I think your crazy it hasn't done that in a year, but hey I guess you never know.

I think the effect on pps will depend on a number of factors, namely how good the 10Q is and whether it has any surprises that aren't reflected in the recent increases in pps, interest in other stocks on Monday (ie. CMKX), and some luck. The DD I've done to me says it can surpass recent highs of .04, but I'd love to see .08 and above.

LOL, nip it in the bud! We're seperate people but watching many of the same stocks, he's referring to the QBID thread, there's been much controversy over there lately concerning pumpers using seperate identities to pump stocks on Allstocks. Good luck tomorrow if the 10Q finally gets released, we double at .052, but I'll be happy to see anything above .04.

ActiveCore Announces Improved Financial Results for First Quarter 2004
Monday June 14, 9:15 am ET

TORONTO, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IVP Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: TALL - News), d.b.a. ActiveCore Technologies, Inc., announced today significantly improved financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2004.

ActiveCore disclosed that recognized revenues in its enterprise software products and services were up 426% over same period, same source revenues in the first quarter of fiscal 2003. Gross revenues for the quarter were $194,495 up 130% over the $148,709 recorded in the first quarter of fiscal 2003. Prior year first fiscal quarter revenues included $103,051 of non- recurring consumer product distribution revenues at the parent company level and only $45,569 of enterprise software and services revenues. Primary reasons for the increase in revenues in the first quarter of fiscal 2004 were additional product, services and implementation contracts with healthcare institutions and recent inroads into financial services companies.

Gross profit margin improved to $158,484 or 81.5% in the quarter ended March 31, 2004 from a gross margin loss of $85,566 in the three months ended March 31, 2003. Results for each of March 31, 2003 and March 31, 2004 reflect adjustments for discontinued operations and include the divestiture of the mobile games division (SilverBirch Studios) effective February 29, 2004 and the divestiture of Ignition Entertainment Limited effective April 1, 2003.

The company also disclosed that it was almost break-even with a net loss of $71,344 or $0.00 earnings per share for the three month period ended March 31, 2004 versus a loss of $1,329,336 or $(0.01) earnings per share in the three month period ended March 31, 2003. The weighted number of shares outstanding at March 31, 2004 was 317,132,781 versus 99,777,239 in the three months ended March 31, 2003.

The company continued to improve its balance sheet during the first quarter ended March 31, 2004 with total assets climbing to $1,816,896 from $1,240,543 at December 31, 2003 and liabilities falling from $2,376,346 at December 31, 2003 to $2,155,685 at March 31, 2004. Total stockholder deficiency also decreased to $338,789 at March 31, 2004 versus $1,135,803 at December 31, 2003.

Brian MacDonald, Chairman and CEO of ActiveCore said "we expect further significant improvements in our financial results as we progress through the 2004 fiscal year. Revenues in 2004 will grow substantially as a result of continued growth in both the MDI Solutions division and in our basic ActiveCore enterprise software business coupled with our recent acquisition of C Comm Network Corporation and the internal development of our outbound corporate messaging division, ActiveCast(TM). Upcoming changes to the company's website http://www.activecore.com will feature several new technologies using DynaPortal(TM) and ActiveLink(TM) in tandem."

Mr. MacDonald also went on to say that "several additional acquisitions are planned for the current fiscal year, which, in conjunction with our current operations, should allow the company to bring in a positive earnings per share of approximately $0.01 for the full fiscal year. This positive earnings outlook is based on the current number of common shares outstanding and the number of shares expected to be issued to accommodate the additional acquisitions."

In other news Mr. MacDonald also announced that "ActiveCore has hired a new Chief Financial Officer who will start with the company in mid July. Details of the new CFO's background will be filed in an 8K to be released in July." Mr. MacDonald also went on to thank Graham Lowman "who has moved on to the new company established to own and operate the former SilverBirch Studios division."

Did I misread the pr? Didn't it state that TALLE.OB had triple digit revenue growth with guidance stating that significant improvements in future financial results will continue throughout FY 04.

When selloffs happen in stable and solid companies that have a bad quarter I attribute that to weak hands. In the case of the selloff today, I attribute that to stupid hands.

I thought the PR looked excellent, I don't think anybody is missing anything here. There is no bad news, they're doing everything right, look at their revenues and new business contracts. It ticks me off when a company releases a great pr and the stock plummets like this, I was at least expecting a run before a possible selloff. Could it be the MMs are trying to keep the pps down for an unforseeable reason? They should have gapped it up for the pr and to support us longs, the opening price usually sets the tone for the day. Gapping it up would have gotten more people's attention. The pr was released at 9:15, 15 minutes before the markets opened, there was plenty of time to adjust the price accordingly. The MMs were asleep at the wheel on this one if you ask me. Since they came off the Berlin Exchange, perhaps there are still a lot of shorts to cover? Shorting, MM games, and failed investor expectations is all I can attribute the decline to.

Pennies often frustrate me and this is precisely why. No news and someone pumps it and its triple digit gains. You usually can't get in at a reasonable price and its the independent investor stuck holding the bag. Then you have great news but nobody pumping it and it takes a dive when the selloff occurs because it doesn't meet investors' expectations. I try to pick companies that I believe in and which I feel have potential such as TALL, its a disappointment to see this. I'm not selling, it is my hope that sooner or later the marketplace will value this stock more favorably.

I just spoke with the CEO, Mr. McDonald again. I expressed my concern that TALLE.OB'S success isn't being reflected in the shareprice. I also told him that I think part of the reason for the recent selloff is because of TALLE.OB'S late filing and I asked him what is being done to make sure TALLE.OB doesn't file late again. He said that the CFO was only working part-time and that on July 15 a new full-time CFO, with almost 30 years industry experience and who already is working 2 hours a day for TALLE.OB, will be taking over and will be devoting near full attention to the timely and correct filing of the next 10Q, which is due in mid August.
He also told me that there is an error in their favor of about $15,000 in the pr released yesterday, which will be reflected in the actual 10Q which will be released tomorrow morning.

Nice DD VTCPA04, this definately sounds promising for more timely reporting for August. I hope between now and August this stock does some fluctuating so that I can build up my number of free shares. If it goes well below .02 I'll buy more, if it goes to .035 to .04 I'll sell and wait for it to retrace below .02 and buy back in. But if triple digit revenue improvements don't move this, what will? It doesn't get much better than that for pennies, I've seen them move on far less.

I called IR again? I asked where the 10Q is that the CEO promised me yesterday? The secretary told me that its been released and she was puzzled why people had been calling all morning and asking the same thing. I told her because no one can find it, thats why? She told me to call back after lunch to speak with the President.
