I knew this was a gamble when I bought into it. All I know if this is a scam I hope he writes some PRs that really put this through the roof.

Whatever you're up to Mario, don't half step.

I talked to the switchboard operator at MLON's office building and she had the same phone number as we have 602-912-5860. She new nothing about the company.I'm sure that is her job just to direct phone calls.

As I understand it, I'll be getting one share of this "Wall Street Securities" company (which apparently is not trading as of now) and all my MLON shares will represent a club which may or may not ever actually open. True?

Well boys and girls they are on the Pink Sheets for a reason. It would appear we have most likely been scammed. There was nothing in that press release other than the obvious....this company is a turd. I would like to hear from the Dog and hear his thoughts and really like to know if the Dog is holding or dumping. Given the slow share movement it will be very tough to dump his 10 million worth of holding?... Let alone all of us to get out! I guess for those who are still into Melon I believe the chance to buy more in the Qbid start up price range is very near!

Dardadog. I understand you have over seven million shares of MLON? I, for one, would love to hear your thoughts on today's news.

Dardadog: I would also like to get your perspective on this new development. Are our MelonHeads going to be crushed or are we in a better position with this merger.

I was just reading the press release again and just had to laugh. I know its not funny cause we are most likely kissing this investment goodbye but ole Mario went from going to the far east to drum up investment services for start up IPO`s to doing a online voyer website to watch 18-35 year olds party at nightspots..........Ya big money there......UNREAL....I for one am staying on the mail list for the Arizona Ocean front property!.lol

From the press release: "Club XTreme will feature an audience comprised of a select group of the young and restless generation -- attendance will be by invitation only, augmented with a doorman checking all who enter to make sure they are sufficiently hot to crank up the atmosphere inside the club and that they will participate in and project well through our 30-50 interactive cameras which will be strategically placed in virtually every location in the club including our uni-sex bathrooms."

We will soon own stock in the voyeuristic porn industry. Great! LOL.

I agree! But who knows. We might have a good outcome yet. Most of us just don't like the wording of that PR. I for one don't want to think they actually will give just one share of WSS for each investors entire positions. That can't be happening.

Look for bigger volume tommorow.may here will start dumping. I don`t expect the dog to chime in until he has dumped his also. I may be wrong but anyone staying in please enlighten me....whats to love?

Let us bow are heads and pray. Not looking good.As far as shares of the banking company there supposedly merging with it would have to be 1 for each share held.If we get lucky and its legit I could care less about the shares of mellon that would now be this strange club.

Old Curt

That's the whole thing, they didnt. In their first email they basically said "Sir tell us how many shares you have and give us your contact info and we'll get back to you". Then followed their long Arizona and China contact info (which we already knew about!) followed by some BS statement like "this is a confidential email, we will take legal steps if necessary to protect our blah blah"

Well this is what I responded with

"Dear Mellon Research,

Thank you for responding so promptly.

I dunno who sent this email back to me, but here's a few things I'd like to point out..

1. How would you know I'm a SIR? I gave no gender reference in my email.

2. You have several grammar errors in your email. That doesnt exactly scream "confidence" to me, especially when companies need to earn the trust of their shareholders, which in this day and age (and market conditions!) is paramount -- especially when companies are reverse splitting, diluting, etc.

Error 1:

"Yes Sir, MLON investor relations dept,
would love to speak with you please provide your
contact details by filling our this form"

It should be "by filling OUT this form"

Error 2:

"Let me know how many shares you hold sir,
MLON Will have someone speak to your personally.
Answer all of your questions:-"

It should be "will have someone speak to YOU personally."

3. What difference does it make how many shares I own? If I had ZERO, would that mean I'm not worth responding to?

4. Why would I need to keep this "email confidential"?? There's nothing in this email that isnt public knowledge! And if you were to give me information about Mellon Research, Inc that isnt public knowledge, you're breaking the law!

Forgive me if I sound a bit harsh above, but all I'm asking is when Mellon Research, Inc intends to file an updated 15c-211 and Form 10Q. The below quote is taken Yahoo's site at this webmail address.
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/040713/60718.html

"SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., July 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mellon Research, Inc. (Other OTC:MLON.PK - News) announced today that it is in the process of completing all required reporting documents for a public company including an updated and current 15c-211 and a Form 10Q for the most recent Quarter. And, it anticipates filing these documents within the next 30 days."

You stated 30 days on July 13th. It's been more than 30 days. A revised timetable for the above event would be appreciated.

Thanks."

Then they basically "Yes Sir Madam, give us your contact info and blah blah.."

Well I'm off to see the movie Collateral with Tom Cruise. There's money probably a lot better spent.

I have just placed a call to Mario for clarification to these matters. The number I called was 1-602-725-8560. I left a message and he he called back very quickly. If you have any questions, that he is allowed to answer, please call him. So far, he has answered the questions I have asked.

Now, he stated that all MLON shares will be kept by the stockholder plus how ever many shares that you own, that as a dividend, you would receive the same amount in WSS, which is a private company. So, for me, that's 900,000 shares of MLON and the dividend would be 900,000 of WSS.

When I asked about the website none payment issue, he said that their was an issue between him and the other guy in Germany, and that Mario was not going to be blackmailed by the guy in Germany.

Again, the phone number gets Mario's attention rather quickly. Call him with your questions.

1-602-725-8560, Mario answers it.

That's what he is saying, $200.00 max. The guy in Germany is saying it's $20,000. Go figure. I don't know all the details and really I don't want to, but he did mention those figures.

If the domain name is registered under the German fellows name he has to relinquish ownership. I had a similar incident happen with three of my Domain names. They original peron whose name they were under had to approve the transfer of ownership. The process is relatively easy, he just had to reply to an auto email, but I would have had to find an alternative resolution if he demanded payment.
He still might be able to renew the Domain, but not transfer ownership. I am not sure of that though.
