I have been sick and away for almost two weeks. What has happened. I don't see any new WSS in my account so I'm assuming we haven't got that yet as a one to a humdred divedend. How about club Extreme, anything there? If anyone there that can help me out I would appreciate it. Old Curt

Hope you're feeling better. Unfortunately THIS stock will not remedy that. Not much to report here. Very little activity, PR's or volatility--has fluctuated between .003 and .004 for the past two weeks.
Someone who posts on this board reportedly went by the offices and confirmed that the facility was nice and bore the title Wall Street Securities.
As far as shares go, others have attempted to contact Mario--to no avail. It's still a wait and see game at this point. Hopefully a PR will inform us as to what is going on and clear things up.

It looks like one big scam right now. I posted above that I had my cousin go by the office in Phoenix. It is in a nice building next to a Ritz Carlton and the name on the marquee is Wall Street Securities. The only thing I am sure of is that the office is where they say it is. As far as what is in the office, that will have to be left up to the imagination. My guess is probably nothing. About a month ago, people use to be able to get through to Mario on (602) 725-8560, now, no one can find him. If you call the number listed as the office number, (602) 912-5860, you get a full voice mail box for Mellon Research and can not leave a message. As to what is going on, your guess is as good as mine. I think its a scam, but I'm down so much, there is no point in selling right now. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its probably a duck. Wish I could be more optimistic.

Hey Whiz, I finally got an e-mail from Monkey. It was sent from an e-mail address that was un-returnable and basically said the same crap he posted over on RB. Nothing new, except that he hinted that he knows Mario personally and came accross him investigating the Dominion of Melchizedek. He basically had no proof. He's full of crap. If he had any validity, he would have given me the option to respond to his email instead of hiding his address from me. Anyways, thought I would let you know.

If he does know Mario, sadly he may have been burnt by him. But the way he posts the same old tells me he didn't just happen across him by investigating some phony country. This monkey writes like he's invested in Mario failing. Also fits the basher M.O. to a T.

I agree. I always do my best to be impartial in doing DD, whether it is good or bad. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he failed to produce. Oh well, he had his chance and proved himself for what he is, a fraud. Although I am very gloomy about this stock, lets hope for the best.

Believe me K, I hope for the best. A nice surprise of WSS shares would make my day if they're in the .50 range. That's more than double what my average is for MLON.

Well the facts (DD) all point to a gloomy situation. Mario took what many thought was a promising company and spun it to something else. In my opinion you would only do this when you had nothing to start with. I now believe I bought into nothing more than a scam. Mario then went on to outline the new buisness plan and as a bonus would give out some free shares into a unknown entity that somehow had value. This he failed to deliver on also. To me this is a story with out a headline. The facts are all here. The headline would have read..SCAM. IMO this company is done and closed and its just matter of who takes the nearly 10 bag loss and re-coups something. Credibility is everything in buisness and this one man show has none,all imo.

Maybe he's still around if you have any questions for him. Rumor has it that he is the CEO of another company, Southern California American Mining, stock symbol SCAM.

.50 a share would be great. I'm just worried everyone is going to try and dump them right away, making them worthless.

Yes it has taken awhile,and gonna be longer.But at least we know it is moving forward.Was totally handled wrong but at least he is not on the news in a white bronco wth 25 cop cars after him.LOL

I'm also very disapointed about being listed on the Pinks. Mario was very misleading about where we would be listed. I did not expect WLSC to be on the NASDAQ, but I figured it would be an OTCBB. These financials are unaudited and not even filed with the SEC. They are his own numbers on paper that are unchecked and unsubstantiated. Even though they are his numbers, they still don't even look that good, especially for all the multi million dollar deals Mario PR'd. Now all the sudden WLSC is only worth $700,000? I do like the O/S of 100,000,000 shares though. I was expecting billions of diluted crap. I didn't see a number for A/S though. That is probably in the billions. According to the financials, it looks like we are going to be coming out at .01 a share. But, if there are 100,000,000 shares and the company is worth $700,000 that is equal to .007 a share. I have also heard rumors (on RB so they probably are not true) that we will come out at .50 a share and that a huge IR and PR campaign is going to accompany the begining of trading. Who knows? We still have to wait and see.

WLSC is actually not even a pink sheet, it is listed as "Other OTC" or the "grey market"
Here is the definition from pinksheets.com
Other OTC Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed on any stock exchange or quoted on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB. Other OTC trades are reported to the NASD so investors can track price and volume, however bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so Best Execution of orders is difficult.
I just saw my ticker with WLSC trading at .50! Then I followed links to the news.
OK, we have to wait another month. But like Tony says, at least Mario's not got his mug shot in the news.
My belief is that we have some control over how others might veiw WLSC & I will be careful what I'm writing from here on out. I have a tendency to joke about MLON & our dividend & I might want to be a little more circumspect about what I say.

I agree Whiz. I have joked a lot about MLON and WLSC and our dividend. That stops starting now. Maybe we should start a new thread about WLSC and let this one die out? Any thoughts?

Yes! I agree. New thread on WLSC which may end up being everything we bought into MLON for. Truthfully I feel pretty good about our chances with this new company.
My broker has & is trying to contact Mario now to discuss exact timing around shares of WLSC being deposited in my account.
