If he owns the domain name, if it is registered to him, then it is simple to renew.
I don't understand how someone is blackmailing him. Sounds like a fabricated excuse.

I have just placed a call to Mario for clarification to these matters. The number I called was 1-602-725-8560. I left a message and he he called back very quickly. If you have any questions, that he is allowed to answer, please call him. So far, he has answered the questions I have asked.

Now, he stated that all MLON shares will be kept by the stockholder plus how ever many shares that you own, that as a dividend, you would receive the same amount in WSS, which is a private company. So, for me, that's 900,000 shares of MLON and the dividend would be 900,000 of WSS.

When I asked about the website none payment issue, he said that their was an issue between him and the other guy in Germany, and that Mario was not going to be blackmailed by the guy in Germany.

Again, the phone number gets Mario's attention rather quickly. Call him with your questions.

1-602-725-8560, Mario answers it./QUOTE]

Dkester!

That's what I'm thinking, 1 for 1 share dividend. Also I wonder if WSS doesn't play into the filing in a productive fashion.

I'm actually thinking we may get a positive surprise from what ever is going on.

Like I said before, I'll wait till the dust settles.

A 1 for 1 dividend, doesn't sound like a bad thing. Grant it, the details of the merger needs to be completely explained.

I don't think all the detail is in. It is a merger, right? I think you have to wait for the detail, share structure, and other information. I'm not saying it is good or bad, I don't think anyone can tell with the information given so far.
I don't own any of this, so I will bow out.
I truly hope if things work out for the better that those who pointed to dog for erring in judgement will apolgize just as quickly.
Only you control your investments. No one presses that buy button but you.

I feel some resentment towards the dog. I remember a saying. " Man does nothing on his own. There is a cause either internal or external that moves him." Granted, I was moves externally by the MLON thread and some of what the dog said. But it was the internal force, meaning myself, that made me buy the shares. I am to blame if it tanks and blessed if it turns out IK. I am responsible for my own deeds.

The more I look at this it could be fine. Were keeping are shares in investment banking, now will be WSS and getting free shares in this porn company.Thats why investing is like a roller coaster.Hold on a for the ride but try to get out before the ride ends.Smile it,s not over yet.

Ok people!

One of MLON's services is to help bring companies public. One way to do this is to merge a public company with a private firm which automatically brings your private firm to open market. WSS is a private company right? Am I crazy or can we look for a PR about a company that is already in business doing an IPO? In any event we may very well see a filing that includes elements of WSS which just might make this a much more valuable stock. For every share of MLON we own we get a share of WSS. I hope that there's a very positive spin on all this & we get a clarification PR that benifits us all.

By the way, Collateral was a pretty good movie.

To answer an earlier question, both those worthless emails I got from MLON were on August 14th.

I still don't know what the problem is here.

Ant explains it well.

"O.K., we originally invested in Mellon as a financial service. This remains that way, you keep your exact amount of shares (e.g. 100.000) but only the name changes ( that finan. part of Mellon now = Wall Street Sec.) So you have 100.000 shares of WSS (former Mellon), AND on top you get the same amount = 100.000 shares of Xtreme (the new Mellon). Regarding the WWS, we will be the first to hold shares since the co. is still not public. All depends on valuation. We'll have to wait and see.
I wouldn't say this is a bad thing, i'm keeping my shares. My original investm. is not affected, i now also get the same amount of shares of another. co. in a whole new business. Happy trading, Ant."

Thanks Ant.

What is bad about this?
