She told me to call back after lunch to speak with the President.

I am frustrated that the 10Q wasn't released today. Why is the SEC sitting on it? Hopefully the SEC will release it tomorrow morning.

With their new full time Finance guy, hopefully the 10Q won't be late again. The E hasn't helped matters. Let's lose the E! Perhaps when people see the 10Q for themselves from the SEC the pps will get a boost.

I called IR again and expressed my dismay that the 10Q hasn't been released. They reiterated what they told me before, "we released the 10Q to the SEC yesterday morning." I said that may be the case, but it is nowhere to be found. I also said that uncertainty like this, especially with a company filing this late, is an investor confidence killer. IR was "shocked" that the 10Q hasn't been release. I left my name and # with them and was told to expect a call from the President today explaining the situation.

A company with great operation results killing its investors short term dreams in such way can't be trusted. Hopefully it will go down to 0.018 to average down then selling at 0.052 and get more at .03 dip to sell late August at 0.090+.

I just got off the phone with the President, Peter Hamilton. I asked him the status of the 10Q and he told me that it is "with the auditors and lawyers for final approval and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and it could be released today, but I wouldn't bet on it." He said it may take as long as 3 or 4 days. He also told me he was "embarassed and just as frustrated as I am that the 10Q hasn't been released yet" and stated his determination for the timely release of the next 10Q due in mid August. He also said to expect "significant balance sheet and income statement improvements" in the upcoming 10Q.

Although revenues for the first quarter were less than senior management expected at the beginning of the fiscal year, the Company believes that it has made steady progress with particular emphasis on the MDI Solutions group, which, with the acquisition of certain assets of SCI Healthcare in the United States in
19 <PAGE>
the later part of 2003, has greatly expanded the Company's client base and marketing scope. Our marketing expenses in this group have risen substantially however we fully expect that our investment in marketing will pay off during the current fiscal year. During the last few months the Company has obtained service contracts and product sales from over 20 healthcare facilities and is working in several facilities to deliver state of the art systems which will link hospitals with outside clinical personnel to help bring additional efficiencies to healthcare services. The number of staff in the MDI division is expected to rise with the commencement of new contracts that are in process.
Our MDI Solutions group typically signs service contracts that call for a minimum amount of hours at set rates which, unless they include the outright sale of a software licence, are project oriented. Thus, new contracts may result in the addition of contractors or employees in that division. We only book revenues off of these contacts in relation to actual billings and do not recognize revenue in advance of earning the revenue, which is in full accordance with US accounting policies. Costs for staff may show increases prior to revenue being realized as staff typically have a lead time prior to commencement of billing. In this way revenues and expenses may not appear to be evenly matched in terms of timing. In 2003, and to a certain extent continuing into this fiscal year, our operations in the healthcare field have been adversely affected by the SARS situation in Toronto which caused many hospitals to restrict outside work and brought a halt to many IT projects. We chose to retain all our staff throughout the period during which SARS affected our revenue earning capacity. Many of our healthcare clients have not yet managed to repair the damage to their operational and capital budgets caused by the extraordinary costs associated with the SARS epidemic. We foresee that these healthcare institutions will begin to work their way out of their budget difficulties over the next few months and be able to once again spend money on improving their IT infrastructures.
In our ActiveCore and ActiveCast business lines we are continuing to obtain additional clients. Sales and installation of software under the ActiveCore "brand" typically involve longer term installations which may mean that we cannot close off projects such that revenue can be recognized in accordance with accounting policies. On the ActiveCast side of operations we are also adding clients as a result of the sales team that we acquired concurrently with the C Comm acquisition. Revenue in this division is rapidly recognized and collected and coupled with high profit margins should grow both revenues and profitability dramatically in our Company throughout the remainder of 2004. We foresee a very rapid growth rate in this section of our business.

Its got to go up, this is a penny with a profitable bottom line, increased growth in revenues for the quarter, and a positive future outlook for revenue growth. How often do you see that?

Livios, with all due respect, please do not refer to my dd as "rumor" If I was wrong you would be justified in classifying it as that, but not when I am right after posting dd gathered by contacting the company directly and speaking with the CEO and President. Respect and trust are earned, not given. I value this site highly and realize that in order to earn both from fellow allstocks members, all dd I post must (and always will) be grounded in fact, not "rumor."

As long as it's not confirmed it's a rumour to me. I only believe what I see. There are a lot off people spreading bullsh.t on the boards. And yesterday I saw that your information was 100% correct. Keep up the good work I would say, now I know for sure your info is reliable.

Rumor can be right or wrong or somewhere in between. I still don't agree with your point of view, but I respect it because in my opinion you conveyed it truthfully.
Over a million in volume already. Don't know why its down after the impressive 10Q released yesterday. Anyone care to offer opinions. One of mine is mm games.

Numerous of traders and investors are probably wondering why the hec isnt TALLE moving after releasing a 10Q.
It has already made movement. The Pre-Release Press Release in regards to the positive revenues in TALLE created hype in which it was running all the way until the expected 10Q being issued. Many traders and investors sold off based on the lack of trust by the CEO. Rumors, telephone conversation, etc. all managed to be lies of when the 10Q was expected to be released. It was extended each time leading to an E. I traded TALL(E) 3 times and loved it! Technically TALLE is gonna probably fall some more considering the 5MA and 10MA are about to cross below the 50MA. Unfortunately those who are "investors" it didnt manage to hold the 200MA long, so I wouldnt recommend holding it and would for a cup & handle formation after a couple days of sideways trading.

I'm looking forward to the E being dropped and agree with LIVIOS' prediction of upward pps movement after its official. What I really like about TALLE is that its positive long term potential makes it attractive to both investors and traders.
Nice post 10Q upward pps movement of over 15% Friday on light volume, 3,322,408, which is less than half of the average volume, 6,826,594 (both figures from Yahoo Finance).

Now the 10Q is out TALL will also start with a roadshow to promote the company and the stock. They will start this the day Brian comes back from England, this should be next Thursday. Other great news will be announced this month. This info comes from Brian himself. So we still have some nice things to look forward to.

LIVIOS.
Thanks for the great DD Livios. I initially purchased this stock with the plan of selling on the 10Q, but the more I find out about this company the more I feel the stock is undervalued and worthy of a long-term hold. Let's lose that E!

I also feel TALLE is undervalued at these levels. LIVIOS, I want to also thank you for the great dd. I wish I had more cash to buy more shares. When I spoke with the President last week he said that timely reporting for the next 10Q is at the top of the agenda for the BOD meeting on July 12th, 3 days before the new CFO starts fulltime.

Nice summary about the things we can expect the next weeks.( with special thanks to Tommy and pres )
All indicators are showing an oversold state and the PPS is ready for the next run. The TA coupled with the following events will make the next weeks very interesting:
1) Good news from CEO's trip to the UK (new acquisition?) 2) The removal of the "E" 3) The roadshow with their broker starting next Thursday to promote the company and the stock 4) The CFO starting to work fulltime soon and the related PR 5) More clients announced by MDI Solutions 6) Then the 10Q for Q2 with the profits from C Comm 7) More incoming acquisitions as per the previous PR's
They want to make positive earnings per share of approximately $0.01 for the full fiscal year 2004. This is a very nice target imo which will justify a pps of about 15 to 30 cents. Profitable OTCBB companies are always priced pretty expensive.
We just need to keep our shares and watch the results improve over the year. Holding here will give a nice return imo...

New contract for MDI Solutions = more revenues.
June 14, 2004
MDI Solutions signed an agreement today to develop Lab Orders Entry and Results Reporting Interfaces, to support the integration project between Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH) and Humber River Regional Hospital (HRRH) in Toronto, Ontario. HRRH is currently a subscriber to MSH’s Lab services and the new link will eliminate the current paper process by implementing electronic Order Entry and Results Reporting interfaces between MSH’s Laboratory Information System system from SCC, and HRRH’s HIS system from MEDITECH. The link between the two facilities will be secured through virtual private network (VPN) tunnel.
