the commision to sell them.
R/S is something to worry about and has happened this year to them.
These are facts.
People are talking about reporting on the 22nd like this company has a future worth investing in.
All I have to recommend to them is that my 120 shares have to go to:
$10/share
to even break even.
Believe me I want to see that in a quarterly report. However, just like an R/S you will never see that pps in a quarterly report.

If you doubt that a penny stock would r/s more than one time in three months you need to DD a couple. Try LSTA, AFRT for a start. These company's don't care about keeping credibility with their shareholders just making money. AFRT ( or whatever its symbol is today) r/s about 4-5 times in the last year. LSTA ( now LSTE ) twice in the last 4 months. These are not the only ones.
I started with 500,000 shares of LSTA now 1/4 share of LSTE and got hit with 20.00 every time they changed tickers. I not only lost my investment but 40.00 more due to the symbol changes.

Form 10QSB for CYBERTEL CAPITAL CORP
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
19-Nov-2004
Quarterly Report
Item 2. Management's Discussion and Analysis.
Results of Operations.
Three months ended September 30, 2004, compared to three months ended September 30, 2003.
Revenues for the three month period ended September 30, 2004, increased to $372,143, from $213,507 for the three months ended September 30, 2003, as the result of the acquisition of Core Energy and its revenue of $352,611. Telecom revenues declined to $19,532 from $213,507 due to a change from us no longer serving as a reseller of long distance to us now serving as an agent selling long distance. Since mid-April, revenues are recorded as 20% of commissionable sales billed.
General, administrative and selling costs were $2,183,294 during the three months ended September 30, 2004, as compared to $598,883 for the three month period ended September 30, 2003. This increase reflects our acquisition of Core Energy, LLC in March, 2004. During the three months ended September 30, 2004, we had a net loss of 2,317,806 as compared to $539,147 in the three months ending September 30, 003.
After taking into account preferred stock dividends of $13,629 and $29,681 in the quarters ended September 30, 2004 and 2003, respectively, net loss available to common stockholders was $2,331,435, or $(.23) per share, during the three months ended September 30, 2004, and $568,828, or $(1.60) per diluted share, during the three months ended September 30, 2003.
Nine months ended September 30, 2004, compared to nine months ended September 30, 2003.
During the quarterly period ended September 30, 2004, revenues increased to $840,003, from $658,991 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003. During the nine months ended September 30, 2004, $638,878, or approximately 76% of our revenue, was derived from the oil and gas operations of Core Energy, with the remainder coming from our telecommunications operations.
Telecommunications revenues declined to $201,125 in the 2004 period, from $658,991 in the 2003 period. We no longer serve as a reseller of long distance, but now serve as an agent selling long distance. Since mid-April, revenues are recorded as 20% of commissionable sales billed.
We incurred $974,057 in oil and gas operating expenses during the nine months ended September 30, 2004. Because we did not acquire our majority interest in Core Energy until March, 2004, we did not incur any such expenses in the nine month period ended September 30, 2003.
General, administrative and selling costs were $3,708,812 during the six months ended September 30, 2004, as compared to $1,910,265 for the year-ago period. Again, this increase reflects our acquisition of Core Energy, LLC in March, 2004. During the nine months ended September 30, 2004, we had a net loss of $4,324,857, as compared to $1,718,432 in the nine months ended September 30, 2003.
After taking into account preferred stock dividends of $44,148 and $87,078 in the nine month periods ended September 30, 2004 and 2003, respectively, net loss available to common stockholders was $4,369,005, or $0.96 per share, during the September 30, 2004, period, and $1,805,510, or $10.48 per diluted share, during the September 30, 2003, period.
Liquidity and Capital Resources.
At September 30, 2004, we had total current assets of $184,784, including cash of $147,170. Management believes that our current cash on hand will be insufficient to meet our expenses during the next 12 months.
We will need to raise more cash by selling debt or equity securities to continue our operations. There can be no guarantee that the required funds will be raised.
Forward Looking Statements.
Statements made in this Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report which are not purely historical are forward-looking statements with respect to the goals, plan objectives, intentions, expectations, financial condition, results of operations, future performance and of our business, including, without limitation, (i) our ability to operate successfully in the oil and gas and telecommunications industries, our ability to continue to develop products acceptable to the industries, our ability to retain relationships with suppliers and distributors, our ability to raise capital and the growth of the telecommunications and oil and gas industries, and (ii) statements preceded by, followed by or that include the words "may", "would", "could", "should", "expects", "projects", "anticipates," "believes", "estimates", "plans", "intends", "targets" or similar expressions.
Forward-looking statements involve inherent risks and uncertainties, and important factors (many of which are beyond our control) that could cause actual results to differ materially from those set forth in the forward- looking statements, including the following, in addition to those contained in our reports on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission:
general economic or industry conditions, nationally and/or in the communities in which we conduct business, changes in the interest rate environment, legislation or regulatory requirements, conditions of the securities markets, changes in the oil and gas and telecommunications industries, the development of products and that may be superior to the products and services offered by us, demand for oil and gas and telecommunications services, competition, changes in the quality or composition of our Company's products and services, our ability to develop new products and services, our ability to raise capital, changes in accounting principles, policies or guidelines, financial or political instability, acts of war or terrorism, other economic, competitive, governmental, regulatory and technical factors affecting our operations, products, services and prices.
Accordingly, results actually achieved may differ materially from expected results in these statements. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they are made. We do not undertake, and specifically disclaims, any obligation to update any forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances occurring after the date of such statements.
I'm hoping for a nice fast spike to get out and unload what I still own.
Be curious to see how it plays out. Don't look good tho.

store activation and remote account refills through Cybertel Communications
will give our military cost effective crystal clear communications
regardless of where they are stationed." Weaver continued; "it
is especially important to the company that during the holiday season our
nations military personnel will be able to call friends and family back
home whenever they want to at a fraction of the normal cost over our
dedicated network."
Cybertel CEO Richard Mangiarelli Colonel USMC, Ret. commented; "There are
2.5 million Soldiers, sailors, Marines and Airmen wearing the uniform of
our Armed Services with approximately 25 per cent of these brave warriors
serving outside the continental United States. One of the biggest morale
boosters these brave young men and women have is the ability to talk to
family and friends back home, especially those in war zones like Iraq
fighting the war on terrorism. We will be able to make this tremendous
service available to every one in uniform at extremely reasonable rates
through the Viper Network. We hope to have the products on the shelves of
every Military Exchange throughout the world in short order."
Weaver concluded, "with partners like Cybertel Communications led by former
high ranking officers of the armed forces we are making a difference in the
world while building strong and robust communications companies for the
benefit of our shareholders and investors."

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2004--
Cybertel Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CYBT) announced
today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cybertel Communications
Corporation, is getting set to launch its own branded cyber phone,
which will be named the Cphone. It is the company's intent to market
the Cphone through the worldwide network of military exchange stores.
The current cost to troops calling home from Iraq averages about
50 cents per minute. The Cphone, which attaches to a UBC port on a
computer, will be free to the troops when they purchase 500 minutes at
10 cents per minute. Subsequent minutes can be purchased at 4.9 cents
per minute. The Cphone will eliminate the need for
high-cost-per-minute phone banks and make it very easy both physically
and economically for our troops to make calls back home and be able to
talk with their loved ones.
Currently there are approximately 140,000 Marines, soldiers,
sailors and airmen serving in the Middle East.
