A LITTLE Q UPDATE:
WE DID THE BEST WE COULD TO COMPILE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TRIANGLE MULTI MEDIA (QBID). OUR THOUGHTS WERE THAT IF SOMEONE WANTED TO SEND INFORMATION TO A FELLOW TRADER OR E-MAIL AS INFORMATIONAL PACKET TO ENLIGHTEN THEM TO THE OPPORTUNITY INVOLVED IN QBID, THEY COULD DO SO WITH MINIMAL EFFORT.
WE BELIEVE STATEMENTS MADE HERE ARE FACTUAL AND DOCUMENTED.
THERE IS POTENTIAL, SPECULATION, HOPES AND DREAMS. THAT IS A GIVEN.
WHEN THE NETWORK IS LAUNCHED IT WILL BE INCREDIBLE AND ALL OUR LIVES WILL BE BLESSED.
IF IT DOES NOT LAUNCH WE WILL ALL HIT THE SELL BUTTON AND MOVE ON TO ANOTHER HOPEFUL STOCK. THOSE ARE THE FACTS.

" TELEVISION
Gay-per-View
Why do media moguls think pink is so fab? It's simple: Gay and lesbian Americans command an estimated $475 billion in spending power, and advertisers want to reach them. In mid-May, Triangle Television Network plans to launch the first cable and satellite channel for gays and lesbians. Programming will initially be limited to a few sitcom reruns, documentaries, and movies (The Wizard of Oz, anyone?), but watch the competition; Bravo and Showtime have beefed up ratings with gay-friendly fare, and Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone has ordered MTV to accelerate plans for the launch of its own gay channel. Q Television Network Makes Announcement
6/15/2004 8:01:00 AM
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Jun 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) CEO, Frank Olsen, announced today that Q executives traveled to New York and Seattle 12 days ago and successfully met their three major objectives, which were:
1) Advertising. Olsen stated that a primary goal was to hire an
advertising executive who had worked with the major houses to
represent Q Television. Olsen was proud to announce that Q
Television has hired Scott Seger, who not only has a solid
background with major advertising houses but also on Wall
Street and in the television industry specifically. "Scott
Seger will be managing our new Madison Avenue office and will
be hiring an advertising sales staff to assist him. Scott's
experience will enable him to assist us in both the
advertising and television areas. Scott's resume can be found
on our website at www.qtelevision.com.
The Q Television advertising campaign will begin June 21st
2) Carriage. Olsen said the executives also made great inroads in
firming up network carriage and making new appointments for
carriage. They will be returning to New York at the end of
June and have additional meetings scheduled in Connecticut. "Q
Television is definitely on the move."
3) Finance. Olsen further stated that "Q executives signed an
agreement to secure interim financing which should be
sufficient to ensure its initial launch to the public." Such
financing is primarily for the purpose of obtaining new
programming, additional carriage and hiring key personnel. "I
am sure this is good for the shareholders and it is wonderful
for Q Television as we can show the carriage companies that we
are a sound, viable company."
Q executives were also pleased to announce the acquisition of a
large movie package to add to their programming library.
Olsen also commented on Viacom's (VIA) announcement that they will be coming out with their own gay channel early in 2005: "We welcome Viacom to the gay playing field. The Q Television Network will provide news, information and entertainment for and by the gay community, but our objective is to be fun, not controversial. We believe that gay programming should be invited into people's homes by request and that is why we insist upon being scrambled. As you know, the way to be invited is to contact your local cable and satellite companies and ask them to carry Q Television in your area."

WALL STREET TUNES INTO Q TELEVISION NETWORK; SUCCESSFUL
INDUSTRY LAUNCH GENERATES INTEREST FROM CARRIERS,
ADVERTISERS AND INVESTMENT LEADERS
Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announces details surrounding the results of
its industry launch, which began June 1.
Within the first day of the network's availability on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West,
Channel 1, Q Television received considerable response from potential carriers and
advertisers seeking more information regarding the network and its anticipated public
launch.
As a result, network executives will travel to New York City June 6 - 11 to meet with
private equity funds, hedge funds and securities dealers. All of these firms have indicated a
strong interest in the upcoming launch and the opportunity for equity participation.
In addition, the executives also have appointments scheduled with cable companies and
advertisers to present the current direction of Q Television Network.
'We anticipated that the soft launch would generate lots of inquiries regarding the
availability of Q Television for carriage and advertising,'notes president Frank Olsen. 'Yet
we were amazed how quickly everything has moved forward within the past 24 hours.'
The network expects to announce major contracts within the coming weeks.

Move Over Fab 5: Q Television Has Arrived; New Gay Family Television Network Showcases its Unique Perspective Prior to Public Launch
5/26/2004 6:00:00 AM
NEW ORLEANS, May 26, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID), headquartered in California, announces the launch of a subscriber channel for the gay and lesbian community in July 2004. An industry soft launch for carriers and advertisers begins June 1, 2004.
"It has taken more than seven years and millions of dollars to arrive at this day," says president and chairman Frank Olsen. "Clearly, the time to launch this network is now, and I am confident that the gay and lesbian community will embrace the unique perspective we offer as a family channel."
In a pre-public move to preview a sample of its programming to cable and satellite industry professionals, as well as potential advertisers, Q Television Network will offer a compressed daily broadcast that includes featured programs. The sample highlights Q Television's availability for carriage and sponsorship.
As executive vice president Steven Grunberg notes, "This is built by and for the gay community. Rather than a smattering of stereotyped gay characters offered because current market projections indicate it would be profitable, we offer a channel that will unite the gay and lesbian audience through a network that educates, entertains and informs - a network of real value."
Beginning June 1, the network will be available for viewing on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West, Channel 1.
Olsen, an entrepreneur with a significant background in broadcast, was instrumental in the launch of The Movie Channel prior to its acquisition by Showtime. A pioneer in the development of new radio broadcast formats throughout his 40-year career, Olsen helped create African American radio and started the first gay radio stations.
"Just as CNN had tremendous hurdles to overcome, Frank and Q Television Network have had an uphill battle in the launch of Q Television," observes CFO Rene Schenk. "Q Television is positioned to successfully meet the demand that exists for a gay family channel."
Original and Acquired Programming
With a system of production crews throughout the United States, Q Television Network will offer a combination of original and acquired programming, which includes sports, fashion, travel, health & fitness, talk shows, plays, documentaries and movies. Teams of producers and directors will also bring breaking stories of interest to the network's audience via access to bureaus in Washington, D.C., New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Jerusalem and Iraq.
A preview of original programming premiered in May at the National Cable & Telecommunication Association's annual industry conference and was also included in a successful five-hour sample broadcast on May 15, which aired on Cox Cable in Louisiana and Comcast in the Puget Sound Region.
Included in that preview was "I Will, I Do, We Did," an original Q Television documentary exploring gay and lesbian marriage in America that offers an inside glimpse of the challenges faced by this community. Independent films, such as "An Intimate Friendship" and the award-winning "Straightman," are other examples of what will be available on the network, as well as commercial fare such as Bette Midler's "Divine Madness" concert.

HERE IS MY REPORT ON TRIP TO PALM SPRINGS.
TO ONE AND ALL QBID HOLDERS:
IT IS 6:00 PM CALIFORNIA TIME. I APOLOGIZE FOR LATENESS OF THE POST. I HAVE NOT EATEN TO 2 DAY'S DUE TO TRAVEL TIME AND MY EXCITEMENT OF MEETING WITH FRANK AND CREW. I HAD TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND REST A FEW MINUTES. YOU KNOW HOW STRONGLY I FEEL ABOUT THE COMPANY AND IMPORTANCE OF THE WORK THAT THEY HAVE ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL CONTINUE TO ACCOMPLISH. THEY ARE ALL SIMPLY WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS.
ALL I CAN SAY IS I HAVE HAD A FABULOUS DAY. I FEEL LIKE THE TRUE QUEEN OF QBID. OUR BOUNCING BABY QBID IS GROWING AND EXPANDING AND HEALTHY. LOL
I ONLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH FRANK FOR A FEW MINUTES. HE, AS I HAS SAID BEFORE IS A VERY INTELLIGENT MAN. ALSO HE IS QUITE BUSY, I FELT PRIVILEGED IN EVEN HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH HIM.
I FEEL HE AND HIS STAFF ARE HONEST AND SINCERE INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN THEIR POWER TO LAUNCH Q TELEVISION NETWORK.
I, AS I SAID BEFORE I LEFT FOR CALIFORNIA, HAD NO EXPECTATIONS OF FINDING OUT ANYTHING THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THRU PR'S.
I AM VERY HEAVILY INVESTED IN THIS COMPANY AND AS A SHAREHOLDER I WANTED TO SEE IT FOR MYSELF. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. THE OFFICE IS SMALL AND VERY, VERY BUSY. DURING MY CONVERSATION WITH FRANK HE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE WITH MANY QUESTIONS AND MADE MANY APPOINTMENTS. WITH WHOM, I DO NOT KNOW.
I THANKED HIM FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO LET ME MEET WITH HIM AND VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF HIS COMPANY. HE THANKED ME FOR THE SUPPORT THAT I HAVE FOR THE Q TELEVISON NETWORK AND I ASSURED HIM THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT HIM AND HIS ENDEAVOR TO LAUNCH THE 1ST GAY/LESBIAN Q TELEVISION NETWORK IN THE USA.
I HAVE NO MORE NEWS FOR YOU THAN I HAD THIS MORNING WHEN I LAST POSTED. WHAT I DO HAVE IS A VERY STRONG SENSE OF MY OWN JUDGMENT THAT Q TELEVISION NETWORK WILL LAUNCH. I BELIEVE IN FRANK AND HIS ABILITY TO LAUNCH THIS NETWORK.
AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE--I AM NO ONE SPECIAL--ANYONE ONE OF YOU COULD HAVE CAME CALIFORNIA, JUST AS I DID AND
FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF THAT QTV IS REAL. A VIABLE COMPANY WITH THE DRIVE AND AMBITION TO SUCCEED IN LAUNCHING Q TELEVISION NETWORK.
QTN.--IMHO-- IS OFFERING US THE OPPORTUNITY AS THE SMALL INVESTOR, TO ACCOMPLISH FINANCIAL GOALS BEYOND OUR WILDEST DREAMS.
QTN EXITS--IT IS A FRIENDLY WORKING OFFICE WITH A COMMON GOAL. LAUNCHING THE FIRST QAY/LESBIAN TV NETWORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
I BELIEVE THEY WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. I BELIEVE IN FRANK AND HIS CREW.
I BELIEVE WE WILL BE INFORMED THRU PR'S OF UPCOMING INFORMATION AS FRANK AND DEVANEY PR. FIRM FEEL THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO INFORM THE PUBLIC.
I AM GLAD I MADE THIS TRIP AND I AM GLAD THAT I MET A VERY HARD WORKING TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS EMBARKING UPON AND WORKING TOWARDS A COMMON GOAL. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY WILL GIVE UP UNTIL THEY SUCCEED.
THAT IS MY OPINION. I PLAN TO CONTINUE TO INVEST IN QBID AND ADD TO MY HOLDING. I DO NOT BELIEVE AT THIS TIME THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO DAY/SWING TRADE THIS STOCK. I AM GOING TO HOLD ONTO WHAT I HAVE AND ADD TO IT WHEN I CAN WITH EARNING FROM MY OTHER TRADES.
THIS IS JUST MY SITUATION. EVERYONE ELSE MUST FIND AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR OWN TRADING TECHNIQUES.
THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE Q TELEVISION NETWORK.
I AM EXHAUSTED AND WILL SEE YOU ALL IN THE MORNING HERE ON THE BOARD. HAVE A GREAT EVENING. REST ASSURED YOUR MONEY IS IN GOOD HANDS WITH THE Q TELEVISION NETWWORK. IMHO
