Guys, that .02 was just a fluke which occured more than an hour after closing at .0148. It means nothing. I hope we have a nice gap up Tuesday, but i doubt it'll be near .02. Lord, please make me wrong. I'ts fun to dream.

Did anyone see George Michael (from Wham) on Oprah last week? He finally came clean about his naughty bathroom fiasco. Basically, the undercover cop was 'pleasuring himself' and giving George the eye. George says 'So, I responded in kind' (whatever that means). The climate has changed. The women in the audience were swooning before his confession and didn't blink after. They loved him!!! They accepted him. It's a whole new world, where a career isn't ended by this news. In fact, this was the first step in his comeback. He was promoting his new CD. He also brought along his mate-of-8-years. Yes, a guy. I think his name was Farmboy or something.

Hey FB,

I've seen too many conicidences for it to be coincidence .

I like the saying "Coincidence is God's way of staying annonymous."

Great work.

The guy turns around and I see LOGO on his jacket. "Oh," I say, the gay channel. "Yes," he says. "You're our competetor," I say. A blank stare from him. "I'm a shareholder in Q Television." "Oh, he says, "good luck. I don't think they'll do so well." "Oh really?I say. When are you launching." "Febuary," he says. "Well, Q Television is launching in July." A few more words exchange and he leaves.
The best part of all this: a woman had been standing there, listening. After he left, I was going on and on about Q televsion. The woman says: Why haven't we heard about this? I said, who is WE. She says, "The Boston Globe. I'm a reporter for the Globe." We talk for a few minutes. I tell her all about Q Television, the soft launch on Tuesday/hard launch in July/
"Who can I talk to at Q Television and how do I contact them?" I say, Frank Olson and that I can get her the phone number....She gives me her business card.
I will email the Q Television tonight to give them the heads up and the reporter's name so they know to expect her call. I will also give them her email so they can contact her or give her Franks private phone number.
I don't know where any of this will go, but it was so exciting...synchronistic!!
For those who believe "there are no conincidences...this one was unbelievable.
I later found out that the Boston Globe is owned by The New York Times...

I wonder why the Q is one of the rare stocks NOT on the Berlin Xchg. It makes me nervous, and I check it every couple hours to make sure they don't add it.

What worries me, too, is that IBCS is on Berlin, but disguised under IA2 instead of IBCS.be. what if they can hide these symbols from us. And I wonder if there are other exchanges waiting to list our stocks once they get off Berlin.

May I ask WHY you people are going all out e-mailing, calling and contacting press, gay sites, etc trying to garner interest in QTV? SHOULDNT Q-TV be doing some Press & Publicity??? They supposedly have a huge PR firm. If they are launching Tues, why does NO ONE know about it???

Honestly Goldie, theres some truth to what your saying but think about it. Best advertising is word of mouth, right? Does everyone watch TV, NO. Does everyone read the paper, NO. Does everyone use the Internet, NO. My point is even though QTV is doing there own thing and media is picking it up..NOT Everyone will hear about it. If we continue spreading the word we'll reach a huge amount of people which eventually might invest in it.
Lets say everyone 1 person contacts 50 people. Just 50.
2 People = 100
10 People = 500
50 = 2500
100 = 5000
Hey, thats 5000 more people that will know.
& Theres more then 100 people helping. Trust me. And we're doing more then 50 contacts per month!

Hope that helps.

You're right Goldie.
Q needs to be mentioned on CNN/FOX/MSNBC/USA TODAY/NY TIMES or any other big news paper. So far its only mentioned in Business Wire and cpl of Gay sites.

Deveney is a solid PR firm. I have faith in them that they know what they are doing. They have all of June to promote Q-tv, while it is in their soft launch stage. Then July they will hard launch, and hopefully launch the PPS to the moon.

Companies Lauch Gay TV Station

Triangle MultiMedia hopes to have the network ready for a soft launch in mid-May 2004.

By Lisa Johnson

PALM SPRINGS, CA
You knew it was coming. Gay TV has finally arrived. Triangle MultiMedia Ltd., Inc. (QBID) just announced the creation of a new television network. This 24-hour channel will feature a broad spectrum of programming directed at gay and lesbian audiences.

The network will feature original plays, motion pictures, series and documentaries as well as sports, travel and lifestyle programming combined with live news broadcasts and specials. Triangle MultiMedia Ltd, Inc. has contracted with Network Teleports Inc. and its president Barbara Lamont to coordinate the launch, webcasting and satellite uplink on a popular C-band cable bird whose footprint reaches all of North America.

Providing all technical and programming aspects are met, the network will have a "soft" launch by middle May 2004, running one-hour sampler programming blocks in various dayparts to give cable operators a chance to preview the network. Regular programming will begin transmission via satellite and will be available as a subscription channel on selected cable systems once all transmission issues have been resolved.

For additional funding, chairman Frank Olsen has created a Sponsorship Program aimed at large corporations. These select few corporations will receive preferred status regarding advertising and placement on the network during the first broadcast year. The company's sales team has already begun targeting these organizations.

************
Old News? Yes! Still very relevant? Yes!
In march they started targeting companies for advertising on the q television network. A couple of months havve passed. A test signal went out, available to over 1.25 million people. What I am thinking, and tell me if I am wrong, is that they have been lining up these advertizers, and the test signal probably sealed the deal(s). Right after that test signal went out, the hotline mentioned that they had some contracts in the works. Also many were away on business around the states. 2+2=4=$$$ Most likely they already have a lot of them in place. I see big things ahead of us. The soft launch is just a day or two away. Announcements will be made between then and July, concerning advertising (assumption, but a damn good one). This is it. Within a few short months we will be an aired television network. As whizknock says... none really trade under a dollar! All we have to do is launch. Get ready. The Q is coming!

Do not forget that part of the incentive for advertisers to sign up early is that Qteleivision will run there adds during the soft launch as bonus airtime.

One of the things that makes me happy is that Frank grabbed the name "QTV" and now, in retrospect, I think he knew that competition was coming when he did it. MTV would (my opinion only) almost certainly have grabbed that name and blitzed the media with "I want my QTV!" ads piggybacking on their former MTV campaign's success. It's a natural. I think Frank deserves credit for pulling off a major coup with this move. When he first did it, I was like "Huh??? I like Triangle!...why switch horses in midstream?" but at the time we had no knowledge that MTV was planning anything so soon. But I bet Frank did, and he pulled the trigger before they knew what hit them. Now they are stuck with "Logo" which is an empty generic name with no meaning whatsoever, no branding appeal, and no punch. MTV is stuck with "Ha!" to Frank's "Comedy Central", to resurrect my earlier analogy. People will hear "MTV is launching a gay network, and when they see QTV they will assume that's the one to get. MTV is unwittingly aiding us more they they can imagine. I'm stopping any more emailing to enlighten everyone to the facts because what that's doing is helping delineate MTV from QTV, and being first to market we don't actually want that. Logo is coming, we can't stop that. But, I've decided that this confusion in the marketplace is going to be our best friend right now and we should let it ride. MTV creates gay-channel awareness while we're pumping product onto the market months ahead of them. What could be a more elegant marketing plan than that? Might be why Deveney is being silent, too, cuz they know it.
Like I said, just IMHO.

I think those big name medias know about QTV but hesitate to mention them because of what happened years ago. Thats ok because once they're up and running, QBID will be mentioned a lot more.

On another note, Just like the 2 music channels VH1 & MTV play music but are totally different; it will be just like that with QTV and "LOGO".

What am I still doing here? I should be eating a burger!

If you live on the East Coast ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!

Wouldn't it be great if Q-Television decided to get their signal into australia? http://www.guardian.co.uk/australia/story/0,12070,1226411,00.html

It seems that their prime minister is trying to ban gay marriage there too. Gay people there must need a media outlet that's just for them there.

Having a blast in San Diego... the weekend is going by WAY too fast..

I hope Q flies high on Tuesday so that I get a nice green surprise when I get home Tuesday night... I'd hate to spend all day on airplanes to come home to somethin' red!

First, I'd like to see Alfred E. Newman, oops, i mean "W" fail in his attempt to change the constitution... that would be the first time in history that the constitution was amended to take rights AWAY from a group of citizens...

I helped put out the Q-Channel Message this weekend, did any of you try to spread the word as well. ????
I and a Friend put on our Q-Television Network T-Shirts and just walked down the Asbury Park N.J. Boardwalk, guess what happen ??, in no less then 15-Minutes I had two people come up to us asking us is that the QBID stock they have been hearing a lot about through friends of theirs, we said yes it is, and then i told one I already am UP some 15,000 % percent on my stock investment already with QBID, since i bought in last year.
He said He would talk to his stock broker on Tuesday about buying into QBID.
I also gave out 20-Q-Channel Flyers with all the Info one would need to make a decision about Buying QBID at a Big Party I went to.
I got a excellant response, in fact 3-Ladies I gave the Flyers to already heard of QBID.
So the word is now getting out people, But wait till Deveney steps in and does the 16-City Media Blitz, through Radio, TV &Newspaper ads etc, then the world will know about our Q In no time. so lets all try and get the Q-Word out O.K. , Go QBID in 2004 $$$$$$$$$$

The real question is who says this is the 6th try? I know of one try but I've never heard of any 5 others. Who wrote the message and what source did they quote?
