On a different note - yesterday I was sitting here bored and tired of hitting refresh on all of these websites - So - I emailed my best gay buddy the website and asked him if this is something he would subscribe to - his reply exactly was "Totally! So long as the content is good." By the way, I am in Atlanta too - and so is he. Therefore - I have been selling all of my sorry stocks and going to buy more of Qbid. My first time buying a stock in my entire life was just 10 days ago.....therefore, unable to speak intelligently. Just learning all I can reading what all of you write. I am slowly but surely getting educated though! Gosh I hope this Qbid takes off!
Has anyone seen or know of anyone that saw one of the preview shows they have shown (I think they have shown a couple..) - just curious to opinions....especially an opinion of a gay person.

MW--Thanks, and I completely understand...I have never spoken with Frank, but if I did, I would keep that confidential, too. In the past, I have spoken to David, the former receptionist, and have posted anything relevant that he has said...like the hotline update for example...so, no need to explain yourself (laugh) GOTCHA!
P.S. I try not to be greedy either. I will take a reasonable profit and be happy...for me that is about the 03 range. Anything beyond that, (for Me) I consider a huge financial gift from God (smile).

I've been burned pretty hard this year, so I'm hoping for a good comeback for the 2nd half of '04. I read your posts on what you would do with X funds. I appreciate all who replied to that post. Now I have the funds available with hopes to start the second year process. I'd like to start with the suggestions of "a little in" first. This will be a 1 count order, so my next question would be to all who have been watching this thing from the get go...Does your gut instinct tell you that QBID is a solid play? Thanks Ahead of time!

Crazy--I think they previewed one of their shows at the Cable Convention in New Orleans a few months ago, but I don't know of anyone who has seen an official preview of Q's Fall lineup! I wish, though. Sorry.
Spinoff--All I can say is use your best judgement. Everything these days is risky, especially with the overall Market tanking. If you invest, start slow. Invest a little and see how it goes. As far as QTN goes, well, we are waiting on news about additional carriers, advertising and a NY office. I have friends who are waiting to jump in after more news is released...and they all recognize that momentum may carry this thing quick once news does come out. But, there are no guarantees...just hope and a ton of DD! (laugh)

I know most here don't believe TA works on pennies but I do. Just to let you know that MACD has crossed. We are oversold. Looks to me to be the start of a turn around in price trend. The other indicators are not there yet so I would say it will be a few days but looks like an uptrend in price soon, at least I hope lol. JMHO

sounds interesting but I already have plans to sink way too much into Q lol no room to invest in a sports channel.

S.D. Yup, I own 4,000,000 shares of CMKX. I am in at 0.0007. Interesting how U.C. gets all his companys intertangled<G> Hopefully, something good will come from all this smoke and mirrors. Steve

Hey, just had a chance to check the monitor and there you are MW...sure, my brand of torture is simply to strap him into a chair and TALK him into submission. If that doesn't break him down, then I'll FORCE him to take all Investor phone calls. That should work!! This would lead into the 'sleep deprivation' mode (laugh)
I'm dying down here in TX!! I want more info on carriers. Now. I also want to know about the NY office already. (laugh)
Thinking this BIG news is just around the corner for us all.

Lets put Frank in a room with all our kids, whining to HIM that they want a pool. That should break him down!

ok called cox and comcast the lady at cox seemed genuinely confused when I mentioned QTN asked a few questions then put me on hold for a few minutes came back said sorry the big wigs are at lunch call back later.
called comcast in seattle spoke with a nice lady I asked if they were gonna carry a new network called QTN she said sorry havent heard of it what kind of network is it. not sure if I believe her though. she answered too quickly and the tone of her voice I almost thought it was a rehearsed answer.
the lady at cox put me on hold and went and asked about a new network the lady at comcast didnt seem to have to go ask.
just bored and dying for news thought Id share that

Ric, I checked XM's chart. One year ago today, it traded for $12.09--today it is around $26. Their o/s is 204.446 (millions). Their return on equity is -107.538 and estimated PE -7,6000. Again, this is comparing apples and oranges, but earlier a buyback for QBID was announced for October. Reducing our o/s by 2/3 could it not bring us possibly into a $3 range? Plus, with XM and SIRI, an additional purchase of equipment is necessary. Most people already have TV and cable. I agree, at this point, the o/s is an obstacle.

But is the o/s so much of an obstacle to were QBID can't even go to a shiny quarter in September?

I think that it could go that high--may come right back down. Remember, most shareholders will be ready for some profit taking. I'm fairly new to pennyland. This is an unique stock, but it can't get too far out of range without reducing the o/s. Believe me, I want this to soar as much as anyone--it will but it will just take time. I also believe that the QBID staff is working hard and will release info as soon as it is possible.

And I will be one of those shareholders to take profit at .25, that's all I need.

I have mine ready to sell at equal intervals.
1/6th at .05 1/6th at .1 1/6th at .2 1/6th at .45 1/6th at .99 1/6th at 1.50
if it makes it to .05 I sell 1/6th and make my investment back, starting at .1 I make good profit if it never gets to 1.50 well then so be it but this is what I am hoping for
